I order from this place every time. Food is amazing. Perfect portions. Nice and hot. Well cooked and very delicious. Would recommend this place to anyone that loves a good Chinese takeaway. Polite and quick of deliveries and very reasonable.

This is the most disgusting food I ever tried in my life. Chicken rice with vegetables I like the 0.30p frozen veggies with 0.10p rice per kilogram absolutely disgusting my dog don’t want to eat it

Worst food I have ever eaten chow main was horrible chips tasted like they had been cooked multiple times had better spring rolls at a chip shop greasy chow main was mainly carrots and onions avoid at all costs better food and cheaper over the road at Hong Kong only used this tonight as Hong Kong was closed

Ordered food at 19.17 for delivery, after calling twice food was delivered at 21.05!!! Asked for discount on order and was told no, we were busy also was cold £28 wasted, useless!!!

Food was alright not my normal Chinese takeaway but my usual was closed for there holiday. This place is ok the Singapore noodles we're overcooked and burnt, curry was a bit greasy rice was cooked perfectly though chips was nice too, and the bbq spare ribs was lovely

Waited 2 hours After being told it would only be a 40 minutes delivery time. phoned up after an hour to be told driver was on his my what a load of bull food was cold no Surprise there. If you want a Horrible Chinese and poor customer service definitely the place of Coventry to go. Why did I bother trying somewhere new. Eastern star by b&m Walsgrave Smash it out of the park

We ordered and collected at the takeaway today. Food was ready in 10 mins and it was really nice. We would recommend :) Ordered: chicken chowmein, satay chicken skewers and boiled rice

Ordered a takeaway. Beef was very dry, all gone in the bin. Other dish the meats were tasting stale. When asked for the sauce to be put separate, they wanted another 30p for the container. Bad experience.

The best china food in Coventry they always hit the spot with there excellent food I,ve been using the jade garden for many years and always been very happy with the service and food don't trust me trust yourself go try it you will not be disappointed I promise.

Poor poor poor service. Phoned after 45 min wait after food was said to be en route. Was told that they had tried to deliver. I was outside in my garden with friends next to my front door so this was a lie! Phoned again, twice, hung up and rude response. Was told again they had tried to deliver so I’d have to wait. When food eventually turned up. Driver phoned as couldn’t find house!?? Amazingly as he had apparently been here just an hour ago!! I sent him and his cold food away. Currently awaiting response from just eat due to poor service and lies. Won’t be using these jokers again!!!

Absolutely awful...ordered food via just eat at 6.11 pm...at 7.30ish we decided to call because our delivery still hadn’t arrived. The restaurant informed us that they had tried to deliver and that the driver had knocked on the door...this was totally untrue as we had been sitting in the garden next to the front door, we had received no call from the driver. When we informed the restaurant of this the response was incredibly blunt.. no apology but said that they would redeliver. We waited a further 20 minutes or so...no delivery and the restaurant continued to hang up on us. We called Just Eat who were also very unhelpful. We never did receive the food and ordered pizza instead!

I think the food is lovely and all the people that complained are just to fussy.

We decided to treat ourselves tonight but our usual takeaway wasn't delivering tonight, so we decided to go with another one c/o Hungry House. The takeaway is Jade Garden in Coventry. I highly suggest the you DON'T EVER order from them. The duck was cold, salty and tough, the chips were tasteless and cold, the rice was cold and bland and the vegetables were more mushrooms than mixed vegetables. Hubby said his chicken curry was ok 7/10. I left 3/4 of my dinner and our cats finished the duck. I rang up to complain and Hungry House were good but at the end of the day, it's the actual Jade Garden that makes a decision. They offered 10% off tonight's bill and 20% off next order. I politely told them that I would not be returning to Jade Garden and asked for at least 20% refund and that the driver was welcome to come back and retrieve the meal from the bins, where it belonged. Unfortunately Jade Garden would not compromise so I informed Hungry House that I will be leaving a scathing review. Very disappointed and still hungry = a grumpy old lady!

I enjoyed my duck and plum sauce but the miss special satay was a large disappointment for her. It was spicy hot and a random orange colour which I have never seen at any other Chinese. Service was fast and pleasant.
