The taste of food was just ok but was not hot enough when served. Strawberry lemonade was nice.

SHOCKING vegan options - went for a bolognese and got a bowl of lentils? They also gave me a normal bolognese which was actually fine because i’m not vegan (they weren’t to know but it probably would’ve been nicer) and then EVERYONE came over to me all at once to take my food away - it was a bit funny. It was all very serious but one waitress in there also found the humour in it and we had a bit of a laugh. But yeah when it came it was full of lentils and some guy was chatting to me the entire time until he went for what i assume was his break?

Food was overpriced and bland, my pizza had hardly anything on it and my husband’s chicken burger was chewy and i didn’t appreciate the service charge on the bill 👎

3 adults and a child whose birthday it was turned up without a booking. We were greeted by Mike who was professional yet personable. He found us room where there was none and did not make it seem like a bother. Ivonna our waitress was attentive and pleasant. There was a waitress who brought our food and indulged us by grating parmesan cheese on our pizzas. The staff on a whole were very pleasant. It seems as thought the A Team came out to work. The whole experience was enjoyable and memorable for everyone including the birthday boy. Thank you Prezzo Farnborough. Your service is appreciated.

The food was great, the staff was very friendly, definitely worth visiting, I personally would go again.

Opting for a three-course meal, we were excited to explore their menu offerings. Utilizing a taste card, we found great value in our dining experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the pasta dishes. The carbonara stood out with its creamy, rich flavor and perfectly cooked pasta, embodying the authentic taste of Italy. Other pasta selections on the table were equally impressive, each dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Our server, Martina, played a significant role in making our visit memorable. Her service was impeccable – attentive, friendly, and efficient. Martina’s recommendations and timely service added a personal touch, enhancing our overall dining experience. Prezzo Farnborough offered a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. The quality of food combined with the excellent service made our visit truly enjoyable. Visit Two: Returning to Prezzo Farnborough for a second visit, we were curious to see if they could replicate the high standards set during our first experience. To our satisfaction, they did just that. Our servers for the evening, Ivonna and Magda, were excellent. They provided prompt and attentive service, ensuring everything from drinks to desserts was served smoothly. Their professionalism added to the overall positive experience of our meal. The menu choices continued to impress us. We tried the strawberry lemonades, a new item for us, and found them refreshingly delightful. The carbonara, a dish we savored during our previous visit, remained consistently good with its rich and flavorful sauce. A new addition for us was the chicken dish. It was well-prepared, seasoned effectively, and stood out as a highlight of the meal. The taste and quality were testament to the kitchen’s skill. The starters were notable as well. They arrived in a timely manner, each acting as a pleasant introduction to the next course without making us feel rushed. The modern decor of the restaurant, which we had appreciated during our initial visit, once again contributed positively to the dining atmosphere. It provided a contemporary backdrop that complemented the dining experience. In summary, our second visit to Prezzo Farnborough confirmed the restaurant’s capability in delivering a quality dining experience. The combination of good food, efficient service, and a pleasant setting makes it a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. It’s reassuring to see that Prezzo continues to maintain its high standards, making it a preferred dining destination for us.

Fantastic experience at prezzo,all of our food was delicious, such of the best I've had in a while, a wickedly yum calzone, gluten free tre gusti and another delicious pizza. It's such a Shame there aren't many prezzo left because this really highlighted how good it is. Staff were also so helpful,friendly and understanding. Restaurant was clean, well laid out and a pleasure to eat in, thank you 😊

We were served by Ivonna who was fantastic, so attentive. Little things like bringing extra napkins without having to ask after we ordered (dining with an 18 month old). All the team that we were served by were friendly and the food was lovely, quick and hot. It was our first visit to this Prezzo, but we would come again.

Rated low purely for lack of value. Came for a simple meal after cinema, no alcohol, no starters, 1 child meal deal cisyimg 7.95 and 3 adult mains / puds which were simple pasta and burger options. Bill was 100 quid. I had to take it home to check as simply couldn't believe the cost. Average food, small portions. Small soft drinks were 4 quid each. Oh and both courses had an error that needed rectifying, and none of the food arrived together so we ate separately. Plates were also cleared prior to everyone having finished eating. Extortionate price for what was basically polished up cafe food.

Me and all my family love it here. It’s one of my favourite restaurants. Everyone is so nice and the food is always beautiful, the atmosphere is always very good as well. The service is always on point even in there busy times.

We came for my son’s birthday as he loves Prezzo however, the service by one of the staff (Callum) was awful- he had 0 customer service. Everytime he came to the table he barely spoke, no please, thank you. He pretty much threw the food down on the table for the starters, we thought we just imagined this. However when he did the same for the drinks twice and the main course we realised he was just rude. He put all of the food at the end of the table where no one was sitting for us to have to reach over/stand up to serve ourself whilst taking no care whatsoever to put it down. He then left. We addressed this with one of the other staff just as she came over with the card reader to pay the bill to give the feedback so that no one else received a service like this to which she said hold on disappeared for 10 minutes then sent Callum over with the card reader . He said nothing we paid the bill and when I went to talk to the lady I said I would have at least expected an apology to which she said if he doesn’t feel like he needs to apologise he doesn’t have to! I have to say this is probably the worst service I have ever had and my 15 year old son was very disappointed as well as the rest of our party.

A lovely meal out atmosphere was relaxing warming and candle lit tables. Service was amazing finished plates and used cutlery removed and replaced once finished. Staff super helpful and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious and outstanding presentation- complements to the chefs

Came here for a quick dinner with a friend - waitress Erin was so friendly, attentive and polite. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area based off of the service she has provided to us :)

Always have excellent service in here staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is amazing, always piping hot and you don't have to wait ages between starter main and dessert like in other places

Had dinner today at Prezzo in Farnborough and got served by Ivonne (not sure if it’s correctly spelled). She was so kind and friendly, her customer service is 5* If you wish to try a real Italian coffe ask her to make you a macchiato, it’s absolutely the best!!! Thank you :)

Very friendly service from all servers. Food and drink came quickly and everything was good and hot (and drinks were properly cold). The pizza was crispy and there was a good amount of topping. The “crafted soft drinks” were actually very nice and very large for the price compared to other places we’ve been. There was a broad menu and reasonable prices for the portion sizes. If you’re part of O2, you can often get a deal of a pizza or pasta for £7.50 which works out very good. Redeeming this was easy. There isn’t much in the way of food options in Farnborough, so I’d definitely consider eating here if you are in the town shopping.

Good gluten free selection. Attentive staff but it was early evening and a Monday so not very busy. Did a meercat so good value on that too. Had nice pasta dish and ice cream afterward, with drinks and coffee under £20. Not too easy to find in shopping centre. Recommended.

We’ve had a great time celebrating a birthday in Prezzo today, all thanks to Adam. The food was tasty, and the atmosphere was very nice, but Adam’s personality really took it from good to great. Will be coming back!

Staff where great, but food wasnt as good. My Partners food came out stone cold, Pumpkin, Ricotta & Sage Ravioli the inside of the Ravioli was stone cold. food got taken away to be reheated, came back steaming hot, which then turned all the Ravioli to mush. Portion sizes seem to have shrunk, asked for extra red chilli's on my Salmon Penne, well i dont think there was more than 4 small pieces in the whole meal. They did offer to give us the Pumpkin, Ricotta & Sage Ravioli for free, but we have a 2-for-1 voucher, so wasnt paying for it anyway. No wonder stores are closing, that will be our last visit. Such a shame.

Always good clean quick and polite

There were so, so attentive and helpful with allergy friendly dining for my family here. We have a complicated set of allergies between us and they were thorough, helpful and the food was great. They helped find something suitable for my daughter who has multiple allergies and took a great deal of care in the kitchen with preparation. Can't thank you all enough for a lovely and stress free experience!

Love Prezzo. One member of staff, won't mention any names, is overly attentive and actually somewhat ruined the experience here by clearing empty drinks and other items just as we finished them and checked if the food was good every 4 minutes.

Food took over an hour. Staff kept telling us 15 more minutes. Not great when dining with children. Everyone seemed to be in the same boat. Not sure why the kitchen was having a disaster.

Food took over an hour, they didn't have lots of things in the menu, and only told us once we'd ordered so we had to cha he the order several times.

Today I took my son out for lunch, he has chrohns disease. Prezzo assured us of there allergy menu, and they could cater for us, so we ordered. 30 minutes went by and people were coming in and got their orders. We waited a further 20 mins and still no sign of our vegan starters. I travelled a distance to take my son out for lunch and this is how we were treated. We then decided to ask the waitress why is everyone getting their food and we are now 50 mins waiting still for our starter. The waitress informed us that none of our food has been prepared. I would suggest prezzo that when you say you cater for allergies you do so and don't leave them waiting and waiting. And you get appropriate staff to cater for your allergy menu. Anyone that has allergies do not go to prezzo in Kingsmead as they won't cater for your needs. Prezzo kingsmead take your allergy menu down. Very disappointed. The 1 star is for the waitress that served us.

This Prezzo is in the centre of Farnborough next to a cinema and within a shopping complex. Even on a Sunday night in November the restaurant was busy. It is all on one level so very accessible for all. Staff were excellent and well managed. The food was delicious.

We came in as 4 adults and 3 children 1 with dairy and egg allergy and we felt at ease straight away ivonna was amazing made sure she knew the allergies and also we've never had vegan cheese that tasted so nice so we asked what it was and they gave us some!! Amazing and will really help!! From start to finish it was a lovely lunch and topped off a good start to the day! Thanks you so much oh they also give smaller cutlery for the children which is great!! Xxx

Great food, interesting and a little different from the last time I went some years ago. The menu had some exciting choices. I chose crab and lobster ravioli with King prawns. It had a bit of a chilli bite which I liked very much.

My pizza arrived later than expected, due to a delay with finding a driver and it was dry and cold. Very disappointed.

Had a really good pre cinema meal. Bluelight discount for NHS as well. My partner had crab and lobster ravioli that was so good she wouldn't share. I had a pepperoni pizza with some calabrese sausage and Nduja as extra topping. Needed some rocket so I ordered a swift side to add. It was so good I forgot to take photos. I'll be back soon and take some photos, promise. Update! I've since been back and added photo of the posh pizza

Very poor and disgusting. Don't waste your money on ordering any food from here , the food was stone cold when we received it , the children's spaghetti Bolognese was well ,a box of spaghetti, no sauce,no mince oh a small piece of carrot, disgusting!!! Chips were soggy ,pizza stone cold, and the calamari was raw ,never experienced such awful food , this place deserves no stars ..

We love going here for a family treat, recently the service has been ok but we were shocked to find what looked like a bit of a mop or a dish cloth in our kids meal. We will be holding off going back any time soon.

Regular visitor to Farnborough Prezzo, they appear to keep their staff who are professional, friendly and informative. Helpful in menu choice, don't appear to get rid of you even when very busy. Food always to a high standard. Unfortunately I will not be visiting there so often as I have retired and live on the South Coast.

Nice place and food was excellent with efficient friendly staff. Will visit again as they unfortunately shut my local Aldershot restaurant down.

Good food but slow service. A pizza at lunchtime took just under an hour from entry to paying. And there were about 4 tables to serve. Just needed to be a bit speedier at lunch.

Great service, food and drink. Friendly staff especially Robert made me feel comfortable and able to ask for anything I needed. Covid safe and overall cleanliness was top. A choice for another drink was offerd before I finished my drink but not too early aswel. Felt very well looked after for dining alone on a Friday evening.

Delicious food, lovely and accommodating staff. I went with my sister using a BuyAGift voucher and had a wonderful experience! I'm just sorry I forgot to bring cash so couldn't tip. You can expect to see us back there soon with a double tip!

We have just returned home from a spontaneous visit to Prezzo Farnborough. It was our first restaurant since lockdowns eased, and what a great experience. All covid rules followed from QR to hand sanitising stations to a one-way system. From the moment we stepped through the door all staff were polite and courteous. Food was fantastic, full of flavour and right portion sizes. We will definitely be back again.

We've been several times and always been happy. Food is good. Quick service and baby friendly too. My only small gripe would be the cold bathroom.

Ordered a 3 course meal to collect for New Year’s Eve. It was on time, the right temperature and really tasty! Really easy to order and collect!

We've eaten in this restaurant numerous times but yesterday we ordered a delivery using Deliveroo. The food was late and cold - not even slightly warm! The Tre Gusti pizzas had completely dry bases which made them almost inedible. They tasted like they'd been pre-cooked, then the toppings grilled onto them. These toppings were also terrible. The chicken was so dry it was in strings and was also weirdly green. The pancetta was literally tiny strips of fat resembling maggots (well, I hope it was the pancetta!). The pepperoni had huge, whole peppercorns in it. The cheese was practically non-existent and the same with the tomato sauce. We also had starters. The calamari was chewy, rubbery and tasted of old frying oil. The meatballs would have been nice had they not been freezing cold and covered in a slimy, red mush. Overall, a horrible experience and I wouldn't order a delivery from here again.

Food was delicious. Well presented. But we were rushed so much by the table staff and interupted every few mins with 'is everything alright" or trying to tidy away glasses etc while people were still eating it was embarrassing.

This is the first time we have used the click and collect service but it won’t be the last. The food was freshly prepared and ready exactly at the time we requested. The portions were the same size if not larger than we would normally expect if we were eating in. We had a mix of starters, pizzas and pastas and without fail everything was very tasty and hot. Really well packaged for transportation. Thank you Farnborough Prezzo, fabulous service.

Was excited as had email saying doing delivery and take away. Unfortunately our delivery order turned up stone cold. Had to microwave all our pizzas which spoilt it. Staters also cold- fried Mozzarella cold is really not pleasant. Will not order again and will wait for restaurant to reopen.

We were served by a lovely, friendly lady who served us throughout the evening. She was called Grazie! She was so attentive and talkative! Definitely will be coming again! She made it a night to remember!!!

We needed to get out for a bit of socialising so booked in for the £15 offering at the weekend. Great choice. Customer Service was excellent as was the food. Thanks to our waiter for making our visit so pleasant. Hope to visit again soon. :-)

Our order came to us wrong after waiting over an hour, got pasta instead of spaghetti and got a freezing cold pizza! Got told they can't re-do our order because their drivers suddenly broken down apparently. Terrible service especially on the phone for over 10 minutes with pretty much no communication. Never again.

Restaurant wasn't even a third full, and although our server was polite, we had to actively flag them down because the only time they came to the table was to put our food down. The pasta was bland and the pizza toppings were sad. Wouldn't recommend.
