Go here sometimes while on a break from work and its cheap and cheerful. Service is always friendly and welcoming. ****UPDATE**** prices have now gone up since i reviewed this place so no longer as cheap but food still good.

Food was excellent! Well sized mixed kebab and the wings were delicious too. There special red sauce was so good too..definitely be back again soon

Wasn't very nice, there chicken "Smash" Burger is just a cheap generic chicken shop chicken burger, soggy bun, little bit of warm salad and sauce. Buffolow wings are dry rubbed and burnt, not served with a sauce and single bone only. Chips where soggy. Rubicon mango was nice. But it's always nice.

Fast delivery, which is no surprise because the chicken was pink so it didn't spend much time being cooked. I think the kiss of life would have bought the chicken back. Ordered via Deliveroo and still waiting 45 mins after order. Shop won’t answer the phone and website says closed. Obvious issues with Deliveroo and james fast food accepting orders and stating james is working on the order when they are clearly not. Can’t cancel without refund until the delivery is 60mins late

On time but food is absolutely awful worst chicken me and my partner have ever had. Chicken dry anorexic and small. Chips tasted like they had been sat for a while or refried. Not quite sure but not what we expected. We can say that it’s a no go for us in the future. Try and see what you think.

Food is brilliant, pizzas to die for, southern fried chicken on point.... say what you want about James but ive hardly ever had a bad food order.... and whenever ive had a problem with the food they have replaced plus extras within 15mins.... milkshakes are to bloody die for.... food is on point and the portion size are huge

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE! The food was absolutely disgusting, chicken was under cooked and the fries looked something more like microwave chips, all soggy and mushy. Not too mention it all tasted absolutely vile. Just found out they’ve been fined £3000 by Bromsgrove county council for breaching food hygiene regulations, which is hardly surprising how dirty the place is with that stink or dirty overused cooking oil. Save your money & your life and order from somewhere else. Doesn’t even deserve one star, especially given the horrible attitude of the staff who work there. With any luck this place will close down eventually, they don’t deserve any customers all at. James is a disgrace to the fast food industry😡🤢🤮

You know what, I got caught out here. I literally spend £15 quid on chicken and fries and he literally microwaved the lot. Damn even the Pepsi was fake, sugar water. Chicken Burgers were over cooked, fries soggy, sweet chilli sauce wasn't a a sweet chilli, but was normal chilli. I even opens the cans of Pepsi x2 witch one was supposed to be cherry tango, and they rates vile, like a blood taste to them. Sorry but after 1hr wait I was very unimpressed. Won't be ordering from there again.

Probably the worst fast food shop in Birmingham, not sure how its still open after all the people who get sick from eating here and the terrible customer service especially the aggressive nature of how they intimidate customers.

This place is absolutely disgraceful. Placed an order at 1:30am as I’m doing a night shift which is a 12 hr duration. Food never came so I phoned them up to find they had left my food outside of the address I gave them I would never recommend this place. My food was cold it had bones in my chicken wrap and the chips was soggy and didn’t taste very good. The person on the phone was full of attitude and refused to let me speak to the manager I wouldn’t recommend.

order was wrong, was given a different order because i didn’t pick up the phone, tried to call straight back and they didn’t pick up so text “who’s this” so they decided it’d be acceptable to just swap the order that we paid for to something completely different because they didn’t have what they are advertising on their website, staff were extremely rude, food wasn’t nice, will be telling everyone in the area not to order from here, only thing we actually consumed was the two rubicons we ordered which we could of got from the corner shop instead of the hour and a half wait

Visited here recently. No complaints at all. We ordered their £1 pizzas and fries with chicken nuggets. The pizzas were cooked just right, plenty of cheese and tasted pretty nice. They even sell chocolate concrete! Will return. Unfortunately they have put the £1 pizza upto £2. For that reason I have lowered my rating. Ordered a pizza from here this evening and found a bone in a piece of chicken. Now reluctant to return...

Took money and didn't deliver food

Rang up to cancel for extra charge... Guy was so rude... Food never turned up... Then refused my refund.

I had fish and chips. The fish tasted like ammonia and noticed a fishy smell after..the first bite..spat the 2nd bite out. The chips seemed like they had been recooked...not just once. The batter was so thick and gooey!! I had same order before and was alright.

Food took longer than expected to arrive, was very nice and still warm. The reasoning for the one star u ask? MY DRINK the cool refreshing taste which brings me to tears of joy Dr pepper, was not with my order alas this ruined my experience :'(

Literally just ordered from here and ordered " hot warm cookie dough " they gave me a giant Asda cookie with chocolate dropping on top with Aldi Ice cream when phoned to have a partial refund they said manager was not in and they wouldn't refund me with false advertising worker was very rude never ordering here again.
