Our waitress Gabby was amazing. Really friendly and lighthearted made our dinner experience really lovely. Food was delicious and fairly priced. Service is relatively fast.

I was on a date, with Gabbie as our server. She was such a bubbly character and congratulated us on our 1 year anniversary. She served well and quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better server. Thank you! Food was great 🥰

Delicious food. Kids love it - have one fussy eater who gets nervous eating out. We’ve been twice recently and he’s demolished everything on his plate and even asked to try new foods. Great prices, great service, we’ll be back!

Absolutely delicious and wonderful place to eat

Delightful restaurant which we went to for a 52 year wedding anniversary. The staff made the party feel comfortable, were attentive and friendly. Bless them they even provided chocolate cake as a surprise for the couple at the end of the meal.

We often dine at prezzo Farnborough and at 10.51 today sat 24 th May 2025 i received an email to say 50% off food to welcome you back. We booked for 6 pm that day and told the waitress about our voucher when we arrived. When we asked for the bill from another server, he scanned our voucher and said you can’t use this voucher as we stopped accepting these on the 22nd May. In the mean time our server bought over our bill with the 50% taken off. She then tried to take payment and then took that bill away and said we can’t use it. Luckily we also had a 25% off voucher to use. The terms and conditions of our 50% off voucher said it was valid for two months from issue - there was no other date on it so it was definitely valid. I thought we were made to feel like we were in the wrong when quite clearly we were not. We will not go to that prezzo again unless they train their staff that the customer is to be treated with respect!! I think the manager should have come over and we would have made more fuss had we not got the cinema booked.Poor show from a usually good restaurant!!

Lovely food, arrived piping hot. For some reason throwing in an extra goats cheese pizza was free so £20 for 3 pizzas seemed a decent price!

Very wonderful, our server gabi, trinity was really nice and listened to us. The managers avi and Martina also came to get feedbacks occasionally and the food was really tasteful and plates were so clean. The chef and the K.P (david)definitely need a raise🔥

In itself a reasonable pizzeria, quite thin bases and moderately topped. Upgrading from a 12” to a 16” is £3 extra. For over £21 you would expect a slightly more topped and thicker pizza. By the way, they also expect a tip, if you don’t give one they are suddenly not as friendly as before. Missed opportunity.

Lovely calzone pizza. Went recently and tried the new pizetta. Perfect for 1 especially if the normal pizza is too much. Updated 2nd visit Had a deal for a fiver bowl of pasta. Very good deal and the pasta was delicious. I can also recommend the Lotus Biscoff cheesecake

We had a nice meal. Table of 8 with 3 kids, very flexible with the food choices, assisted with birthday cake and allowed us to have plates for the cake. However we did order puddings. Good service time and friendly staff

We always enjoy visiting farnborough Prezzo whether for a quick pizza before the cinema or a longer evening enjoying a few courses. On this occasion it was a quick pizza and it was excellent. Plenty of topping and a nice thin, crisp crust. Great service as always.

Just got back after visiting to celebrate mine and my partner's 6th year anniversary, and I want to extend my thanks to all the staff there who made the evening so wonderful. I had booked online the day before, so there was no wait to be seated. The wait staff were fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed when we needed it without being overbearing or suffocating. The food didn't take too long to come out, and was exceptionally tasty with sensible portion sizes that were enough to satisfy but also leave you wanting more - the perfect balance. The extra surprise was also most appreciated. We've been to this Prezzo once or twice in the past (after the Winchester one sadly closed), and we will be back when we have something else to celebrate (as it's a 2 hour round trip by train for me to get there). Not yet had an experience that's been less than exemplary. It's a wonderful restaurant that's not too busy on a Tuesday night, and they accept TasteCard Discount too. Top marks all round, and they made a special night that extra bit special. Thank you all very much!

Farnborough Prezzo…Ivonna is a great waitress, friendly informative on the me ur and fun. Polite and a great sense of humour. Food is smashing too! Although ur new colours should be red white and green like Italian flag, not blue and white like greece lol

Food quality was excellent but we noted that the sides portion size was quite small. atmosphere within the restaurant was lovely but the shopping centre that it's located in was a bit eery.

Quality of the pizzas was excellent. Delivery could have been quicker but was within the estimated delivery time.

We had a gift voucher to use through buyagift.com When we arrived I checked to make sure the voucher code was all good which we were told it was. Got given a very basic small choice of set menu. The waitress was very nice but service was very slow. We waited 45 minutes for a starter to arrive. Then another 40 minutes before our mains arrived. My husband ordered a pasta dish which was very bland, not much taste or flavour. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, which was ok but the base was very dry. Desserts were honeycomb cheese cake, which were very disappointing. They tasted frozen and defrosted but left out too long and we're mushy. It's very rare we get a child free date night and unfortunately it wasn't a very enjoyable meal. At the end of our meal another waitress/ manager came to take our voucher code and was very patronising in saying you have the wrong code. I showed her as I was entering all the details again and she was very close to me (too close in my personal space) and kept saying your not doing it right. Eventually we got it sorted and the whole ordeal was very embarrassing as she made it quite obvious there were issues getting the code. I don't think we will return to Prezzo following this.

No gluten-free pizza menu for someone who is both lactose and gluten intolerant. I was forced to eat pasta, which I didn’t even plan to eat anyway.

Got to say the service, food and ambience were spot on. I was a little unsure at first as the restaurant is in a shopping centre surrounded by closed businesses. But I soon forgot this and was delighted with the whole dining experience. The staff were attentive and efficient without rushing us. The food was lovely !

We always judge a restaurant on whether our food is served on hot or cold plates. Prezzo served our warm food on cold plates. Our food quickly went cold which was not an enjoyable experience. Very POOR show, Prezzo!!! Rubbish restaurant!! Heat your plates!!!

Farnborough -Very disappointed. Was seated quite quickly , but had to wait 15mins to be served. Eventually got served for our drinks.took order for starter and mains. Waited 5 mins for starters, but another 25 mins for main. Wasn’t even busy. Manager was rude as we didn’t want the cheese. As this the second time this has happened, we will not be returning.

Came in at around 2.30pm was quiet but perfect for myself my partner and kids.. food was beautiful the kids pizza was massive but we got to take the rest home in a takeaway box.. can't complain about food or service.

Love this place. We were given a lovely warm welcome and quickly seated. The overall service was excellent especially by Ivonna who couldn't do enough to help us. The meals we had were cooked to perfection and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Thank you for a really nice experience.
