Itsu in Merton - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I have been to this Itsu a number of times but not going again; they have installed the automatic ordering system (which, though impersonal, I dont have an issue with) and I ordered my selected hot dish, paid and got a number. Then waited for 10 mins when finally the staff told me that hot food wasnt available!! Firstly it shouldnt have let me order and when it did, why wait for 10 mins before telling me. And she said did i want a refund - obviously yes of course! Clearly they had a problem (not in their control) but the Customer Service was appalling. Not going back as this has put me off. ...

My Itsu restaurant in Wimbledon become even smarter ! They have cool computer screens now where you can quickly order your sushi ! Have being eating in here and ordering take away for last 5 years and always had fantastic experience. Food is fresh, staff is friendly ! Thank you all

Awesome restaurant. Great food, super friendly and helpful staff. Really good vibe. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Itsu local en Wimbledon ha sido mi lugar para ir durante mi ausencia en el tapete el año pasado. La comida es muy buena, se sirve rápido, pero lo que quería escribir sobre ella es un gran equipo de personas que trabajan allí. Rápido, educado y siempre con una gran energía positiva, especialmente uno de los italianos que creo que es un entrenador allí. Muy buen ambiente.

Tuve una de las cajas de sushi de salmón y sashimi con un montón de wasabi extra y salsa de pimiento picante. Estaba delicioso. El salmón siempre sabe muy fresco. No es barato pero tiene una calidad encantadora.

This was my first visit to Itsu. I ordered the chicken udon and to be honest I was a bit disappointed. Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing but it wasn't that flavourful and for the price (£6.95) it did not live up to expectations. Service was fast and the sit down area is nice though.

Tasty food at a fair price but loses one star as staff need to be more proactive at wiping down the tables - some of them are seriously grim. This isn’t a one off observation either, I eat here regularly. The ‘beer and bowl deal’ after 5 pm is great value.

Appt in tootinghospital stopped in here for lunch. It was soo clean and the staff were fantastic very patient and helpful as I am celiac, glutten free. Double checked everything for me. The food was delicious. Manger sooo kind and we went back in the evening to another scrummy meal. Thanks to all the staff and the manager who made a great day out of what could have been an unpleasant journey from the Isle of Wight. Will be back soon as have more appts.
