We had a Buffet to celebrate two Birthdays. For eight people it was very good,would have easily fed twelve. Wouldn't hesitate to order again. Thank you very much

Very lovely and friendly staff, excellent communication. Foods always hot and fresh when I recieve my food. Downside is theirs somrtimes a cue but worth it. Overall thank you

UPDATE: So I did return many years later and guess what! Whilst in the queue I saw the exact same nose blowing, blue roll pocketed and hands unwashed all whilst chatting with a customer about how unwell she was starting to feel. I walked out! So off putting! 🤢🤮 ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've been going to this place for ages. Hard working staff and good value tasty food. However my experience today has likely put me off forever. After putting my sandwich fillings in the microwave my server blew her nose and put the blue roll in her pocket. She then headed back to the microwave to complete my sandwich. I could not just stand there and have her touch my food so I said, "excuse me, I'm sorry to be fussy but are you going to wash your hands now you've blown your nose?" Her response was " Oh yes, sure," and off she went to wash her hands. She then finished my sandwich, slapped it on the counter with a rude "there you go," and no eye contact or apology. No need. I observed other more senior staff members roll their eyes and offer no support either way but it was hard to tell whether their exasperation was at me or the server. Training seriously required!

I use it once or twice a week, very friendly staff. Ok it does not offer a wide range breads or some of the fancy fillings. However quality is very good, they also do trays of sandwiches for functions. They do Christmas hampers at various price points, I get one every year and for special events

Absolutely amazing buffet, we had a big selection of sandwiches, snacks and cakes delivered to us today, the food was good quality. Perfect customer service from order to delivery :) will definitely use again.

Probably worst breakfast I’ve had in long time, bacon pre cooked and didn’t even bend when I picked it up, black pudding so dry it stuck to my teeth, hash browns were same colour as my frozen ones and literally and spoon full of beans, not enough juice for any of the bread

My son and Daughter in Law bought me afternoon tea for Mothers Day 2021 which we have eaten this afternoon. There was plenty of food, did three of us in the house, everything was so fresh fresh fresh, and beautifully packed up for delivery. The savouries were delicious and the cakes scrummy, particularly the creamy fudge cake which was as light as a feather and beautiful. Well done Jacq's we will be coming to you again.

I've been here so many times for lunch. Very quick and helpful service. The homemade sausage and quiche are amazing and always made fresh daily, these do sell fast. Sandwiches, bap and baguettes made to order and fresh salad bowls. Lots of choice. Payment by card or cash.

Make wonderful sandwiches and have delicious cakes. All at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I have been to a number of events where the catering was done by Jacq’s Deli in the past and have always been impressed at the quality AND quantity supplied. So when I had a family and friends gathering, I thought that I would give them a go. Jacqui was very friendly and helped me with the different options that they offer. The delivery of the buffet was exactly when they said it would be, and the food was very fresh. They laid the food out on the tables provided, and when all was said and done, there was loads left (which did me for lunch the next day!) I can’t recommend Jacq’s enough, and if you have an event coming up or even if you’re in the area for lunch, call in. The food is great and you won’t be disappointed!

Helpful, relatively fast, good variety of food. Accessible for wheelchair. Closes about 4. Downfall for me personally is it is a bit greasy spoon oriented, although is deco not limited to it, but I suppose they are meeting the supply-demand rule.

Go there most days for my lunch as it's round the corner from my office. Always a friendly greeting and a good selection of sandwiches, quiches, pasties and sausage rolls. Also when we have meetings we go for their buffet selections which are very good value for money
