We LOVED Jam ! I was here for my hen party, over from Ireland ! Myself and my friends had the best time! We had several people with different intolerances and they were looked after with no problem !! Really second to none service ! The atmosphere was unbelievable! The singer was so good and had the whole place hopping ! I mean we danced the night away ! If it has stayed open until 2am we would never have left ! The manager was a lovely helpful lady who really made sure everything ran smoothly ! She was so professional and so nice ! Really a genuine Irish lady ! All my friends are still talking about the great night ! Thank you for my amazing hen !!!

We went here for a 40th birthday celebration afternoon tea and the Motown afternoon it was great staff where there to cater for any needs singers were great and the atmosphere of other people celebrating was great everyone was there to have a good time 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Visited for the Motown afternoon tea. Absolutely brilliant, the decor and venue is absolutely stunning. The staff were so attentive, friendly and so welcoming. The afternoon tea was presented beautifully and so tasty, cakes were amazing. Overall we had a fantastic afternoon and will certainly be back.

We were at Jam Liverpool as part of my daughter’s hen weekend.. I have never felt so uncomfortable The manager at this place needs to go on some training for her customer service skills as they are non existent. We arrived for dinner and were shown to our table straight away which was great, then a glass of Prosecco was put in front of us all. Five minutes later the waitress came and told us we had not paid for Prosecco in our package and needed to take it back! Some of use had already taken a sip out the glass so what were they going to do with it? Maybe pour into glasses and give to the table next to us that they had mixed us up with! The manager made us feel so uncomfortable and we ended up having to pay for the Prosecco which was not our error they were the ones that put it in front of us I don’t mind have to pay for it but the manager could have gone about this in a better manor and with a better attitude. We then ordered some more drinks then the waitress came and asked if we wanted to add the round to a tab and we said yes. The waitress then came back and said the manager wants you to pay for each round as you go!!! This really made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as if they did not trust us to pay the bill. Did she think a table of ten was going to do a runner. The bridesmaids who had organised this were so embarrassed and one even ended up in tears with the way the manager dealt with this. This experience took away us being able to enjoy our time there and to be honest I couldn’t wait to get out!!!!! We went to various place while in Liverpool where staff and experiences were amazing but this was not one of them. If organising an event would really advise avoiding this one!!!!!

I went to jam for a baby shower in March 2024. It was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent and all the staff were very polite and showed the baby shower was the best possible experience.

I booked my baby shower here on the weekend and it was amazing! They organise and decorate everything for you so you don’t have to do anything! We had afternoon tea with Prosecco and it tasted amazing! All the staff are so organised so your day goes smoothly! The decor is beautiful and you can get so many nice pictures!

What a great place to go we walked in and was immediately made to feel welcome the service was amazing the cocktails were awesome and considering they’ve only been reopen a short while they really pay attention to there customers and can’t do enough for them definitely recommend this place you can even take a few nice pictures in from of the purple flower wall for your insta

We prepaid and prebooked an afternoon tea. Paid nearly £60 for it. (was a belated birthday presie because of COVID)But was asked to work an extra shift in the Hospital at last minute. phoned them for 2 days to cancel. Finally able to go there i person. They said i could have deliv instead. No answer on the phone , no deliv, no refund, awful service. DON'T USE!

Así que el sábado pasado (26/9/20) ¡Mis 2 hermanitas vinieron de Yorkshire para celebrar el 18º cumpleaños de la hermana menor! Fuimos a Jam a cenar, postre. . . ¡y muchos cócteles! He estado en Jam un par de veces y siempre he tenido una experiencia alegre, así que sabía que a mis hermanas también les encantaría. Como siempre, el lugar era hermoso, florido, vibraciones femeninas con hermosas luces. ¡La comida, el postre, las bebidas y el servicio fueron increíbles! ¡No me puedo quejar en absoluto! Lo único que lamento es que no recibí los nombres de las 2 niñas que nos atendieron y cuidaron, fueron increíbles e hicieron que mi hermana menor, "La cumpleañera", se sintiera tan especial. Así que muchas gracias Jam, ¡y esas 2 chicas son un mérito para ti! Ah, y si alguien tiene un cumpleaños, definitivamente recomiendo enviar un correo electrónico para comprar un tablero de cumpleaños, ¡Mi hermanita estaba absolutamente inventada con él!

We visited last Saturday for cocktails. The decor and surroundings are absolutely stunning, the staff are very attentive and welcoming and the cocktails were delicious. I cannot wait for our next visit already.

Uno de los restaurantes más increíbles que he visitado. El ambiente era fantástico, música en vivo y pista de baile. El personal también fue genial. Dos platos para 23, la comida también era fantástica, con una buena relación calidad-precio. ¡Muy recomendable para una comida animada en el medio de Liverpool!

Servicio encantador del personal y magníficos cócteles, pero el té de la tarde fue decepcionante. Me alegro de haber ido a comer fuera para ayudar en el plan, ya que definitivamente no pagaría el precio completo por el té de la tarde. Los pasteles eran como la comida congelada para fiestas de Islandia y los sándwiches eran pobres, los rellenos eran normales y el pan sin mantequilla. Aunque los bollos recién horneados eran buenos.

Mi experiencia con la mermelada fue bastante agradable. Pero la comida fue muy decepcionante y no vale la pena el precio. Definitivamente no volvería por comida. El personal es muy amable y el lugar es muy agradable y el entretenimiento fue brillante.

Mi hija y yo encontramos este fabuloso lugar por accidente y nos alegramos mucho de haberlo hecho. Está impecablemente limpio, el personal es encantador, educado y muy servicial, la comida es fabulosa y los cócteles son increíbles. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que visitemos Liverpool. . Tengo muchas fotos pero no quiero ponerlas porque nos tienen a nosotros. .

Had afternoon tea with my husband as a little treat. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel special by the wonderful hostess. (sorry don't know her name). The food, the service and all the staff were fantastic. Great value for money.We will be back and highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing venue for those special occasions! Had my hen/bridal shower here on Saturday and can honestly say was so worth it! My whole party complimented on the venue how beautiful it was, how delicious the food was and how helpful and friendly the staff were. Visited last week for daughter in law to be hen do , from booking to having the party and meal was excellent ,every one very friendly and polite food lovely , everyone had a brilliant time , would visit again no problem !

El único problema que tuve fue que soy vegano y tengo intolerancia a la lactosa y me dieron un bollo que estoy seguro de que no era vegano. Me lo comí y me sentí muy enfermo después. Esto no sería bueno para alguien con una alergia muy fuerte.

Had an absolutely amazing time at my daughter, Hannahs, baby shower. The afternoon tea was amazing, food so fresh and tasted amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and truly made the day special for my daughter. Thank you so much for all you did. You are all absolutely wonderful.

We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday with 25 family members on 15th February 2020 , wat an amazing experience we had the food was delicious,staff couldn’t do enough for us including anne Marie the manager & live singer was fantastic, I would totally recommend jam x

Went here on Saturday for my nieces hen party . There was 30 of us at £30 a head so this restaurant got £900 before we even pay d for our drinks . Starter I had was pate which had obviously been left out as it was crusty. Most of the party went for the steak which was stone cold and inedible. Chips where hard and so think so all meals sent back. I had the goats cheese Wellington and as photo shopped Ed it was burnt. Potates where rock hard and broccoli was like mush . There was no replacement meals offered just Prosecco put on the table which nobody wanted. The venue it’s self is stunning and the entertainment was great but for £900 food bill the food was shocking and no body seemed to care that we as the customers had been served inedible food. Will not return here or recommend it to anyone

Last night we visited Jam Restaurant for a hen party I had arranged for my best friend! Booking the event was very straight forward and easy. There were 16 in our party, and I sent a pre order through to the restaurant last week when I paid the remaining balance. A few people had the Pate to start, which tasted lovely but it had clearly been sat for a good while as it had started to crust around the edges. Out of 16 people, 11 ordered the steak, every single one was stone cold, non of them were cooked to the request of the diner. the chips that it came with were at least an inch squared and hard in the middle. Some were pure fat and grisly and could not be eaten. No one came to us to check back that the food was ok, we tried to get 2 separate waitresses attention but to no avail. Eventually we were able to ask someone if we could speak to the manager, to which the supervisor came to us. Bless her she was lovely but clearly wasn’t given any authority to do anything over complaints as she kept having to go to the owner who was hiding away in the back. The gave us 1 free drink per person, which we had to settle for! Later on a lady from another table approached us and asked how our food was, as their food was inedible. They were a table of 30! We found out before we left that every table in there complained about their food. The owner eventually came out and he was so rude, arrogant and laughed in our faces. When we pay £30 per head I think it’s disgusting that they can serve food of such a poor quality, and think it’s ok! The picture I’ll attach is of a ‘WELL DONE’ steak!!

I had my baby shower on 02/02/20 at Jam restaurant. From booking the venue to the finish was such an easy experience, I booked for 17 guests, paid a small deposit then the remaining a few days before and providing dietary requirements for my guests the staff are so easy going through this process and understand when you have tricky guests. On Arrival the room was absolutely stunning even though these amenities are included it was still a wow factor from my family & friends. There was 4 other events on in the space however everyone had there own section which were all decorated beautifully! I booked afternoon tea with prosecco for all my guests which was served on arrival and if anyone wanted tea's or coffees they were provided. They carry out table service for extra drinks and even provided me with a mommy mocktail which was gorgeous. The afternoon tea was really good portions and you can tell the deserts had just came out the oven still warm! One of my guests was gluten free and they provided her, her very own mini version gorgeous touch! they always allow you take any left over sandwiches and desserts home which was lovely. Even though i only had the venue booked for 2 hours i did not feel rushed out at any point and the staff made everyone feel welcome! I will defiantly be back! Thank you once again for giving me the perfect baby shower!

Visited yesterday for a friend's afternoon tea to celebrate one of her hen nights. Absolutely amazing. Been here several times and restaurant never fails to impress. Restaurant was full but service was excellent. Well done to you all. Afternoon tea itself was lovely and they cater for all allergies. There were over 40 of us in the party and we were all served together with no fuss. If you haven't visited this restaurant please put it to the top of your list

I choose Jam as the venue to celebrate my sister in laws hen party on Saturday 25th January 2020. As maid of honour it fell to me to plan a night to remember. From my original enquiry, to booking the event and hosting the evening Anne-Marie and the team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.

First time at this place, when we walked in we was pleasantly surprised at how busy it was and just how pretty the place looked. Lovely for baby showers and taking photos. We all ordered the afternoon tea. We had a little wait as some dietary requirements in the party. Lovely loose leaf tea and good selection of cakes. However bagette sandwiches were disappointing fillings was very sparse. Staff were lovely. Vegan option of afternoon tea was not very nice. We feel for what you got it was slightly overpriced but lovely venue. But we would not return to have another afternoon tea.

We have recently lost our Dad so I took my mother to Jam for afternoon tea on Friday 6th December to cheer her up. All I can say is how great it was. The scones where fantastic and our gingerbread was still warm from the oven. You get so much we couldn't finish it! Mum loved it and wants to go again soon. The two girls who were on were amazing and made us feel at home, thank you so much!xx. Beautiful food, beautiful venue and beautiful staff!!! Highly recommended.

The level of service from Jam was fabulous from start to finish. Booking a large baby shower, of 53 people with Anne-Marie was made so easy! All staff were great, and the afternoon tea was very tasty, and just enough food!!

Second time here for a afternoon tea with a discount voucher from Radio city, I had a problem with getting my voucher on the phone, but the guy behind the bar was very patience with me, great price, great cocktails too...sandwiches were fresh, lovely afternoon.

As soon as you walk into this restaurant there is an overpowering smell of plug-in air freshener! The decor is lovely. The food good. The staff attentive but I definitely will not be returning because I can’t abide ‘fake’ smells like that. It was so strong you could taste it. Not nice at all

Was invited to an afternoon tea hen do today what a lovely venue, great atmosphere, friendly staff and went out of their way to accommodate with GF options for me, last minute ask on my behalf as I had forgotten to check. Even got my own, fresh out the oven, GF scone, still warm! Cant thank them enough. The food was lovely, as was the company. Great day had by all and would certainly revisit! Very much recommended.

Went to this place yesterday with a group of 12 friends for a birthday, no booking before we turned up but they accommodated our group without any issue! Food was lovely, cocktails yummy and the staff could not have done more for us! Brought a ballon to our table, gave the birthday girl a cake with a candle without us asking! 5 stars to Kieran and Alice for such a good service! Very satisfied!

We visited yesterday for a family birthday meal. Inside is beautiful and the atmosphere is really nice but really let down by the food. The chips were gorgeous and the normal afternoon tea food was really nice but the bread on the gluten free afternoon tea and other meals was hard and stale. My mum couldn't even slice the gluten free scone as it was rock hard.

We visited here when there was an afternoon tea deal on - £12 per person. I could not praise the Gluten Free afternoon tea more highly. The food was tasty, fresh and there was copious amounts of it, I could barely finish it! My husband enjoyed his meal too and his mocktail was really tasty.

Firstly, I visited Jam for a friends birthday back on 5th October. My friend and all the other diners were ordering afternoon tea, which I do not like, so my friend called up the restauraunt and asked if I would be okay to order off the normal menu. This wasnt a problem with Jam and we had a nice day!

Incredible place..the best porn star martini I have ever had..we were short on time because we had to catch a train but we ordered a snack..food was excellent and kieron the host was so polite and service was great..highly recommended 5 star ..decor fantastic

I visited this place of a surprise baby shower, the staff were nice appeared to be heavily watched by either the management or owners in order to turn tables around quickly which completely ruined the afternoon as we hadnt finished our drinks and there was no seating area as they had crammed that many people in. The sandwiches were pretty tasteless with minimal filling on small baguette chunks. The scones were dry, most of the small cakes were decent. I am sorry to say it felt like once you are in its all about getting you out.

We were attending the open day at the university and decided to call for lunch. The 3 of us had the American pancakes 1 with berries 2 with a full breakfast. It was all hot fresh and delicious bringing us extra yoghurt and maple syrup. Our waitress Alice was very professional and polite. Thank you to the chefs for our meals and the staff for looking after us.

We went Wednesday 16th October to celebrate a specal birthday!!! Jam certainly made occasion very special. We had afternoon tea which was great value. Jam provided balloons, a lovely booth and Keiran was a star. Nothing was too much effort. We will definately return Thanks again.

This restaurant is a lovely ambient and very busy hens/ baby shower venue. There are rose walls, soft lighting nice attentive staff and a cool swing singer that had everyone up dancing . The food though was way below standard and it wasn’t cheap . For example I picked the brioche and whipped goats cheese with toasted walnuts pear and mint dressing . What I got was a brioche and a slice of goats cheese with a tiny little lambs leaf salad . I really like Goats cheese and I was hungry so it was ok . not what was ordered though. Then I ( and another 5 people at the table ) ordered the steaks . Most of us medium . I had no problem how the steak was cooked I know medium will be quite pink . My issue was the terrible quality of the steak which must have been a very cheap cut . I actually counted how many times I had to cut through each piece , 14-16 times . This was the worst steak I ever had in a restaurant. I’m sorry to say but food took away from everything else the place offered. We were asked how everything was , and I really should have said then and there. I didn’t because it was a hens party and other people organised it , I didn’t want to offend them . As it turned out no one liked their steaks they all said they were extremely tough . Btw we they took our order a week or two in advance so there was no carrying extra stock . If anything it meant they had time to order the best of cuts. The hand cut chips were very nice .

Never disappointed this is definitely the place to visit for breakfast food perfect manager Joe and staff really nice people make sure you try this restaurant you won’t be disappointed

Choice of 3 baguette sandwiches,really tasty and filling. Had to leave a bit of time before attempting scones cream and jam. Unfortunately scones were overdone and were more like a biscuit,extremely crunchy, which is not what you expect from a scone. Really disappointing. There was a selection of cakes which were nice , but was not impressed with cheesecake in pot. Loose leaf tea was very good and refills were available. Staff were courteous and helpful. Surroundings were good. Would probably visit again if scones improved.

We booked jam for a Bridal Shower afternoon tea whilst in Liverpool for my hen weekend and I am so glad we did. The decor of the place is amazing and the staff are super friendly. The afternoon tea itself was very filing with baguette bread instead of finger sandwiches and the cakes were lovely. We have a glass of prosecco included in the tea and also had a few cocktails which were delicious. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next day for brunch and the Eggs Benedict with Ham Hough is honestly one of the best meals I have ever had. Well worth a visit.

Not the most interesting afternoon tea I’ve had, four different “sandwiches” all on french baguette so when you bit into it the filling oozed out, plenty of filling, we weren’t told what the fillings were, nor were the cakes described, yes I agree it’s obvious when it’s a macaroon but still....... when I did ask the waitress about the contents of a glass she had to go away and ask, it was meringue and cheesecake with an almond crumb topping- not very nice at all. We shared a bottle of Prosecco which was lovely but NO tea!!!!! Never had afternoon tea before without any tea, not the worse but not the best

Visited with friends for afternoon tea. The place was heaving with groups of cackling women on hen parties and baby showers. The atmosphere is far from calm and serene more loud and chavvy.

Visited this great place on Sunday for my Daughter in laws baby shower. Fantastic afternoon all round .Staff were brilliant and vey friendly ,lovely atmosphere, beautifully decorated so you don’t need to take any thing with you. We had afternoon tea which was lovely too. Plenty to eat .You can also have a dinner there too. Thanks for a great afternoon.We will go back again and take baby with us .

Took my 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren there on Saturday afternoon been meaning to go for a while what a lovely place so surprised when we walked in greeted by the lovely owner Marie we had not booked nothing was to much trouble the staff a credit the food and drinks were to die for definitely a little gem of a place will be returning soon in fact booked all ready for my sisters birthday haven’t stopped talking about this fab place thanks x

Very nice place in the heart of Liverpool. Afternoon Tea was so nice but where was the tea? Never had afternoon tea that didn’t include actual tea. Quite expensive at £25 a head that didn’t include tea. The waiter pushed cocktails 2 for £10 and other drinks but we weren’t offered Tea. The food however was really nice. Another spoiler was the venue is a hub for baby showers. There was a very noisy baby shower going on when we were there that you couldn’t hear yourself speak but once they had gone it was really nice.

Disappointing never been before and won't be returning,food wasn't edible steak asked for medium got rare,small portions, No entertainment on as the guy rang in sick , no email to inform us of the change. Pricey starter£15 and Pricey main £15 would not recommend at all

Multiple occasions have been celebrated here from hen do to birthdays. They always have a vegetarian alternative even when I've had afternoon tea, the set menu for events has vegetarian options too which have always been delicious. Staff are always helpful and professional making each trip rememberable.

Table of 7 with a mix of requests from the menu from traditional breakfast to steak & chips. Staff were fabulous, food was amazing. My asperges son who can be very particular over what he eats, said the steak was gorgeous! Thank you Jam x

Had afternoon tea. Thick dry mini baguettes with minimal filling. One of mine was 'filled' with ham fat. When mentioning this to staff it was replaced with actual ham so suppose I shouldn't moan too much. Scone was nice,other cakes disappointing.Left thinking what a waste of money,would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money.

I was invited here as part of a travelling hen party, we had a fabulous time afternoon tea was fresh and plentiful and service from the very pleasant staff was swift and they were always on hand to provide more refreshments which was much needed for our thirsty group of ladies. The restaurant caters extremely well for hen parties and large parties. A must visit just for the photos alone

Where do I start? booked Jam for my friends hen party, as I was organising it of course I wanted it to be perfect as the pressure was on me, from the very first contact with Jam right through to them wishing us a great weekend and "best of luck on the big day" I could not fault it, Food, service, drinks, ambience, atmosphere, value for money, everything is just beyond expectation, I would not hesitate in visiting again for any occasion *****

Came here for a baby shower and was served the most horrible roast dinner I have had. Not served some of the items that where on the menu and told it had changed. Member of staff was rude when I complained and continued to give me dirty looks afterwards. We where a party of 40+ at £30 per head for 2 courses and a glass of prosecco. Manager apologised and offered me discount of which I told him all the money had been paid in advance by the organiser and that a bottle of wine would be ok. Came back with a glass and told me he couldn't give a bottle and I could have another glass later. It was not just me but other members of our party. Will never come here again. Disgusted.

Visited here for a friends Baby Shower, there was 40+ of us and we had ordered the 2 course Sunday Roast, there was lots of different ages and cultures on the table as we were quite a diverse party, enjoyed the food immensely, I had duck spring rolls for starters which were superb and then I had roast beef, succulent and tasty with all the trimmings, staff were very attentive and could not do enough for us, as for the decorations and the overall look of the restaurant 1 word WOW.

I booked a birthday meal for myself and 12 guests as the packages offered by the restaurant were really reasonably priced compared to the other venues I had considered. I opted for the 2 course meal with glass of prossecco and Anne-Marie was really helpful and easy to communicate with when making the arrangements.

We attended for afternoon tea for a hen party. The lay out and décor is in purple and white shades. Lovely seating areas. The food was tasty. I'm gluten free and received my own personal selection of goodies. The drinks are a little more expensive, but only around the same as you would expect to pay in a restaurant.

Me and my 34 hens rocked up on a Saturday night and had a ball!!!! 2 members of our party were running about an hour late but John who was dealing with us was so nice, told us not to panic, and he would keep their food hot, which he did, as soon as the latecomers arrived they were attended to immediately! Food was beautiful and plentiful. The singer who was on that night was absolutely amazing! Sang a wide range of songs and had us all up dancing. I could not have asked for a better night and would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anybody! I will certainly be back!

Just had great night at Niece's bridal shower!! Great place for party events!! Lovely surrounds, staff very organised. Although very busy, staff very friendly and attentive. Food very nice! Good size dance floor although everyone could dance at tables too. Entertainment excellent!!! Lady singer who sang and played great sing-a-long tunes. Created great atmosphere!!! Great night enjoyed by all!! If any criticisms would be finished too early! Would not hesitate to recommend this venue!!!

What a beautiful find for brunch. I think this is the most beautiful restaurant I’ve ever been in! Everywhere was decorated purple, with purple flowers and pom poms and lights. I loved it!!

Visited for my cousins Baby Shower recently, the venue is beautiful and totally made for these type of events. However the Afternoon Tea sandwiches, well rolls rather, were very underwhelming. Mostly bread, with unexciting fillings - egg, tuna, cheese that spilt out once you bit into it. Proper sandwiches with better fillings - ham, beef, salmon with some vegetarian options would have been better. Also the glass of Prosecco replaced any tea/ coffee, rather than it being an extra? The scones were the best part. For the price, I don't think it was worth it however think it relies on the restaurant as a whole to bring the experience up. We had a good time because of the occasion :)

Booked a hen party here 2 weeks ago and everyone had the most amazing time. Anne Marie was so helpful ensuring everything went perfectly for the bride to be. The food was amazing, the venue was stunning and the flower wall made the most amazing backdrop for our photos. 2 of our group were quite late to arrive but the staff ensured that their food was kept hot for them arriving and nothing was too much trouble. Cocktails were also delicious. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jam and would definitely return. Thanks again for making the hen party wonderful.

Jam Restaurant was recommended to me for a Birthday treat, we were not disappointed. Food was fresh and very tasty, a good variety of sandwiches, cakes and endless tea. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Altogether a lovely afternoon Birthday treat. I would definitely recommend a visit here.

I booked a sparkling afternoon tea for my mum for mother's day and we redeemed it at Jam today. It was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous food and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Made you feel at home, James and Kieran were amazing. Can't wait to go back.

I had afternoon tea planned with mum my as a mother/daughter treat. Unfortunately my mother was taken into hopsital during the night before our planned lunch. When my husband called to rearrange a member of staff, was rather rude to my husband saying she couldn’t rearrange the afternoon tea and it wasn’t their fault we couldn’t make it and they’ve already bought and made it now!! Well I’m rather disappointed with the outcome as it wasn’t our fault either!!

I planned my sisters bridal shower for here and I could not fault it! From the minute I booked they were so accommodating as I added more people on and vegetarian options. The day itself was so fab! Gorgeous and girly place with amazing food and attentive staff! Would go back and definitely recommend! 10/10

I had my surprise hen party here on Friday 12th April the staff are amazing and went above and beyond, food was lovely and entertainment was amazing. Loved every minute and how they dressed our area was gorgeous would 100% recommend this place to others and would return myself. Once again the waiting and bar staff were so great and made a huge effort so thank you all

I have just celebrated my hen with a group of 32 ladies. JAM from the get go provided me with the best package around, to be honest exactly to the t of what I was looking for and best of all at a reasonable price per person. Straight from speaking to Anne Marie she made the booking so straight forward and exactly what I asked for, even when I added on several people last minute and it was the day of the grand national!!

I visited Jam yesterday with my Mum. I had booked the afternoon tea as I liked the sound of the choices and the price was extremely reasonable. We had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and helpful taking pictures for us and answering Mum’s question about the cupcakes. We had a lovely relaxing afternoon and were not rushed to finish our food. The atmosphere was great with a lovely acoustic singer for background entertainment. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and a great venue, it was heaving. The afternoon tea was delicious just the right sized offerings of food to enjoy but not fill you up that you can’t finish everything. Also having one each of everything is great as you don’t have to barter with your company as to who has what. Well presented and very tasty, we will be back

Had a lovely afternoon on Mothers day in Jam, we had stuggled to find somewhere that could accommodate both vegan and gluten free. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the food was delicious - plenty of choice for us awkward eaters and the entertainment topped the afternoon off. We will visit again.

Had my hen party here at the weekend, despite a misunderstanding about the numbers, Anne-Marie went out of her way to accommodate us all (37 in total!) and we had a lovely afternoon. The décor is outstanding and really made the day special, and we all enjoyed the food, which was faultless. Our only issue was that the drink service was a little slow but it was a busy afternoon. Wish I'd booked to go back the next day for Mother's Day! Will definitely return

Funky looking place, flower walls and comfy booths. Baguette style sandwiches, fruit scones with jam and cream (but perhaps butter could be supplied as standard rather than having to ask), and some delicious deserts. Accommodated family nut allergies, and cocktails and Prosecco were delicious!

Visited Jam for afternoon tea with my mum for a mother’s day weekend treat. Had never been before and had seen so many rave reviews so both myself and my mum were really looking forward to it especially as they could accommodate her gluten free diet. On arrival we were seated by the door which was freezing (Granted that’s not the staffs fault) we asked to be seated elsewhere and staff were happy to arrange this for us. We were seated by the manager who told us the sandwiches on the afternoon tea were Chicken, Tuna, Cheese and Egg Mayo....my mum specifically asked for no Tuna on hers and if she could have either a chicken or egg sandwich as an alternative....this didn’t happen. Also there was no chicken sandwhich on it at all, it was houmous and pepper. When she told a member of staff she had asked for no tuna the lady was more than happy to swap it for her and she asked what sandwich she would like to replace it with....again she said either egg or chicken (she still thought it was an option and it wasn’t houmous) but she got cheese.

From start to finish the staff were great, the atmosphere, the food was good, the best but was the cocktail making bit it was Fab everyone loved it, all got to drink the three we made and keiran was amazing at showing and helping us, we really enjoyed making them it was a great afternoon and evening, made to feel special and will definitely go back

Visited Jam on a recent Saturday afternoon and was really impressed with absolutely everything, myself and 5 friends had afternoon tea which was delicious and very filling compared to others i've had, the staff could not do enough for us even though it was extremely busy and it was a really enjoyable afternoon, will certainly be returning very soon

Upon arrival for a lunch to celebrate the first solo outing of a friend post child-birth, the staff ignored me. Finally got the attention of one of the waitstaff (all of whom looked at me when I entered the mostly empty restaurant), to be asked (in an annoyed tone) if I had a reservation. The response to my replied 'no' was, "just sit where ever you want" as the waitress walked away. Being the first of my friends to arrive, I chose a table for 4 in the middle of the venue and sat facing the door and bar/staff area.

Husband and I went today for breakfast. Best food we have had in town for a long while. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, food was amazing and the restaurant is decorated so nice. Great party venue
