itsu - Baker Street 132 in City of London, Westminster

A great Asian bistro concept with smart and simple food ordering. We needed some soup after all that English fried food :) and this was great. A pleasant environment and also the possibility to buy some food or ingredients to take away.

Nice salmon set for £7, my kiddo loved it! Also they have self-service kiosks which makes check-out very convenient.

Lovely little place with good ambience and friendly staff. Loads of vegan options I got the Korean noodles and vegan veggie balls. Loads of vegan sushi, edamame, and other options. Super close to Baker street station. Self ordering kiosks make ordering really easy and Cashless business.

Annoying that Itsu no longer serves tuna!

Bought a 2 Coconut Chicken Soup today (11 Sep 24) around 7.40pm and ruined our dinner honestly. The worst soup i ever had from Itsu. Coconut soup was like water mix with chicken, rice and some green. No taste at all. Even the colour wasn’t ok.

Nice selection of freshly made sushi - cannot fault this place, nor any other itsu branch I have been to, at all.

So close to the street easy access , a little pricey but really convenient and yummy food while still being healthy

I get the chicken Thai rice bowl all the time and it is usually really fresh and delicious tasting. I got there at 11:30 and ordered the Thai rice bowl. The chicken was very dry, hard and grey. Not tasty at all! Only time I have ever had an issue!

Lovely atmosphere, helpful staff, clean and tidy, NHS staff and Student Discount of 15%, otherwise would say food slightly overpriced.

Rice looked like it was from the day before. Sushi had a different taste than we are used to. Pokebowl was very cowardly.

Be careful with raw fish, i was with my friends here, we bought sushi and I must have gotten an “unlucky set”. Got very bad food poisoning for the next 5 days. Itsu used to be my favourite place from fast food chains in London. Never again

Nice place to eat something quickly. The food was amazing and the service really fast. You can choose between prepared dishes or you can order and the personnel will bring it to you at the table. I’ll definitely recommend going there and check it out.

Itsu/Baker Street 132 is always a good choice here! I advise you to download the Itsu app and with every purchase from 5 pounds you will receive a "butterfly" 🦋, after collecting 7 such butterflies you can get sushi or something else as a gift (I'm still collecting them! 😅). The establishment itself is always clean, there are sauces, chopsticks, and napkins on the tables. The staff are friendly, always with a smile on their face and always help me with any of my wishes! Thank you!🤗

Basic japonese food incl sushi. Self service approach. Choice was OK. Ambiance was good and place was clean Pricing relatively soft. Good option for a fast lunch/dinner

Super competent Japanese fast food, from the same chain as Wasabi. I liked the idea of ​​taking the food and going out to eat if you're in a hurry or staying and sitting for a while.

Service was top on fleek, especially when it comes to allergens, ordering was super easy. The concept is interesting and the food tasted very good! Highly recommended (+celiac)

Wish I'd got the gentleman's name, he was awesome. So attentive, so helpful, even asked if we wished for him to close the door for our comfort. Despite being a self service kind of set up, this gent asked if any help was required. The food was great tasting amd food value. I wish I lived closer :)

excellent Asian cuisine, sushi in comfortable bento boxes with soy sauce and wasabi. Self-service kiosk where you can order and pay for all the dishes on the menu, both hot and cold. soups, noodles and ravioli freshly prepared in just a few minutes. snacks, water and various types of drinks available. friendly and very fast service. clean place and availability of both internal and external seating.

Went in to get lunch, and the assistant at the order machines was ultra helpful, really went over and beyond .

Healthy food for people on the go.

Great central location very close to Baker Street tube station. It was well stocked during lunch time with many veggie options. Food is always fresh and If you like Japanese then worth a visit. There are self check outs now which make it faster to order or just pay for the grab to go bowls/boxes (though less tech savvy people may struggle with these). Didn’t interact with the staff as there was no need so can’t comment on the helpfulness of ITSU staff members.

Avoid this location if you can, the staff has major attitude as if they are doing you a favour by selling to you. I would especially like to single out one extremely racist staff there called Maria... If you are not white, with blue or green eyes, be ready for extremely condescending behaviour from Maria. And, she doesn't give up, she continues to be rude and absolutely ludicrous sadly in front of young impressionable kids! Best avoided

The quantities are smaller than mentioned here.

It was first time for me to try itsu vegan bowl and I would Say it's okay for me. When I compared itsu with Wagamama, I definitely liked the taste of wagamama. Itsu the good is very subtle and for first timer it's very pale in taste(probably only vegan noodles) The atmosphere and the service was nice. I asked for student discount and I got 15% off. For this, you need to ask someone working there to get you discount so do not forget to do that. Hope this helps 🙌🏻

The food was amazing. Located close to the Baker Street station, it’s a convenient spot for Japanese food. Kids enjoyed the food.

The worst chicken I had in my life. But the waitresses and waiters are nice. How come this store is so pupular? UK people are so tolerant with food.

On a découvert cette chaîne à Londres et c'est vraiment bon. Le concept est génial. Vous vous servez, vous payez et c'est bon. Bao, gyoza, pâtes, riz tout est vraiment bon.

Itsu are fine if you want quick sushi or a hot soup or something. Not very authentic but hits the spot. Wasabi are a better alternative. Prices have gone up. Nice branch near the station. Good choice. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Gyoza was nice. A bit bland but fine for a light snack dinner.

Charged me for my sushi but was missing from my delivery. Only received my miso soups. So so disappointing!!!

I love sushi. I appreciate that ITSU did not reduce the portions but this in particular pack was dry and I think for delivery the worst and oldest made are given. Not the fresh ones.

Decent sushi but really bad soups... I've had a soup which tasted like soap, i dont know why, couldnt even finish it, my stomach was not having It.

I love itsu but unfortunately I had very very bad experience today at Itsu Baker Street, both lady on shift very very ignorant,rude, arrogant and slow, I was waiting someone to approve with their card my student ID I had to ask 4 times one of the lady to come to me ! At the end she rolled her eyes and was rude, other one was so arrogant when I asked for the sauce which I paid for ! First time having issues like this in your branch, they need to take notes from Canary Wharf staff ! Very disappointed from Baker Street staff ( two ladies) my order was at 19:28 !

Lovely, healthy food. The no meatless Monday dish needs more than four pieces of tofu and would be even better with the option of brown rice - otherwise, the food was great.

Great healthy food served quickly

Les sushis ne sont pas fait avec du riz a sushi. Ils s effrondrent quand on les saisi. Bols de riz terryaki pas terrible. On se demande ou est la sauce terryaki. C est sans gout. Soupe miso et bol aux nouilles udon bons. Cher pour ce c est. Déçu.

Terrible. Ordered pot for £8 and it was so small even child wouldn’t be full with it. Definetly DO NOT recommend it. Too expensive for size. Jokes.

I love this particular place because of its location! I come to London frequently for business and I love to grab a coffee, a snack or lunch/dinner before my train to Oxford. The food is healthy and fool of goodness and staff very helpful (they showed me how to navigate the new touch screen order panels!) I also love their app which I'll use more in the future.

Needs much better gluten free and dairy free labelling. But nice food.

I enjoyed their in-store ready to eat fresh foods. Also they have a self checkout machine to avoid long queue during busy lunch time when everyone on the surrounding area going out to buy food.

I frequently buy lunch and sometimes dinner here. Very quick and easy with great quality. Cannot fault it. Not intimidating so great for first timers due to the simplicity but variety.

Three staff members: one getting right up close to customers (see photo) had their mask in their back pocket (none on their face); those in the kitchen (over your open top food that you will EAT) have gave masks under their chin. Come on. And I order a takeaway item with a paid for extra. I open the tub before I leave: no paid for extra. I go back to the counter - they're not that bothered. When I then day maybe they shouldn't charge me for the extra the manager's shrugged response was "well, you got what you paid for". Very weak.

Sitio muy interesante. Muy buena calidad precio, sobre todo porque 30 minutos antes del cierre esta todo al 50%. Estrategia TOP para evitar el desperdicio.

Food was great and very fresh as usual. It took some time to find an available delivery driver but still arrived on time. The delivery driver was lovely!

90 mins late and delivery driver showed up just as I was leaving home. I didnt find anyone at Just Eat to talk to - other than some stupid automated service - really poor service - would like a full refund please - NOT a credit as i wont use you again now.
