Pizza was hot, tasty and on time! We’ll definitely be coming back

Pizza was cold and it was sticky. Box was damaged. It did not taste fresh so did not enjoy it.

120miles 8years later, you're still our fav pizza thank you for making our night. Your cheese stuffed crust is the best and really enjoyed

They don't pack your dips I called them and they said they don't look at the dips ordered just the pizza and wouldn't send me them

I have never been let down by It's Pizza Time, the food was perfect, hot and delicious. Delivery was bang on time and great service! I will recommend it to all!

Not sure if it's just eat or the restaurant, but when it states 25-40 mins for delivery, then u order and get 1hr-1.10, and then its late on top of that. Just poor

Cheese inside the stuffed crust has changed. Awful taste, nothing like it used to be. Used to be lovely stringy cheese and now it's like soft like a spread.. Not impressed!

Could not fault the pizzas. They were really nice, but the garlic bread was very bland.

The pizza was just warm. The jalapeño cheese were stone cold and goujons were just warm. Bad experience when usually it's very good. Not happy

I ordered hot dog stuffed crust and was given cheese stuffed crust. I am disappointed with this as it ruined the taste of the meal and I would like the £2.49 that I wasted in hopes of getting what I actually wanted. I hope this doesn't happen again as I order from here fairly often and have not been dissatisfied before.

We have been using you now for 16 yrs and never had a bad piece of food from you. But tonight the guy who delievered must have been walking all around up the street and in the car park, as the food was only luke warm. You all know where we live its only just round the corner from you, we always get our food hot, but not this time

Fresh and non greasy absolute class pizza & garlic bread. First time we've had the cheese stuffed crust & it doesn't disappoint

The last couple of times I have ordered from you the Pizza has been very mediocre. Tonights was poorly & unevenly cut again. The base pizza was pretty boring and was supposed to be "Mexican hot" It definitely wasn't hot and in both senses of the word (spicy hot AND temperature) and I couldn't tell if it had the correct toppings on it as the cheese was obsuring it. The extra toppings looked like they had been thrown on after cooking as an after thought. That is why there is a 2 star rating for food quality. I did consider 1 star but changed my mind. It also arrived in just its box and not servred on the doorstep from an insulated bag. Considering this was one ot the coldest nights of the year this is a very poor showing, hence the one star forrestaurant service. My pizza was barely warm by the time I received it. I was following the progress of my Pizza on your web site but it didn't update. Updates were sent to my phone but I only found those after I had eaten. Delivery was within the stated time frame. My overall rating is very unsatifactory and only just more appetising than Pizza Hut or Domino's. You have one more chance to get it right after that I'll go elsewhere as I have recently done with the Kebab delivery service.

Delivery arrived 20 mins early, pizza was completely soggy and missing all of the dips I ordered. Really poor

Food was lovely and hot, prese tation was excellent. Only downside is soggy garlic bread, but that's due to it being transported in a bag amd the condensation, quick zap in the air fryer and it was fine.

What fantastic service! They forgot an item, it wasn’t a main one and the driver offered to come back with it but we said not to as it’s so cold. 20 minutes later a different driver arrived with the missing item and a couple of free treats too! Amazing customer service, thank you.

Really disappointed at how long it took to arrive after being notified that it was ‘out for delivery’. Not great when we had family and friends to feed!!

Garlic mushrooms were cold, curly fries not cooked properly and why does the thin base come as a round pizza so you get less pizza that a square deep pan base. Time to find a new pizza place

Worst tasting pizza I’ve ever had. Pepperoni? It was too thick and don’t know what it was but not like an pepperoni I’ve ever had. Sides and the Margarita were good.

Pizza was atrocious - it looked plastic - it was under cooked and cold - cheap ingredients - I paid nearly 30 quid for my Order including jalapeños poppers and drinks and dips / the dips where also wrong - really disappointing - disgusting pizza

Awful customer service, called after 1hr 15mins to be told the pizza was 2 minutes away. Called 2hr after ordering and was told the receipt had fallen on the floor and the order hadn't even been done. The first person totally lied to us and then hung up the phone on us. With children waiting to eat this isn't good so had to fork out more money on more food!

Although delivery came on time it did take an hour and a half for it to be made/delivered and by the time it got to us it had hardened and was lukewarm! Curly fries were really soggy too!I’ve had it nice from there before so not sure what happened!

We ordered last night as be had one last year and it was amazing big square pizza filled the box. We was impressed. But last two times we have ordered the big square pizza we have been very disappointed it came round. Last year I would of gave 5 starts. It was amazing. But recently I'm not impressed false advertising on menu. Bring back the square pizzas for real and I'll chance my review.

Another Fantastik Order and delivery from this amazing Takeaway,.... Wonderfully cooked pizza with all the extra toppings cooked to perfection, not over done or under done... Fantastik lambRibs and BBQ Chicken straight from the Oven, you can taste that lovely oven CharFire Flavour, absolutely Fantastik, thank you guys, just what you need after a 14hours shift in a Hot Kitchen myself...
