Lovely atmosphere girls are always friendly I love the fish here because it's COD. Not expensive too. It's near my home. Easy to park

Although this is a pretty expensive chip shop.. we had Lovely chips and good fish! Really hot when we arrived home! Hope this stays so good when we visit next time!

Had a taxi go and pick up takeaway on friday.we had 2 cod. One large chips.2 Cornish pasties 2 chicken breasts.anf a small peas and curry.the fish was lovely and white the batter was crispy and didn't come off on the paper.chips were nice and hot.peas and curry were also tasty as were the pasties.chicke breasts weren't for us but seemed to go down well.its a little gem with friendly helpful staff.can highly recommend

After a long day at a family funeral I really couldn't be bothered cooking and was recommended by a family member but rarely eat takeout but I am so happy I fed me my partner and our 6 kids for only £39 and we were all very impressed very tasty and will definitely use again when ordering a takeaway simply lovely

Ordered on the telephone for delivery to workplace. Offered a time slot and they delivered on time. Food was hot and tasty. Everybody happy and full. We will use again.

My sister and I had a delivery tonight it was booked for between 7.30/8.it arrived 7.30 on the dot.we ordered fish and chips chicken breast sausage and peas and fruity curry.the food arrived hot and it was really tasty.the batter didn't come off the fish when I unwrapped it.nice size fish and chips.it was a really nice meal with great prices and staff.highly recommend

I visited here with my 2 children, we picked up chicken nuggets and chips, the portion sizes were absolutely massive, enough chips for 4 of us. The staff were so good with the children they gave them a toy whilst we waited for our food to be cooked. These are the best chippy chips in rhyl.

Everything freshly cooked, afternoon deals and the chip shop is clean. The staff are polite and helpful.

1st time having a delivery from The Chippy tonight & we were more than Happy We will certainly order again..friendly staff Fast delivery & most importantly “Perfect Food” Very generous portions too. Would highly Recommend them.

A smallish Fish and Chip shop. the food, Plaice and Chips, was well cooked and the portions were great. Price was cheaper than the shops nearer the beach.

Just had the chilli con carne with half rice, half chips & it was delightful! My partner had a fish cake with chips & curry sauce & she loved it! Very friendly, pleasant staff too. ... Will definitely be going back. .. Keep up the good work!

This is the first time I have ever used this chippy and it certainly won't be the last.my sister and I ordered a delivery today.we tried quite a few things.the homemade chicken curry and rice was so tasty.not too hot.really enjoyed it.nicest cod I've eaten in years not greasy.good size portion of chips.not overcooked.the fryit and potato scallop were also very nice.great value for money if I could award it more than 5 I would.

Called in her to get a chippy tea as a treat, never again walked in and straight back out I smiled and the lady serving just looked then walked away no great customer service this is the 3rd time I’ve been and it’s happened will be telling all my friends and family to go elsewhere!!

I used to live in on Dyserth road 2 minutes from Jan & Juliesa chippy ...I moved to St Asaph 10 years ago tried all the closer chippies none could match for taste price and pleasant staff ....hence I travel the 10 mile return journey knowing I will get satisfaction

The chips are always fresh, love the mushy peas and gravy and the battered sausage! The staff are always so friendly too.

Went here to get my dinner, chips were very fresh, asked for a small but even that was to much, absolutely huge portion. Staff were very friendly. I will definitely go here again.

Absolutely Tasteless Fish no idea what it was --Hot and Fresh but like eating Cardboard Very Disappointing and not Cheap

Haven’t been to this chippy in quite some time but always found it adequate in the past . Just wanted a couple of portions of lunchtime chips today so picked some up and took to prom to eat . We both managed about 10 chips each before binning them . They were lukewarm !! ( prom less than 4 mins away ) . They had obviously just been sitting in the warm cabinet for a long time ( maybe even overnight ?? ) and they were disgusting.A waste of nearly 4 quid . Still two hungry people .

Travelled over for a preseason friendly at Rhyl FC, called in to Jan & Julie's Fish Bar for fish and chips after the early evening journey over.The fish was freshly battered and cooked while we waited and the chips were great. The staff were friendly, helpful and even advised to walked over the road to the Botanical Gardens to sit down so we could eat in comfort.The downside is that it is a little more expensive than the chippies where we live but your eating on the coast and things normally cost more in those locations

Eat here whenever we fancy chippy tea and the food is always the nicest chippy food within the area. Staff are polite and are very fast at serving when they have a queue. Always a good sign in a take-away has a queue. Thank you ladies.

First time trying here thought we d treat ourselves haven't had chips for a long time, the chips very nice but the fish very hard and crisp around edges it looked like some youd get from a supermarket didn't look like chip shop fish, burger not that good pretty tasteless bun was fresh fish and burger very expensive as well,

One of the oldest in Rhyl ,and I feel the best still using good old fashioned potatoes, no frozen chips here,

Encontré este "fish and chips" por casualidad como mínimo otros cinco, nos gustaría pasó por estaban cerradas y queríamos un almuerzo rápido. Me alegro de que hayamos descubierto, las patatas fritas eran frescos y sabrosos, no grasienta. . . precioso! Si tenemos que ser exigentes lo único que dijeron fue que nos hubiera gustado un poco mas de vinagre, pero eso es sólo cuestión de gusto personal.

... porque es mucho mejor que otras tiendas chip local tanto en Denbigh y Rhyl (donde los chips se basa). Han sido corriendo desde que puedo recordar, y siempre producen comida de buena calidad. A veces las fichas varían en sabor, pero por lo que yo entiendo las patatas varían en diferentes épocas del año. La misma persona que los cocineros, así que no puedo ser nada más. Independientemente de que siempre gusto y están mucho mejor que la de cualquier otra chippys. Gracias y seguir sirviendo a nosotros!

only down the road to where i live which is a plus. Great fish and chips cooked to order. pleasant and friendly staff. also do a lunch time special deal during weekday .

This was a fan little chippy which served great fish and chips but sadly the last twice we have been hasnt been as good. Chips have been quiet dry. Portions much small. Its still better than some chippies but not one of the best anymore.

Excellent chippy by far the best in rhyl, all food is cooked fresh to order the staff are super friendly and always smiling. It is a traditional chippy using fresh local produce and local grown spuds . everyone try it xxx

Only ordered a chip bap £1.80 one tiny scope of chips disgusting for the price chips where awfull to think they was yesterdays left over chips wouldnt mind paying that price for a decent portion and a nice fresh bap this chippie used to be busy can see why its alays empty now i wont be returning

Visited here in the afternoon just for a portion of Chips for lunch time chip butties and the look I got from the staff said it all about the staff let alone the shop! Chips was disgusting in a sweaty polystyrene box and as for the bread roll I got was had and dry needs up throwing it in the bin.Awful food, miserable staff, dated shop!

Everything other than chips is cooked to order so it is always fresh, Nice clean premises and service with a friendly smile, What more could you want?
