Always get my takeaway from here. Nice enough food. Bit expensive. The prawn crackers don't always have a prawn taste to them

The food definitely does not taste as good as it use to, the food has less flavour and spice which is disappointing as this is the only Chinese Iv been going to for years

First time trying Jade House. Our Delivery last night was quick. The food was amazing. Hot, fresh and tasty. Was just under £60 for 5 of us. My son said it was the best Chinese he had ever had, chilli beef was "bang on". Will definitely try again. Thank you 😀

Amazing food never had a bad meal

Delicious!!! Our usual selection: mixed meat upon, plain chow main, beef and mixed papers in black bean sauce and salt and pepper prawns. Always perfect!

Really gone down hill in the past 6 month's. The meat isn't cooked through. The chips taste stale. The vegetables are slimey and bitter. The spring rolls are a soggy disgrace. Never ordering from here again.

DON'T COME HERE I had a delivery here and the chips were all brown :/ everything was cold and I even vomit and got a stomach bug from it! the food took nearly 2hr to come and they could barely understand me and was putting things in I didn't ask for.

Iv been coming here for 10 years, and have come from Bulwell Carlton and now Arnold. Best Chinese in Nottingham. Only downside is lately it's been getting a bit too hot!! 🙈

This lady got no customers skills rude and just don't get what am telling her Chips old like days been sat in fat and wet/soggy disgusting just rang for her to change the chip's and I was told new ones would be the same what she meens is she's not paying driver to come and change the chips I've had this problem before with the chip's but when there fresh and not left in fat there lovely there are more people on here that have said same about the chips but she won't have it The people that had this place before was better

Brilliant delivery time 20 mins. Lovely food my husband and myself usual save some for the next day but we ate it all. I will definitely be ordering again.

Delivery from order took about 15 minutes, even with the driver sitting outside for a few minutes. No way this could be fresh. Chips tasted stale and old, peppers were limp and had no crunch. Flavour was bland too. Will not order again from here.

This is such a shame..after over 10 years of ordering..only a few times a year mind..not sure if they just had a bad chef on tonight but the best thing was the prawn crackers! Meal for 1 inrdered and the prawns were 'musty' the beef and mushrooms were far to salty..the rice was just bland and aweful with 2 peas in.2! And the sweet n sour sauce was just sour...chicken balls were edible though. I will be writing to them to ask what went wrong after so many years. Very dissapointed. Very rarely do i put a bad review up but this warrented one. Lets hope i dont come down with a bad tummy!

I got overcharged for my meal I priced it on the menu at £8.50 and ordered chips and got charged £12.20 the chips had been reheated and the food was of poor quality I always used this takeaway has it changed owners? Because the food used to be better quality and didn't used to get overcharged I will not be using them again nobody likes getting ripped off I'm sure other people feel the same in an area like this they will overcharge and deliver poor quality food and wake up with a run down overcharging business with no windows would not recommend anyone to buy from here unless you like being overcharged and want a bad stomach

Changed owners food poor seen them drop food on floor then put it in to customers food yuk they even sacked a driver for been off with flu !
