A decent place with a friendly vibe from both staff and clientele. Prices are a little steep but it's not prohibitively so.

Be aware not to park your car there, My car windows got smashed and laptap etc were stolen, and security guys only watched. They were not even bothered and gave me misleading info about who smashed the window. The other day the street Camera recording was obtained by police and it shows the security guys were watching the guys and sounded they even know him!!!! I’m not sure what to say but you are warned. Be aware of this bar!

Weird place, not decorated like a fancy Chelsea bar and a little too big for the amount of people there on a Saturday. Considering the price you pay for drinks it's not really worth going here over a nicer bar.

Such a great place to come for a casual cocktail and pizza, warm friendly atmosphere. We had to wait a while for the food, however it was very busy over the festive period. It’s chilled and low key, with a real buzz in the air.

Such good vibes! We did an office works Xmas drinks and we enjoyed it! The only thing that got us absolutely SHOOK: was the price of 4 baby Guinness’s shots = £67.50!!! That is absolutely MAD! Girl, that is £16.88 per shot! In what world do we live in where this is the price?! London, you are mad! My advice: stay away from those shots cause they will rob you!

Great experience at Jak’s, food was delicious, we tried different dishes, meat, fish, vegetarian options. Service 5 stars, Dona was really nice and suggested some good options. Definitely recommend this place, will go back

We celebrated our friend’s birthday, and it was a great experience. Our server Andra was very friendly, and she surprised us with a delicious cake with a candle. We enjoyed Andras individual approach to the client service. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Canteen quality food for Kings road prices. Food was cold when first served. Came back microwaved to the point of no return. No apology and inedible. Shame as recommendations were really strong. #letdown

Toller Laden, was das das Ambiente angeht. War eins der coolsten Restaurants in London, in denen ich bisher gewesen bin. Aber das Essen schmeckte nicht so gut. Es sah und schmeckte nach billiger Ware. Der Burger war trocken. Bun und Patty. Der Fisch schmeckte billig und matschig. Für 3 Gerichte mit 2 Cola und einem Wasser zahlten wir 90 Pfund. Un délicieux repas (un plat à choisir entre une escalope de poulet, des lasagnes, du thon) et deux accompagnements. Le cadre était vraiment très agréable, très confortable. À noter que le gâteau au chocolat très chocolaté. Un peu étonné malgré tout de voir un endroit aussi calme un dimanche à 13h mais il ne faut pas fuir, au contraire. Le seul point négatif : légèrement gras .-)

Venue back to normal since pandemic, good crowd and music and attentive staff - food very mediocre for the price though, needs updating, and the music is too loud in the sitting areas near the bar because the speakers are badly placed - needs rearranging/turning down.

Stumbled upon this place by chance, late on Monday night. The best place I’ve been to in London. The decor is stunning and the staff amazing. Thank you guys, the best night.

I had a wonderful time while having dinner with my friends! The ambiance was inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The menu offered a wide range of delicious options, and the food was presented beautifully. We all loved the flavorful dishes we ordered, and the desserts were simply divine. Um lugar legal um público até que bom, mas infelizmente meu celular foi roubado no local. Todo cuidado é pouco né! Sou brasileira já rodei todo o Brasil e nunca fui roubada ou algo do tipo, e na cidade “mais segura do mundo” fui roubada! Meu celular ficou o tempo todo em minha bolsa junto ao meu corpo. Fora isso foi uma noite maravilhosa a música muito boa, eu recomendo o local só nao bobeia como eu 😏😃

Food was not so special (pizza, pasta, burger). But the Cocktails were very tasty and good. A bit overpriced and very loud music in the background. Not a place to enjoy food, but drinking with friends.

This is a very good restaurant bar and night club in the heart of Chelsea and so huge its unbelievable, very lovely atmosphere and classic food, the music is so nice and fantastic meal, drinks a little pricey , try the serene of the club, the downside is shut at midnight.

Been hire to offer my service for a birthday celebration, love this restaurant and highly recommend for celebrating a birthday here . I did not tried the food but I may visit with family. I had a lot that is quite heavy asked for help to help me before I went out and the waiter was very friendly and helped .

What a hidden gem! A great setting, especially for big groups, where you can enjoy a delicious meal and enjoy fresh meals. The food is good, wouldnt call it best in town, but overall I would recommend this place!

Nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and happy to sort us out with some unplanned mid morning coffees.

I have been here more than a few times and I can’t fault it. It’s great place especially the bar / dance floor area. My latest time was yesterday where the service was superb, bouncers were polite and done their job, staff in general provided great customer service. The lady who served our table in the bar part to the left I forgot her name :( always goes above and beyond and makes it even more of an enjoyable night with the high level customer experience. All in all it was a great night last night like always.

I have celebrated few of my birthdays and friends there, the service and food are excellent, the decoration is unique, also great venue for large amount of people and drinks after dinner with excellent music. The manager Farook is always very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place. 5*

Food is average, Restaurant was practically empty during lunchtime hence no atmosphere. Large space, rustic, old interior which is nice but in a basement so no natural light. It is a glorified cafeteria style restaurant which does now justify their very high prices. Am not going there again.

Attending a friend's 50th Birthday, not been here B4. Great atmosphere, good choice of alcohol free beers available, and friendly & plenty of staff. High price level but high quality level, my pizza was delicious and good size, everyone around me enjoyed their food. Will be back to sample more. Great first impression!

£30 for two single rum and cokes and £11 for a bottle of Peroni. They seem to make up prices on the spot. I suggest some basic drink prices on the back wall so you don't feel like you're being taken advantage of. Fantastic venue, drinks used to be reasonable pre-covid. Not worth the new prices.

It was new years eve, and having been there five times .....yes all before covid, it was always fantastic. The service, food and the amazing place with a cool vibe. When we arrived there was a jazz band.......brilliant we all thought, we were taken to our table, fantastic it was a round one great for being able to talk to each other. Four members of the staff came over to take our drinks....pouring wine into our glasses. What could go wrong and why only two stars you may ask well.... 1) the drinks were incredibly expensive 2) the food was incredibly expensive and at best ok 3) all of a sudden this loud rave music..... was on so loud for two and abit hours we did not speak to each other as could not hear each other 4) the fantastic service we had ......was no longer fantastic. There was not enough staff to cope with the volume of people 5) we were over charged on our bill, bottles of wine we did not have, cocktails we did not have, food we did not have. 6) waiting for drinks, that we were charged for but did not come. Running out of the cheaper bottles of wine....38 pounds ones What should have been a fantastic new year eve night out was not. If we went back, it would be for the food platters which are very good and surprising good value for money. Happy new year

When we first arrived at around 8pm we loved the atmosphere with the live band playing, the subdued lighting and quirky setting. Initially the staff were really attentive - but as the venue filled up they became hard to find and we ended up having to order at the bar. The food was a tale of two Halves - starters were OK. Although there was a mis-order. The main course was disappointing. The steak was OK but the sides looked and tasted overly re-heated from the pass. Many of our group left a lot of their main courses as they just weren’t that appetising. There were a few discrepancies on the bill - the mistake on the starters - were left on our bill and an extra bottle of wine - whilst we weren’t delivered some of the drinks ordered. The biggest disappointment was that without warning, the wonderful band was replaced by dance music played at bowel shattering volume. So loud in fact I’m surprised the sound system survived as it was distorting and sounded awful. I cannot work out why a restaurant would turn itself into a dance hall half way through the night. I would have expected more for less and certainly would hope to be able to have a conversation with my table.

Beware before you book Good vibes but sell your first born child before you venture here. £10 for an asahi bottle beer is honestly daylight robbery. The food is wildly average and well over priced. Beware of the drinks you purchase as there is no price list for anything less than bottles or bottle service. If food was better and pricing was more reasonable this place would be Gold!

Amazing food and staff! Highly recommend the seabass! However, i was looking forward to the atmosphere but it was really quiet and we was the only customers there on a Tuesday night.

Came here for some drinks with friends. The place was hard to find and could benefit from putting a bigger or more obvious sign outside. The ambiance inside is wonderful, especially during the festive season when we went. The venue is much bigger than you expect and would be great to host a party or larger group. We didn’t have any food but drinks were as expected. Would be nice to have more soda options at the bar. Would reccomend and return.

Overpriced food, not much better than most high street restaurants Make sure if you pay by card you ask to have the service charge removed as it is not passed on to staff but taken by the business and so are any tips also paid by card, how businesses can get away with this in 2022 is beyond me

Toilet attendants are really annoying!

Came here as local to my friend, just to have a drink and some garlic bread. Garlic bread arrived, no garlic so I took it back. Person at the bar offered to make a new one, but in fact just took back and put garlic butter on top few pieces. Think I will avoid, not a good experience. Service here is very poor also, I had to go to the bar to be served. Such a shame

Fun large warehouse basement bar and restaurant. We didn't really have dinner, just bar snacks but the food was good. It had a lovely atmosphere and a good mix of seating arrangements. Would be great for parties. We found it a bit loud because we were there for quieter drinks than the Christmas party that happened to have booked part of it for the evening. Drinks a little pricier than some other places.

Excellent food and service! Thanks - we came for dinner last weekend, we loved all the dishes that the staff recommended to us, starters, mains, and even desserts were all very tasty! Not only the manager but also the bartenders were so friendly, responding to questions adequately, accurately and politely, you can tell the have profound knowledge about the menu and restaurants, and its operations especially when there're special request or asking for new cocktails, always keep checking tables and services - Highly recommend this place! 100% best place to eat or to go out clubbing (Drinks are quite expensive though)

Food is ok... Not so bad for a casual restaurant. Sub zero customer service. Also a very dirty place. The Britain flag hanging above the main door has been there, unwashed, for at least 8 years. Super dirty carpet.Access to disabled toilet is by a knife (they use it as a key to open the door) no baby changing facilities. Awful staff except the guy that makes pizza and the oriental/asian look guy. The manager is one of the worst managers I have every come across. I would go back there again but just to watch football as they have a few massive TVs and a giant screen! Forgot to mention that drinks are super expensive. £16.50 for an espresso martini!! Google should only assess the ratings based on the last 12 months rather than from day one. This way owners would try to keep up with cleaning, customer service and ambiance a lot more often

The WORST experience i ever had. If there was a zero rating i would give it away. The food was BAD. Dont go for FISH. We ordered tuna steaks they smelled bad, chewy, not fresh and tasteless. The dish looked like a canteen food or camping food and each costs £24 …. This is insane, i wish someone from food quality control comes and checks this place. Not only the food was worst , but also the manager and service were even worst. The music was so loud and there were not enough staffs on a Saturday night. No chance coming back.

I was very disappointed by my experience. Food and drinks were too expensive for their quality. Also the customer service was shocking. We had an extra item on the bill that we didn’t order, and when we raised this we were ignored for 20 mins before we had to chase down the manager. When he finally gave us some of his time, he retaliated by saying that we were sitting at a table that seats 20 people (we were a group of 9 and reserved for 12, and besides that, the restaurant was empty). I definitely won’t be going back.

Low quality food. Ready made meals sold for 20-30£. (Precooked fish, chicken, lasagna and heated when served). Would have been acceptable if for 10-15£. Bad customer service, rude waiters. They had an additional item on the bill that we hadn’t ordered and when we pointed it out, they investigated with us for 15mins before agreeing to remove it (they wanted to review CCTV footage to see if the item was consumed or not). Ridiculous

Wandered past and was enticed to stop to pick up some lunch from the counter to takeaway. I opted for a slice of Lasagne with Tabbouleh and Broad Beans. When I was handed my order I was charged £23.50!! Ridiculously overpriced for what I got. Unfortunately I was too polite to revoke my order but I have since reached out to the restaurant to check whether I have been accidentally overcharged.

The food is ok, the music is decent, the security are fair & professional and really nice guys too but the bar area's hideous!... full of rowdy drunken guys. They've also closed off the main dancefloor for table bookings (£250) which is a new development - it's turned into a pretentious West End club. Drinks in general are a rip-off and they seem to make up prices on the spot based on how they feel. Jak's used to be a nice place it's a real shame to see it go downhill. Management should think hard about their strategy and how to differentiate going forward!

One of my favourite places in the area. Great food, quality ingredients for the price, great service. Great to come alone, with friends or as a family group. It's got a nice homely vibe. But also great weekends for late night drinks and music.

Excellent buzz and vibe. The atmosphere, music and decoration was definitely worth a revisit. However the food was very average making this a place i would love to come back to for drinks and nibbles. One of our pizzas was cold and the pasta we ordered was rather bland. Steak and chips were quite good. Although I asked for medium and it was perfectly medium rare. Which is not the worst mistake to make.

Nice hidden place and decor. The spinach ricotta cannelloni was okay but not amazing. The service was a bit long, despite the fact we were the only ones in the place at first. Two people came in and were served before us. Expensive but portion bigger than expected

Situé dans le sous-sol de l’immeuble, l’entrée n’est pas des plus attirante. Ne vous arrêtez pas sur cette première impression et descendez l’escalier pour découvrir un restaurant et un bar très cosy. Les serveurs sont accueillant et souriant. Le bar vous confectionnera votre cocktail préféré et si vous n’en n’avez pas la carte vous en proposera. La cuisine d’inspiration italienne est très bonne. Et bien qu’elle soit faite sur place, dommage que les plats soit préparés à l’avance et réchauffé à la commande. Mais cela reste très bon et à des prix corrects pour Londres.

We walked in to book a table for later that evening. We didn’t actually end up coming back to eat as we got caught up else where, but we wanted to leave a review to say that the staff who saw to us were so lovely, friendly and warm. I think one of them was the manager actually. It felt like they were happy to be at work and happy to see to their customers. This can be hard to come by.

Weird vibe. It's way too loud. The drinks are too expensive. Waiters do not look particularly happy. The toilets were disgusting. The food was actually quite nice, at least my choice. I ordered a parmiggiana which was well prepared, with a side of hummus and spinach. I would not mind repeating if (i) music wasnt that loud, (ii) drinks were more affordable, (iii) service was improved.

It just looks cool. Jack’s is that place you go once to “try it” and then never come back. Is not worth it as make exception for the particular location, the drinks are expensive and they serve canteen’s food.

Jaks is a true hidden gem! Those words are usually overused, but not in this case. Jaks is truly hidden and only a select few people know about it. The atmosphere, the food the staff are all amazing! Great for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. I cannot fault this place!
