Super delicious double kobeida. The formula has been adjusted. It is no longer tasteless and they have added spice. Simply excellent, highly recommend!!

Came as a group of 3 ordered their chicken tikka with lamb on naan and loved a with chips and Kobeda and chicken tikka. I took few bites and then as I was about to break some Kobeda I could see something small and black wiggling on the Kobeda I froze and just couldn’t beloved my eyes, I had a closer look and realised it was a fly that had been roasted with the Kobeda. I called the owner and he broke the meat off and attempted to squish it and completely denied it was a fly instead said do you know how we make this it goes through a machine etc. I said I don’t care how you make it it’s a fly end of. He took the plate from our table and instead went to show a group of people on the next table, they nodded their head and said we don’t know what it is. The audacity of him though we were the paying customers and with the problem instead of loading with us he was consulting with others like they had paid our bill. He completely denied it anyway that it was a fly and I stopped eating my food, it went to a complete waste. First and last time NEVER again! He didn’t sort anything out for us too. Will be getting in touch with food hygiene 👎 👎👎

The guy at the counter was very rude and disrespectful. Said he was the manager. Extremely bad customer service, guy tried starting a fight because I said bad customer service. Usually don’t give negative reviews but this was a very bad experience.

Tried this place for the first time on the 4th of February 2024,Food is very very Average and( RAW) uncooked, the staff are unfriendly, I asked him for a very small tub of sauce but first time he refused me when I'm said to him I'll pay you then he gave me sauce. NOTE ONE MORE IMPORTANT THING Food was raw,he lit the fire in front of me and he cut the lamb Donner within the two minutes and gave it to me,and the lamb Donner was full of oil.and most important food is half raw. Very bad experience For the last 4 years we have been going on sentos kebab twice a week (20 meters far away from Janat restaurant) Today we went early and he was closed that's why we tried it, And unfortunately it was very bad experience, KINDLY AVOID THIS JANAT RESTAURANT, I have food pictures if anyone wants I'll send him. We threw it out (lamb Donner) Very average food and average restaurant, Sure I don't want to go again especially with many more choices on this road, Rubbish restaurant.

After a bit rocky delivery the staff and delivery acted very professional even that I lost it a little. Good food and very professional customer service. Highly recommended.

Became regular order and think the Donner meat is the best I've had. Found on just eat and trusted the high value and count of reviews. Shawarma is fresh and no grissel. Kobida unbeatable. Staff are very friendly and polite and after ordering delivery regularly I wanted my mate to experience it so we came to dine in, delivery driver also works serving and prepping and recognised me was very friendly. My mate ate every single grain of rice and won't stop going on about how nice it was (single kobida on rice each, sharing a large donner and large shawarma). It's a bit pricey but that's because the portions and quality is amazing. You'll be stuffed and satisfied. (One note you get less dining in than you do delivery! But still huge).

Tried this place for the first time in November 2023. Food is very average and place is ok hygiene wise. The staff are friendly and hospitable but the food lets this place down. It’s not the cleanest. Not sure if I’d go again especially with so much choice on this road. Ordered chicken, Kabeda and also two pizzas which were fully loaded but sometimes less is more.

The restaurant deliver my order to some one else, and showed no courtesy of at least informing me, after one and half hour when I followed up then they told me that they did this mistake. Avoid this restaurant if you can.

Absolutely beautiful food and service, fresh, hot and full of flavours! Please dont take no notice of the individual leaving the same review under three different names with the same comment.... I can attest that I've been ordering from here for the last six years, dine in & take away too, NEVER have I received a bad pizza EVER! I always order the style pizza from here as its my favourite, there are other places that offer the style pizza, but I have found that janat Restaurant definitely do the best one! pizza is always full of toppings, and fresh! I have never had any reason to complain, the delivery driver is always genuinely friendly and always comes armed with a genuine heartfelt smile and well wishes. I definitely recommend this place! Keep up the good work brothers, you have a style pizza customer for life! Salams and duahs.

Not only did the pizza arrive burnt, but it was also seemingly rotten. It was clear that this was an unacceptable situation, and the rude attitude and use of swear words from the delivery person only made matters worse. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend this pizza shop to anyone.

Rats in the restaurant run around the kitchen area whilst stud waiting to be served and also bad management of the restaurant and the staff are very rude not bothered about the customer service in the restaurant I walked and left the restaurant because I was disgusted with the manager of staff and the restaurant hygiene I would be concerned this matter to the local manchster food hygiene

Love the kobeda kebab and the spicy veggie pizza is consistently delicious. Whilst I waited the really friendly staff gave me some hot lentil soup - lovely!

Good grilled food with quality. The price is affordable for the served food here. The staff is very friendly as well. Not a big fan of mediterrarean food and came here only for a tryout but I think they got me with the service. Definitely come back one day!

Certainly over rated! Seen a lot of positive reviews about this place however the place was beyond doubt underwhelming. The place wasn’t clean and the food tasteless. The staff seemed somewhat friendly though.

Very disappointing customer service. I ordered on Uber eats and the order had not arrived within the time yet which the app was suggesting. I called for an update which is when they explained that it’s going to be 30 mins. I merely explained that’s much later than the expected time suggested in the app. They said the order is being processed now and we can expect it asap. So I genuinely and innocently explained that they should maybe fix that on the system so as a customer we can manage our expectations of delivery. The employee from jannat told me I’m wasting more time speaking to him on the phone about this so I can expect a further delay in the order. I was just shocked really. I was kindly offering constructive reasonable feedback which they clearly don’t have the capacity to take on. After the phone call I got a notification that the order has been cancelled by the restaurant. Quite disappointed and surprised that a takeaway can take so much offence by a customer reasonably explaining a way to improve their service. Reading other reviews on Google, I can see that this tone of theirs must be common as other reviews also read delays in the orders which led to cold food etc and no compensation or consideration from the takeaway. What a shame.

For a reasonable price, Jannat Cheethamhill offers one of the best flavourful and Juicy Kebabs. Whatever you're craving, grilled food, Shawarma, Kebeda, Fatayar, burgers, they have got it. I especially enjoyed their Jannat Specially Pizza 🍕, which was extremely cheesy, fresh, and delicious 😋. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. This is one of my favourite places to eat at Cheethamhill. The food here never fails to delight me. Definitely recommend 👌

I ordered chicken shwarma from here and it was so good! The bread was also very nice. The salad was nice and fresh. Can't wait to have another one 😊. Delivery was on time too 😊.

Spent over £27 on a delivery food arrived 45 minutes late cold, portion of chips missing and a hair in the soggy chicken burger asked for no sauce but hey surprise came with sauce ended up in the bin. Thanks for ruining our evening.

Sadly, we had a horrible experience in this place, with employees without any idea about customer service, the worst part was when I went to the cash machine to get cash because this place does not accept card, an employee showed disrespect to my wife, pretending don't understand an order and making some disrespectful gestures (Only because she is woman I say it because he with me had a totally different behaviour). Regarding the food quality I could say it is regular in other places we can easily find better options.

Ordered online delivery from janat first time should have been 40 minutes prossessing time which is standard for delivery but it was double the time rang them 4 times no one picked up the phone after 1 hour 30 minutes food arrived and chicken and sweet corn pizza was missing did ask for no pianapple on veg pizza but they still put pianapple on that trying to call them back again but no answer... Very poor service 😞

Had kebabs and pizza from this takeaway. Both were lovely. Big portion on kebab and special pizza was fully loaded. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Very delicious donner meat and chips.

Ordered 12/08/2022 via Uber eats, delivery on time and all labelled individually as per group order. Salad and sauces separate too so can add as required 👍🏽 The Kobedah is not bad, if you’ve ever had the original from Rusholme Chippy then this is a 7/10 compared to it so not bad and worth getting again and the chicken tikka pieces were 8/10. The chicken shawarma was well made and tasty also 8/10. Sauces provided were small pots so do run out so either have something at home you can use or order/ask for more if possible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fatia were good. The donor and chicken were very dry. Overall service was slow and to top it all, the guy who served us was robbing us of £9 something. Totally disgusting behaviour you just don't expect that. After speaking to the manager he got upset his pizza got burnt and gave us £10 in a angry tone, the money we did not accept. It's not about the money. It's the principle, We are customers simple. £6.60 for two 1.5 ltr Pepsi bottles robbing gets. Definetly needs a customer review.

I have ordered double tika with naan with adtional noon but unfortunately when I arrived at home and found one naan with tikka he changed me double there is no souse or no Slade on naan and I checked but tikka was not cooked property I will never recommend please becarefull before buy anything.

Janat has been our go to takeaway for the last 2 years. The best items they do are the roast chicken, kobeda and donner and chips. The food is good quality and tastes great. Only thing they need to work on is their customer service/communication so that they don't lose loyal customers. But all round good takeaway.

Order a Kobeda Kebab on nan but received raw meat. Sent it back and was told that I should have told him that I wanted it well done. He then placed the meat on rusty lid they use to cover the clay oven and gave it back to me still raw. Wasted my entire break

Good service, great food and large portions. A little tip, dont go overboard with your order if you dining inside, order what you believe you can eat and of you still feel you can eat more order again.

Janat restaurant has excellent food. I love their cheap and tasty meat donner. They also have excellent, professional and friendly staff. Their food tastes good without been too spicy, it is indeed healthy food.

Is only i could give this place zero stars, how these lot get away with servicing such disgusting food is beyond me. Just had the mis fortune of getting food delivered, pizza undercooked, burgers undercooked and the person i spoke to blames the delivery driver 🤦🏻‍♂️ awaiting just eat refund. Wont be using these lot again, needless to say.

Not the tastiest shawarma bit bland, extremely greasy as the grease went right through the naan. But great value and portion size for the money.

So beyond disgusting that I was actually traumatised and felt the need to puke. The chips were cooked in a very very old oil and it was immediately noticeable in the first bite. I could literally taste the dirt. The chicken I could not bite into properly because it was solid in some areas. The bun of the burger genuinely taste soggy and out of date. It was all horrible. Genuinely never had food I had to spit out

Worst experience ever The food was an hour late. After reminding them about my order they delivered it. Pizza was soggy and stuck to the side and the lid of the box and was not edible. Chips were proper cold. We also ordered kobeda kebab and lamb and the pieces of lamb were really tiny. It was ridiculous. I would not recommend it to anyone

There shawarmas are fresh and delicious. The plus point is that they have seating for family upstairs.

Cheater Mill Road is rapidly becoming the go-to place for Asian food in Manchester. It's not hard to get to and easily accessible for other areas. Whilst parking maybe an issue and people may say that being so far out the area is not as safe as say wimslow Road, it is generally family friendly and this has bought a new life to other eateries. They appear to have up to their game and the competition is quite significant.

Delivered my pizza ahead of time but best of all, my door buzzer to the flat wasn't working and the delivery driver (I didn't get his name) came all the way up the stairs to my own front door to hand me the pizza. Whoever he is please thank him sincerely, he is an absolute star. 💯

LOW QUALITY FOOD. Their kabida us made of low quality meat and doesn't taste fresh. Hummas is low quality and disgusting. Naans are low quality. Fish was low quality. My home made humas is 100 time better then this. I will never enter this place.

Top place for Grilled chicken, Kebabs and Kurdish dishes, staff are friendly, and over the years never had a complaint about their food. Their piazzas are very nice as well.

As a female, I felt they are very rude just when you call them to ask why the order is half an hour late. I do not feel safe ordering from this place again.

Very disappointed! I placed my order through Uber with them, after 2 hours my order still didn't arrived, had to call them to ask about it and found out that they are not even started to prepare it! I could put less than a star for them, but unfortunately there're no other options.
