Jade Garden in Bradford

Still one of only two local Chinese take aways that we use (and there are still plenty locally to choose from) . We’ve recently changed part of our regular order from beef curry to chicken curry (which is delicious) but otherwise same order we’ve had for years with no problems, no issues, no bad tummies. Friendly staff, good service & busy shop :)

Use this takeaway nearly every week but night got the worst food ever. Only ordered chicken and chips but it was horrible. Chips were rock hard crisps, chicken was dried out and gravy tasted burnt. Such a shame.

One of only two Chinese take aways we use (and there are several locally). Chips & their hand made onion rings are a favourite extra. Delivery is available so order in plenty of time if you’re in a rush as it gets busy.

Moved here last year and although lots of takeaways around where we live, we haven’t found one we love as much as this one. The food tastes lovely, and delivery is pretty quick. Definitely our ‘go to’ Chinese takeaway from now on.

One of several Chinese take-away shops we favour. Awkward to get to up a steep narrow road road and exited via an unmade road.

Always been my fav and go to chinese. But recently the food quality and taste has been VERY chance! Not recurrent quality. £25 order to receive good food but not the same as usual. I think the chef may have been changed.

Was nothing special. Duck was fatty as were the ribs. Prob wouldn't order again

Food came really early but some rice that had been payed for did not turn and the chicken balls didn't taste to good as frozen chicken had been used over than that everything else was good

Food beautiful only thing was the Syrup from the Banana Fritters was alover the contaners

Only problem with this order the Aromatic crispy duck was hard and dry and at 8.30 I was very disappointed.

Food was token Thai/Chinese, bland and the hot and sour soup was just blended veg, Thai green curry's texture/consistency were completely wrong. Driver could not find address. Ordered because of number of stars as we were visiting, but I do not know how it has that many. Even the worst in my local area beats this place.

The spring rolls were tiny, mini spring rolls. 4 for £3.70, a rip off. The noodles were delicious!!

Whatever I was delivered yesterday evening was NOT duck. I paid £17.80 for Duck...

Ordered a Beef in Black Pepper and instead got a Beef curry... Not impressed at all. Chips were hard and the rice came cold... However the delivery time was spot on.

Opened the door to the delivery guy on the phone talking to his mate, rice undercooked and everything else tasted greesy and as if it was cooked in the cheapest oil they could find. Gutted.

The food came in 15 minutes, which would have been amazing if the food was nice and not obviously just thrown in a microwave. As it takes at least 6 minutes to get to the house from the restaurant. Anyway it was absolutely disgusting and got thrown in the bin. The only thing that was edible were the salt and pepper chips. Will not be ordering from here ever again. Extremely poor

Although i haven't had a Chinese takeaway in a while I do use Jade Garden almost every time and usually they are great but this time they were poor. The curry was watered down and bland, the chicken in OK sauce was tasteless and the seaweed tasted rough also. Think I will try others before going back.

Although the food I got was tasty. I ordered salt and pepper chips and received normal chips and was still charged for salt and pepper chips. :(

Terrible 50 minutes late. Ribs the worst we have ever had. It was like someone had already eaten them. Nothing on them. Cold. Not tepid. Cold. Noodles slight improvement but still had to throw them out Terrible

First time using jade garden it was a nice Chinese not outstanding but OK there's much better Chinese like hoi Mei in wibsey

Can't fault the delivery time. 8 minutes from ordering to arriving at my door. Unfortunately that does mean that it was precooked and heated up. And you could tell! The chips and been refried many times and were crispy shells with no fluffiness to them and the beef in black bean sauce was beef in brown flavourless water. If you're hungry and don't care about flavour then this will arrive fast but if you want your food to taste good,you should look elsewhere

Not good at all ordered crispy honey chilli chicken and it was not at all how the dish should be. I was sent a breaded chicken breast and some lettuce with the sauce separate.... not worth the money.

Order was wrong.. food too salty. Took over an hour to arrive

Ordered 1 portion of food and some chips, it took over 2 hours to come and was flat cold. After 90 minutes of waiting (just eat said it would be 40-50) I called and the restaurant were quite rude about it and said 'Well we are busy so wait) if i wasn't starving I'd have cancelled the order! The delivery boy was very friendly though.

Awful! It took 2 phone calls, 3 different delivery times and 2 hours later for awful, cold food. All meals were cold, not enough sauce on meals, hard cold chips. Not happy, especially after waiting 2 hours for it to be delivered. Won'5 be ordering from here again. Waste of £40.

Normally Jade Garden are top notch, delivered within time and great food! This time however the food took 1 hour and 40 minutes wasn't hot and very average! Highly disappointed!

Do not order from here food comes cold and delivery time is an hour late..... when you speak to them you get told the order has been delivered to the wrong address..... I had to get just eat to refund my money

Tasty and delivered quickly. The lemon sauce for the lemon chicken could have been thicker but the little dumplings where amazing.

I ordered salt and pepper chicken and found it was way over salted which overpowered the rest of the meal. Although, if it wasn't for the saltiness I would have been more than satisfied with the quality of food.

I've ordered a few times from here and the food is consistently excellent and always on time.

Very disappointed after a long day at work and was looking forward to the food,for it to arrive inedible. The chips appeared old and dry. The chicken dry was also dry and I was unable to eat it. The only part that was ok was the spring rolls. Not a happy lady.

Used these guys a fair bit but quality seems to be dropping. Used to be ace now just meh!

They Got our order wrong!! After I wrote in the box to tell them I didn't want onions on my meals. It came with onions on everything. They need to pay more attention to what people ask for especially when it comes to people's allergies. I will not be ordering again from here for that reason.
