Very disappointed with the service. I ordered food thst wasn't that warm when it arrived. We requested salad with tye chicken wrap. My goodness 6 tiny bits of chicken. The chicken masala had hardly any chicken. Ridiculous portions. Lots of sauce just wasted. Staff rude. Very overpriced. Never will I order from.there again....

Second time we had delicious curry, with excellent service. We really enjoyed their garlic chicken curry and spicy kebab here. It was obviously cooked fresh in front of us and had amazing flavours. Would definitely recommend everyone to try.

We had couple of curries and their special kebaba which were highly recommend by their manager. All the foods were very tasty and the kebab is secound to none. We wish we had a curry and kebab shop in Liverpool. We recommend everyone to try their Boti Kebab.

As above,very dissatisfied with my meal, chicken shaslic very dry, no peppers and it was cold. Not impressed!

The delivery driver has left me shaken up. I have spent all day in hospital today and the last thing I needed to do was face the abuse from this delivery driver. I am disabled so it takes me a while to get to the door but he wouldn’t stop banging on the door. I am tired from being in hospital and he launched an abusive attack on me accusing me of not picking up my phone then I remembered that I need to update my new phone number. He kept saying that it was late at night and it is true it’s late my daughter is in bed but he kept banging the door. I nearly tripped getting to the door fast enough. To be faced with a load of abuse. I said I won’t order from you again and he said “good, don’t order from us again” I was polite and nice to him apart from saying that I won’t order again from him. I didn’t want trouble or an argument. I felt extremely vulnerable as he is a big man and I’m only little and female not expecting a fully grown man to be so abusive. I am thoroughly shaken up. I treated myself to an Indian after spending all day in hospital. I already am depressed, anxious and feeling vulnerable and I didn’t need to be threatened by this man.

It’s a very small curry house in Blackpool. I do visit them regularly and customised my curry every time. They are quite busy all time but I don’t mind to wait while they cook curry for me. Recommend curries are Lamb nihari if you like otherwise supreme chicken I love most from them.

Really nice food. My mum is really fussy & has tried many local restaurants and not enjoyed them at all but said this was the best curry she’d had in a long time. Ordered a special that wasn’t on the menu and it was no problem at all. Food arrived hot. Good value. Would recommend

Big shout out to jaflong Indian takeaway Blackpool Used it for years never let us down food always great. In my opinion the best Indian takeaway in Blackpool hands down!

This used to be my favourite Indian. Whenever we had an Indian takeaway this would be our go to . The last 2 times we’ve been the food has been awful. I always have a small chicken madras it used to be delicious- recently it’s tasted like it come out of a bottle- minging. The other meals were apparently sub par too. I don’t know if they’ve changed their chef but they serious need to sort this. It’s put me off having another Indian. We won’t be going again.

We were visiting friends in Blackpool that moved here 1 year ago, they had tried a couple of Indian takeaways but were really disappointed and as we and they were originally from 10 miles out of Birmingham, we are used to good curries in our home town. As I am a member of a social media curry club I remembered some members having a conversation about Indian takeaways in Blackpool and remember the Jaflong being mentioned as the best in the area, 6 of ordered a takeaway last night and was really pleased with the food, it was lovely and fresh, piping hot and delivered on time, the flavours and the quality were outstanding, I must mention the garlic and saag rice which was also delicious, well done Jaflong our friends will be regulars from now on.

Stopping at the local Marton Mere holiday park and looked for a local Indian takeaway. Local to the park, great menu, good reasonable prices, friendly staff, local delivery and superb food. Would absolutely recommend. Quality.

Love the Indian here, always good hot fresh food. We love the Kashmiri, not found it anywhere else yet !

Overall the food was quite alright but won’t be buying from them again because od the sizes of the starters, weve paid £2.75 for two pieces of samosa-total ripoff

We ordered our first Jaflong takeaway on Saturday night as a Fathers Day treat and oh my - it was absolutely Fabulous. Piping hot, friendly staff, prompt. Super tasty. All in all a full house. Would I recommend and use again? ......... Definitely Yes

Every meal we've had from here has been piping hot and delicious. Whener we've had meals delivered, they have always arrived within the specified time and piping hot. Defeinitely would recommend eating it.

Have had another gorgeous meal from this takeaway And it really is the best Indian takeaway I have had in Blackpool. And I've had a few. The only criticism I have. Is we ordered a king prawn madras,and there were only three prawns. Last week same order four prawns. And they are really big and tasty prawns. Hope this was an oversight. Because think there really does need to be at least four prawns. Please don't let this put anyone off.Thinking only four prawns. Because they really are massive,and scrumptious.we totally enjoyed our meal.

I ordered food at 5:45 pm this evening on just eat. The restaurant confirmed that delivery will be at 7:05 pm. 7:30 pm and still no food. It finally arrived at 7:45, two hours after ordering. One person missed their dinner completely because they had to go to work. Upon unpacking I discovered that one of the meals was missing so I phoned the restaurant who were incredibly rude on the phone but said they would send it out. That was two hours ago and I’m still waiting. I’ve tried repeatedly to phone the restaurant but the phone just rings continually then it cuts off, when I call back it’s engaged so clearly they’ve taken the phone off the hook. As regards the actual food we did receive it was awful. One prawn dish had 2 prawns in it, The chicken tikka arrived with no mint sauce and the medium curry was vindaloo hot and therefore inedible. I only ordered from here because my usual takeaway is closed so this was Jaflongs opportunity to impress and acquire a new customer. Massive fail. Don’t go near this shocking place.

Tried here years ago and it was terrible! However I think it’s under new management and it’s a lot lot better. Ordered chicken madras and chicken jalfrezi last Wednesday. It’s two for one on curries too which was great! The food was so tasty, lots of ghee on the top which is how I like it. Proper authentic. Naan was lovely too. Ordering again tonight as the offer is on every week on Wed and Thur.

I have used Jaflong takeaway on 2 occasions now and both times the food and the speed of service have been excellent. Will be using them again and I would recommend this place.

Ordered chicken madras spicy popadom plain popadom x2 chaptti and portion of chip everything was spot on and come nice and hot only thing was not enough spice in it for me me will be trying it again some time

Delivery instructions - waste of time707396564We live on the corner of a main road and a side road. Our entrance is on the side road but our address is the main road. SO, we left instructions to advise of this. Guess what? They had been knocking on the gate on the main road (not a door, it's yards from the house) and had given up.I called Jaflong who made excuses then refused to deal with me (thank you for that) and gave me the driver's mobile. We eventually sorted it but the delivery guy's attitude was that HE was upset and had been delayed. Seriously??? READ THE MESSAGE!!I bothered to type it. YOU SHOULD BOTHER TO READ IT

My husband and I visited Jaflong after a long day at the Pleasure Beach.We were greeted by a really friendly lady who was answering the phone and looking after customers. Immediately behind her you could see the kitchen where two male staff were preparing food.We ordered two curries, two naan breads, mushroom bhaji and onion rice. It was £21.55 which we thought was very reasonable.We took a seat inside and got chatting with the lady. She was really lovely and friendly, the short wait for our food passed by so quickly.Demonstrating wonderful service we received complimentary poppadoms and dips as it was my birthday.If we are ever in Blackpool again we will certainly be returning, thank you!

Having seen the bad reviews I still chose to get a takeaway having recently moved to the area. I couldn’t fault the curries and service we received was excellent. Curries were delivered fast and tasted great. Thank you

Tried ringing and can’t get through!! My chicken chat has cucumber in it!!! And tomatoes! I asked and requested for no fruit veg or salad! The chicken nuggets and chips bags was sweaty and dripping wet!!! The chips all soggy!! The flat bread for the chat was hard! shocking! Now driving to macdonlds to feed the kids! £40 thats just cost!!

I found this curry house on just eat and rang them directly. The food was delivered on time, hot and beautiful. I wil be ordering again. Would reccomend definitely...

Food cold and stringy. You get your salad in a bag, ridiculous. Had bad stomach pain next day. Look at the so called bhaji. People stay away, plenty of other food establishments that provide better food and service for the same cost

I know the Jaflong owner’s since 2008. We had some issues in past. The new owner took over the charge and change everything dramatically. The food and the services are spot on. I had the Chicken Jalfrizi was delicious. I will visit next week. Great job boys

Ordered a large takeaway from this restaurant told 55mins no sign of food so called to see where food was told it was a big order said why say 55mins if that is not what they can do. Driver rang to say he was outside when in fact he was in the wrong place and then his attitude was very bad will not be using/recommending again.

Delivery to Marton Mere. Tried to order something from their online menu, was told they don’t do it?? Had 4 different dishes, all inedible. Curries were very watery, Sag Paneer was not edible and Egg Fried Rice had pieces of hard boiled egg in it. Worst Indian I have ever had.

Walked in waited 45 minutes to guys sat on mobile phones all the time picking their noses in the kitchen quite offputting!! also the chef mixing food in buckets on the floor and then putting them on the worktop where they prepared food and one another just eating his dinner in the back with his hands asked for my money back before my food but they said no

Mother's Day treat from my son. Food absolutely lovely. We were told the delivery could take 55 mins, however it turned up in about 40 mins. Piping hot and a cheeky extra poppadom. Plentiful amount , enough for tea the night after and just as tasty a day later. 5 star review as could not fault the telephone manner, delivery expectations and taste / quality of food. Fab

We always get delicious food from here. Can not fault it. We’ve had it several times and never had a complaint.

Ordered the set meal for 4. The Chicken Tikka, Lamb Bhutan and Bombay Potato all tasted the same but with different meat/potato. It seems the same sauce was used for all the dishes so although ok, it was a boring meal. Certainly not as good as last time.

Friendly and helpful staff with a reasonable priced great menu. I have a meal from Jaflong at least once a month and never had a bad one yet. Spicy enough for me and my partner. You gotta try the Dansak truly delicious.

Used to love this takeaway but recently has not been so good. Had a meal tonight and although OK it was very tasteless and boring! Been using this place for a least 10 years but has definately gone down. Shame!!!!!

Siempre nos pide de Jaflong cuando visite Blackpool. El Madrás era preciosa, pero mi pollo tikka balti esta vez no tenía pimientos, que hacía falta en sabor me decepcionó, pero probablemente un error por su parte. Voy a pedir la próxima vez peppers.

I used this takeaway for the 1st time last week and ordered veg pakora, onion bhaji , veg curry and garlic nann bread. pakora's weren't as nice as I expected. Bhaji were wonderful so was the veg curry. the garlic nann, although I asked for extra garlic didn't seem that garlicy. I will go back there though

Ordenados en línea para tomar ventaja de un 10% de descuento. Pedimos 2 comidas, 2 cebolla bhajis naans y algunos. Las comidas y el naans estaban bien, nada especial, pero lo suficientemente bueno como para considerar pedir de nuevo. La cebolla bhajis eran buenos para nada, pero me temo que el bin.

Sólo se trasladó a la zona, y se veía en tripadvisor para llevar un buen. Pedimos la comida para 4 en línea el sábado 18/ 3/ 17, recogerla y estaba preparada como pedido y a un precio razonable. Buena selección de nuestros favoritos platos indios, más que suficiente para el banquete. Incluso tenía las sobras para el almuerzo del día siguiente. Sin duda volveremos.

He tenido curry muy lindo desde aquí. Ha sido menos grasienta que otras que he probado, el único inconveniente es que no son de justeat.

Good place to experience curry as it should be, concise menu which having tried a good bit of it I can recommend it all.Service is always prompt and courteous and I believe they deliver too.Top notch

The staff are friendly and food is cooked so you can see it. The chicken folks Kassala was delicious as was the pilau rice and fries.

Gorgeous food everytime from Jaflong! Kitchen is all open so you can see your food being cooked. Very clean premises and food is absolutely delicious!

My husband called for a takeaway delivery. He loves a good curry and asked them to make him a dish that they didnt have on the menu... Not a problem at all. It was delivered within 30 minutes , piping hot and cooked as he asked. Great service there

We were on holiday and had done the supermarket shop, intending to pick up an indian "takeaway" in a bag from there but the shelves were bare. Having spotted Jaflong on our way, my husband suggested we picked something up from there.We opted for the Set Meal for 2, with additional Samosas of both varieties and a portion of boiled rice (we were feeding 2 adults, one 13 year old and one 10year old) service was prompt, despite them being very busy with passing trade and deliveries.We were sceptical as to whether or not the kids would go for it, as they usually stick to Korma, Passanda or Tikka Massala but they loved it!The sauces were aromatically spicy without being too hot and there was more than enough food to go around. My husband said he suspected the Samosas were commercially produced but weren't unpleasant, the bhajhis were lovely as was the keema naan. We would definitely recommend this takeaway if you're in the area.

Visited this weekend based on reviews. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, short changed the previous customer by £10. We stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. We didn't even get an acknowledgement that we were there. The lad on the counter was busy texting.

Have tried a few different indians in blackpool as jaflong are not on some of the websites like " just eat ".However i always end up going back to this one as the food is always great.I am not keen on very hot curry but i have had the chicken tikka & tandoori which is always lovely.Also they do a honey chicken which is fantastic.

This is the best Indian around, I have travelled quite a lot and I have not found a tikka masala (can't spell it) sauce like it, it is gorgeous!! We have never been disappointed with any meals purchased from here and service always friendly

One of the best indian meals we have had. Everything cooked to perfection. The Bombay Potato was out of this world, and the Madras sauce packed a punch, hot, but also flavourful. Very competitively priced and extremely friendly staff. Looking forward to visiting again next time we're in the area. Highly Recommended.
