Johann is a hard working and helpful man, he fretted me at the door and gave me nothing but a positive and helpful attitude. U should hire more people like him as he brightens the space with his effort and care for customer and service. He is the best worker I have very interacted with at itsu and other should strive to be more like him.

Fast delivery of food, it is meant to be a grab and go place for the most part. You need to pay VAT to eat inside and there is only limited seating and no service as you have to get your food when it is ready. That said, the price is good for the quality of food. There aren't many hot food options for vegetarians.

The food was terrible some very bland and some very salty, at first when I saw this restaurant I had high hopes because of the pretty good reviews, but I was greatly mistaken when I tried the food. The advertising looked okay and was actually on a plate but when I got the food it was in a paper bowl?! I wanted dine in! The advertising was completely different than what I got. And the food was very bad, the noodles and dumplings I ordered were not at all good and tasted very very salty. My kids got the chicken teriyaki, the chicken was very dry and half of the bowl was a mountain of vegetables. Overall never planing to come back.

A good spot for a quick lunch. It tends to get quite busy during the weekday lunch hour. They offer a wide range of options, 👍and the sushi is quite tasty. 👎The service is dependable, 👎budget is ok, and usually fast. It's an excellent choice for a quick work lunch, but I wouldn't suggest it as a dining destination outside of the lunch rush. It's a fun and clean environment, featuring sushi, dragon rolls, and comforting hot noodle soup for the winter breaks (but the stuff didn’t offer it and I didn’t see it (just knew from my friends). Plus, 👍there's plenty of teriyaki sauce available!

The food, service, atmosphere and everything about this place is awesome. This is our second day in London and dining at itsu takes the cake. Johann served us and I want to take him back home and have him open a restaurant for me how professional and pleasant he made our experience. This is definitely the height of our vacation.

Food is healthy and the service is fast and second to none. Johann is extremely professional and very welcoming.

Was served by Johaan today! He was so helpful, warm and hospitable and smiling all the time. Really made a difference after a hectic visa appointment. He even helped me get my student discount at the self checkout counter. :’)

The sauce bottle was damaged(or someone left the bottle cap loose) and the sauce spilled on me. Shouldn’t you guys secure them? No help from stuff. I’ve lost 10£, time and my shirt, thanks!

A very nice branch for a quick meal when you're on the go. It's the perfect style for the location - it's not cosy or fancy but practical and functional. If you're on the way somewhere and need a tasty, satisfying, and quick meal, this is the perfect place.

Modern and highly automated place suitable for a quick lunch. Helpful staff where they even offered me miso soup for free. The place is always clean and prices are normal for what is consumed. Possibility of take away. If this review helped you, please give it a like

Ok fast food lunch. You get what you pay for and this is quick and easy when this is what you look for. If you want good sushi I wouldn’t recommend this place.

It is situated 2min from Moorgate train station. I had Vegeterian Thai Stir Fry Crystal Udon Noodles. It was amazing. The picture is nothing as compared to its real taste. Quantity was enough if one wants to have a 'light meal'. Very yummy! Could enjoy every bit of it and didn't realise how it got finished so quickly. Also, everywhere in this food joint, various sauces/dressings etc are kept. The menu was terrific. Would go there many times to try all its dishes. It was not very expensive but normally priced.

I love having good food and people watching - it's a great space to watch the world goes by or running (it's central London afterall) Itsu has a good selection of dishes they offer, and I'm sure you can find something that can tempt your taste buds, they have hot food as well- so, there are more food I haven't tried.

Poor hygiene - got served with a ‘no meat Monday salad’ with maggot! Very disturbing :( Not having Itsu salads anymore!

I work local - 2nd visit in 10 days - never again. unhelpful staff, there was a mess up with my order number and I could see it had been sitting on the counter a while, asked for a fresh one. They placed near the kitchen, waited a few minutes and then tried to give it back to me as fresh. Today my rice was cold couldn't be bothered to complain. Just won't go back.

Choose the katsu curry but it looked nothing like the photo on the menu, pointed this out to the server who just shrugged and said "so it wasn't what you wanted?" No alternative offered. Disappointed.

Was a regular here, but sad to see today they replaced the friendly counter staff with self-service kiosk screens. Like lots of people nearby, I spend most of my working day on a computer. I don't want to deal with one when I step out for lunch, especially when the touchscreen doesn't work well. Will be going elsewhere in future.

Came to this branch after ages. Normally very busy but post-pandemic with most people still working at home, it was very quiet. I was having an afternoon low moment and needed a healthy pick me up! Had the fruit' cup which was perfect and healthy! Not cheap but fruit never is. Fresh and nice and what I needed. Service was pleasant and friendly. Huge branch. Relatively clean. Good range of sushi, salads, hot food, snacks and more.

Always a good shout for speedy sushi on the go.

The more expensive of the take out sushi/bento chains. Good range of sushi and bento boxes as well as hot meals. The decor and atmosphere is nice and the staff are quick to serve and helpful.

Quick, delicious lunch. Overpriced as most things in the Moorgate area are, but to be expected.

Good portions of healthy food. When eating in the restaurant good wide bowls are provided. If you take away though the pots are not wide enough at the top to easily eat hence the mark down of one star
