Absolutely brilliant, so accommodating! We had GF, dairy free, nut allergies and it was all catered for beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble! So pleased 😁

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but first time I think I was tricked by reviews left from others when choosing takeaway. This is the worst Chinese takeaway I’ve ever tried. Always ordering same thing from Chinese restaurants. Chicken is hard and questionable if it’s cooked so straight to the bin. Also, it’s cooked completely different from other restaurants. Portion sizes are half compared to any other Chinese. Never ordering again. 2 stars because at least Chow main is edible, hopefully won’t get poisoned 🤞

Great Chinese food and very efficient service (if you phone your order in advance it is always ready when they say it will be). We don't go for the more spicy options so can't comment on the whole range but the stock items such as Sweet & Sour chicken balls, Lemon Chicken, Chop Suey, Special Fried Rice etc are all excellent. Don't forget to pick up a loyalty card, get a stamp every time you spend £15 or more and then get free rice or noodles after 3 stamps and £6 off your bill after 6 stamps.

food wasn't to my liking seemed bland and tastless

Not a long menu, basically, short menu with everything I require, years of experience and the tastiest sweet and sour pork balls, crispy and decent filling.

At last a good Chinese in Ipswich we’ve been trying different ones out but this is definitely the best we’ve had!! all the food was very good especially the ribs no need to look anymore we will be using Jade House from now on !
