Bought a delicious, traditional strawberry and cream sponge cake. Immediately checked the allergy list for me and friendly service with a smile. And they allow dogs. My dog walk/coffee stop sorted.

We've had two bad experiences at Mori. One very rude male staff who's seems put out by customers when they don't order quickly or say the precise name of a cake. Another time we ordered food and it never came. We waited over an hour and was told the food would arrive which it never did. Shame as it's a nice café.

The cake was alright, but the cashier gentleman was very rude. We take our time to give the order, he seems very impatient with no one else waiting. Then asked us to give him exactly name of what we want to order as there is no such thing as just “strawberry cake” . Not sure that’s the attitude I can take while having a relaxing tea.

First time here and enjoyed delicious cakes and coffee. Service was quick and friendly. The cafe is spotless and stylish. Will return to try their hot meals.

The food and drinks are great but the background music was too loud and irrelevant. I am at a loss to understand why staff insist on listening to music so loud!

I was not impressed. It took twenty minutes for them to do my double espresso, and I had to remind them twice. When my coffee eventually arrived, it was very indifferent and luke warm. The staff stood around giggling. Uterly useless

I come here as a student and the staff are ALWAYS friendly. There was never a miss with their service. If you're a reegular, they always tend to remember you and sometimes they give a treat! Super sweet staff, honestly rarely see this sort of service in coffeehouse chains. Since it's a small business, their menu is somehow always changing and has come a long way from their opening. They have added food to their menu, as well as having seasonal cakes and drinks which are only available for a period amount of time. With covid impacting the business, they had to rely a lot on takeaway and deliveries (so do a LOT of places) and with this, they are getting busier both in-store and takeaways. For all the people picking on the staff for being slow, there's so much a coffee machine can do, there's different prep time for each drink as well as a mountain of orders in line. They provide a service, but you need to do your part in making that service comfortable too, it's a 2-way street guys.

I walked in which was not busy but it start busy later on. I managed to order snack, cake, drinks and ice-cream. I am quite disappointed with the service I received. I was waiting quite a while and I notice that other customers whom came after me but they received their drinks before me, when I asked staff, and I was told because they ordered take away which is unacceptable, Unless it is the company policy that take away will be priority??? On top of that the snack I ordered, wasn’t arrive until I asked for it and it was cold but I want to leave quickly then I didn’t raise an issue. A few positive is matcha ice-cream and matcha cake is o.k.

My partner and I came here initially for a post matinee coffee/pot of tea but ended up spending 2 hours there. The place is basically a cafe - a wide selection of teas and a reasonable selection of coffees. There is a selection of 4 or 5 loose leaf teas which you can smell to see what they are like. We had a couple of pots of different green teas , which were excellent. There is a selection of cakes - which looked delicious (something to try for next time) - and 4 hot dishes. I had the gyu don (marinated beef on top of a fried egg on rice). This came in a large bowl, together with a bowl of miso soup and some pickles. Quite a large meal - that (with a pot of green tea) was enough for my dinner. The place is nice and quiet - you are not bothered by the staff - I got the feeling that we could have stayed till closing time if we'd wanted to. Great place - well worth visiting.

Not been for two or three years but went with high hopes as it used to be fantastic - going to show my kids how wagamama in-situ is better than the book recipes. BBQ pulled Beef hotpot was like cat food in consistency. Vegetables in my Chicken ramen were all cheaper and a bit over-cooked, the sauces had something missing - (no- mami rather than Umami ) and where the hell was the sirloin steak for chilli beef ramen - wasn't it everyone's favourite dish? Katsu curry was a bit spicy but no depth - I know everyone is cutting costs but this wasn't a good experience and my kids have asked not to go on again. Only saving grace was the service - Sohanur was chatty, fast, efficient and made the kids laugh - Not sure what the chefs were up to.......
