Excellent Italian restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, the food was served on time and hot, and not too expensive, the restaurant is tidy and clean!!!

We visited before we went to the cinema, the staff were very friendly and efficient. We had the pepperoni pizza which was delicious, it was busy which was good to see and made for a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be returning to try some of the other yummy food on the menu.

Drinks and starters arrived very promptly but we had a very long wait for main course. When the pizzas arrived they were very hard - we wondered if they had been kept warm for a while. Staff very busy and it was slow to actually get the bill.

Adam was amazing! Very good food. I really recommend this place!

Visited on Saturday for a mate date before the cinema. No wait to be seated and our drink order was taken quickly. Delicious food, without a long wait and friendly staff. It was great to see it busy and thriving.

We go in there regularly due it's location Food and Staff are great but you would not expect to go into an Italian restaurant and be told the coffee machine is broken I asked for a cappuccino yesterday, the machine hasn't worked for over 2 Months !

Very disappointed, used to love a bottomless Apertivo but wont be returning, changed the menu to a scrappy printed out piece of paper after ordering our first drinks, most cocktail options had gone and was pressured into all ordering the same drinks to make it easier for the staff. Then wouldn't serve any more drinks until everyone had finished! Didn't say that anywhere in the T&Cs, cocktails were very average, such a shame because we used to rave about how great it was

Did I regret my dinner that evening at Prezzo - YES YES YES Will I go back there - NO NO NEVER Avoid this restaurant at all cost. Rude staff and manager. I did ask about our e-gift voucher before ordering and i was told yes it can be used . At the end of our meal. I was told to pay the full amount on the evening even though the waitress told us we wouldn't need to as the voucher was part the final payment . Also she drops half of the pizza as she served us and she just pushed it on the plate . That was it. Utterly disgusting. So all potential people planning to go to Prezzo Farnborough, i'll strongly advise against. Find yourself a better place to eat. Hopeless. I'll never set foot here again. Will gladly take my business someplace else.

Awful service, booked for a birthday meal with family, left waiting for an hour and a half before we were even told they were running late with orders.. Dirty glasses, dirty plates for the starters. Will never ever go there again, and advise any thinking of going there not too..

Came in on Sunday after working at an exhibition, we were all hungry and tired, seated quickly and our order was taken with in minutes, food was prompt and good quality! Would definitely visit again !

Haven't been to Prezzo for a while now, like most people-money conscious, but thought we'd treat ourselves to lunch. Don't think I'll be back any time soon. Maybe it's changed since I last went but very disappointed with the portion size and quality of the food. Paid an extra £3 to have a 'larger' pizza.... It may be my mistake but it seemed like the dough was for the normal size one and was stretched out soooo thin it was burnt in so many places it was like eating charcoal. Pizza base and the chicken was so, so dry I was grateful for the grease from the pepperoni to provide something to help me swallow the dry, hard, cardboard pizza. 2 sides for £7 was a rip off. 3 Mac and cheese balls and a portion of fries fit for a kids happy meal. Again, maybe it's because it's been a while since we have been to a prezzo restaurant, maybe it's their usual standard now but I won't be revisiting. We went during a promotional offer so we got the main meals for a 99p, I still feel I paid too much. This restaurant never seems busy whenever I have walked past (which is fairly often) has maybe 30/40 tables yet only ever see a maximum of 6/10 filled, maybe this is why? And also for a place that's always so quiet it was very dirty along the ledges by the window, not nice when it was in full view while eating my lunch. Also when first arriving and ordering the drinks, we said to the guy no ice, yet we were given a glass with ice. May be petty to some, but just shows lack of attention from staff. What I can't fault is a blonde lady, maybe the manager was very welcoming when we arrived and seated us.

• waited 5 minutes for someone to seat us ( manger was just looking at us and there were only two tables filled) •we asked to sit at a different table and we were told “ NO” and the female manger walked off • my pizza was burnt to a crisp and they put mayo on it to cover the mistake? •the bill came out wrong 3 times • took over ten minutes for someone to clear the tables and the manger was completely ignoring our table and helping and clearing ever other table • took 10 minutes for out first bill to arrive and then 5 mins for each other one to arrive • wrong drink was brought out •wrong chips were brought out •neither me or my friend were identified Can’t not believe how poor we were treated, completely ruined my friends birthday meal.

Absolutely amazing experience lovely staff and food

3 of us, one had a slightly colder food the Milanese spaghetti but my carbonara Alforno was the best I’ve ever had from a prezzo, chef was so lovely even came out to see us as I wanted to thank him personally, his name was Daniel! Definitely will be returning for his carbonara again.

Had a Sunday lunch meal with the family before visiting the cinema next door. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Food arrived in good time and was hot, tasty, and well presented.

I ordered just before 7pm and delivery said it would be 30-40 minutes. At 8pm the delivery said it was estimated at 8.40-9pm - this kept changing and it was eventually delivered at 8.25. The quality of the pasta was really poor - it was dry and sticky with no sauce. I didn’t eat much of the pasta. I did like the garlic bread. However both were cold. Really disappointed

I was given some cash by my father in law to treat the grand kids to a meal and the cinema Went to the cinema and paid for the tickets then went to Pezzos for a meal So so expensive for what we got which wasn't great and didn't come out anywhere near together I had finished mine before the others were served Then I went to oay WE CANT TAKE CASH I wasn't happy to say the least I was told I should have know because they haven't taken cash for about a year and it also says on the bill 🤔🤔🤔 My argument to this was I haven't been there for at least 3 years and what is the point on putting it in the bill. The next week I took my staff to an independent £1400 bill and welcomed cash which was available because my business takes cash That's how it should work I definitely will not put another foot into Prezzo Oh and I forgot to say Vie Cinemas too cash without any fuss

Very attentive to allergies. Broad GF menu, 2 cider options and good GF pizza (and also a good sized GF pizza which is not common). Regular gluten pizza and pasta was only ok though.

Food was stone cold! Not impressed at all

spent £130 and alll food delivered was cold and obviously cook an hour and half ago. Fuming.we didn't eat it. Will never use Prezzo again..was on phone to them and courier who arrived on time and had to wait an hour so lost money...Prezzo said would refund then changed there mind. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Lovely calzone pizza. Went recently and tried the new pizetta. Perfect for 1 especially if the normal pizza is too much

"kids eat free with an adult main" means you pay over the odds for your adult meal then they charge you for the kids meal in the end anyway. When we questioned the bill, the waiter told us when needed to download a code to get the kids eat free voucher, except when we sat down and asked about the deal he didn't mention it. His response to this was "oh did I not tell you?" Then proceeded to go about his business.

Had a meal here by myself as I'm away from home. Had a regular Piccante pizza with extra spinach which was great, however I'd have like 3 times as much spinach as so little was added (though I wasn't charged extra so shouldn't complain. I'd have been annoyed if they had charged me for ~4 leafs). I finished it all off with a Biscoff banana cheesecake which was recommended by the staff. Tasty, but again I thought the token banana (6 small slices) wasn't enough to compliment the cheesecake. Beer was cold, but £7.50 for a pint seems way overpriced. I would not have order that if I'd known the price, but it wasn't on the menu but I could see it so ordered one. Lesson here, ask first, then order. Otherwise, great all round, thank you Prezzo!

We was visiting Farnborough for the British motor show, we dropped in to Prezzo before we watched Deadpool at the vue cinema door. We were not disappointed, the food was delicious and the service was amazing, a little loud in there when all tables are full but still be worth the visit. I was recommended the seabass and gonochie, as I have a gluten intolerance and it was beautiful 😍 Will definitely be back.

I cannot fault the food or service we had received, always have a pleasant meal/time when we visit.

The taste of food was just ok but was not hot enough when served. Strawberry lemonade was nice.

Nice, clean restaurant. Pleasant and efficient staff. Good atmosphere. Very hot meals that were tasty, although expensive. The side salad was fresh and beautifully dressed. The only reason we haven't given five stars is because there was a member of staff in a hoodie (hood up) who kept marching across the restaurant ripping up pieces of paper and calling staff members over which was a bit uncomfortable as our table was on his route!

SHOCKING vegan options - went for a bolognese and got a bowl of lentils? They also gave me a normal bolognese which was actually fine because i’m not vegan (they weren’t to know but it probably would’ve been nicer) and then EVERYONE came over to me all at once to take my food away - it was a bit funny. It was all very serious but one waitress in there also found the humour in it and we had a bit of a laugh. But yeah when it came it was full of lentils and some guy was chatting to me the entire time until he went for what i assume was his break?

Food was overpriced and bland, my pizza had hardly anything on it and my husband’s chicken burger was chewy and i didn’t appreciate the service charge on the bill 👎

Completely unacceptable ordered at 5:30 arrived at 10pm order was for a child’s spaghetti bolognaise. No updates provided after 6:45 by justeat. Refund requested please. Tried to speak to prezzo direct and they said it was your issue.

3 adults and a child whose birthday it was turned up without a booking. We were greeted by Mike who was professional yet personable. He found us room where there was none and did not make it seem like a bother. Ivonna our waitress was attentive and pleasant. There was a waitress who brought our food and indulged us by grating parmesan cheese on our pizzas. The staff on a whole were very pleasant. It seems as thought the A Team came out to work. The whole experience was enjoyable and memorable for everyone including the birthday boy. Thank you Prezzo Farnborough. Your service is appreciated.

The food was great, the staff was very friendly, definitely worth visiting, I personally would go again.

Appallingly bad service food quality has gone downhill also. Salad dry and lacking any flavour chicken rubbery- really bad driver shortage and a blame culture no one taking any responsibility for the food quality poor service or long wait times.

Food arrived cold. Had to heat it up in the oven.

We didn't book a table for an afternoon lunch sandwich which includes a focaccia sandwich with salad or fries and a drink for £9.95.. It was scrumptious and this is definitely my go to Lunch meal now. Callum our waiter was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He was managing a lot of tables by himself and he made it look effortless.

Fantastic experience at prezzo,all of our food was delicious, such of the best I've had in a while, a wickedly yum calzone, gluten free tre gusti and another delicious pizza. It's such a Shame there aren't many prezzo left because this really highlighted how good it is. Staff were also so helpful,friendly and understanding. We were served by Ivonna who was fantastic, so attentive. Little things like bringing extra napkins without having to ask after we ordered (dining with an 18 month old). All the team that we were served by were friendly and the food was lovely, quick and hot. It was our first visit to this Prezzo, but we would come again.

Rated low purely for lack of value. Came for a simple meal after cinema, no alcohol, no starters, 1 child meal deal cisyimg 7.95 and 3 adult mains / puds which were simple pasta and burger options. Bill was 100 quid. I had to take it home to check as simply couldn't believe the cost. Average food, small portions. Small soft drinks were 4 quid each. Oh and both courses had an error that needed rectifying, and none of the food arrived together so we ate separately. Plates were also cleared prior to everyone having finished eating. Extortionate price for what was basically polished up cafe food.

Me and all my family love it here. It’s one of my favourite restaurants. Everyone is so nice and the food is always beautiful, the atmosphere is always very good as well. The service is always on point even in there busy times.

We came for my son’s birthday as he loves Prezzo however, the service by one of the staff (Callum) was awful- he had 0 customer service. Everytime he came to the table he barely spoke, no please, thank you. He pretty much threw the food down on the table for the starters, we thought we just imagined this. However when he did the same for the drinks twice and the main course we realised he was just rude. He put all of the food at the end of the table where no one was sitting for us to have to reach over/stand up to serve ourself whilst taking no care whatsoever to put it down. He then left. We addressed this with one of the other staff just as she came over with the card reader to pay the bill to give the feedback so that no one else received a service like this to which she said hold on disappeared for 10 minutes then sent Callum over with the card reader . He said nothing we paid the bill and when I went to talk to the lady I said I would have at least expected an apology to which she said if he doesn’t feel like he needs to apologise he doesn’t have to! I have to say this is probably the worst service I have ever had and my 15 year old son was very disappointed as well as the rest of our party.

Took over an hour to just assign a driver. An hour an half to get the order. Food was stone cold and the bacon was charcoal

Garlic bread Mozzarella large was £10.25, which we think was so expensive. The tiny bowl of Olives was £3.95 which we thought were complimentary. This possibly was due to Callum speaking so quickly so we didn't understand that we had to pay £3.95 for these. Arrabbiata with a few pieces of diced chicken and a tiny amount of Mozzarella was £39.50 for the two portions. Again, it seems that we paid £6 each for the chicken and Mozzarella. We think this should have been, at the most approximately £18 each not £39.50. for the two portions. We didn't check the prices before we paid the bill of £74.20 before we paid it, which we should have done. As we were just eating before we went to the Vue Cinema we think this is a really extortionate price, and we will not be going again.

A lovely meal out atmosphere was relaxing warming and candle lit tables. Service was amazing finished plates and used cutlery removed and replaced once finished. Staff super helpful and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious and outstanding presentation- complements to the chefs

visited the farnborough branch today with a friend and her little girl for lunch, lovely bright welcoming restaurant, music volume was perfect. friendly staff and our waiter Callum was attentive and very professional. delicious food everything we ordered came out piping hot and presentation was excellent.

Came here for a family lunch to celebrate daughter's drum exam. Was asked about allergies and said I am allergic to nuts. It was explained it would be at least 45 mins for our meal as they clean down for it. Totally understood and appreciated the care. I didn't have a starter, but rest of family did so they arrived in about 15-20 mins. Mains came out straight after so very organised, despite restaurant being half full of people eating. Really pleasant server and good sense of humour too. Food was lovely. Would recommend.

Had dinner today at Prezzo in Farnborough and got served by Ivonne (not sure if it’s correctly spelled). She was so kind and friendly, her customer service is 5* If you wish to try a real Italian coffe ask her to make you a macchiato, it’s absolutely the best!!! Thank you :)

Very friendly service from all servers. Food and drink came quickly and everything was good and hot (and drinks were properly cold). The pizza was crispy and there was a good amount of topping. The “crafted soft drinks” were actually very nice and very large for the price compared to other places we’ve been. There was a broad menu and reasonable prices for the portion sizes. If you’re part of O2, you can often get a deal of a pizza or pasta for £7.50 which works out very good. Redeeming this was easy. There isn’t much in the way of food options in Farnborough, so I’d definitely consider eating here if you are in the town shopping.

Good gluten free selection. Attentive staff but it was early evening and a Monday so not very busy. Did a meercat so good value on that too. Had nice pasta dish and ice cream afterward, with drinks and coffee under £20. Not too easy to find in shopping centre. Recommended.

We’ve had a great time celebrating a birthday in Prezzo today, all thanks to Adam. The food was tasty, and the atmosphere was very nice, but Adam’s personality really took it from good to great. Will be coming back!

Staff where great, but food wasnt as good. My Partners food came out stone cold, Pumpkin, Ricotta & Sage Ravioli the inside of the Ravioli was stone cold. food got taken away to be reheated, came back steaming hot, which then turned all the Ravioli to mush. Portion sizes seem to have shrunk, asked for extra red chilli's on my Salmon Penne, well i dont think there was more than 4 small pieces in the whole meal. They did offer to give us the Pumpkin, Ricotta & Sage Ravioli for free, but we have a 2-for-1 voucher, so wasnt paying for it anyway. No wonder stores are closing, that will be our last visit. Such a shame.

I waited 3 hours for a pizza. Beyond absurd. Phoned the restaurant, they had my order but no driver. Said they would make my order fresh when the driver arrived. When the driver arrived at my front door, after three hours from my confirmation email, he was in a foul mood and not afraid to tell me about it.

Placed my order around 7pm and it arrived around 9pm. I don’t find 2 hours a suitable time for a delivery regardless of the weather or whatever the reason was. I called the restaurant to see where my order was and was told it should be soon and that they don’t start cooking until a driver has been assigned, my order was stone cold freezing it had been made and sat their for ages. The app also just kept spinning around saying waiting for an update otherwise I would have cancelled if I had known it was going to take over 2 hours. The food was disgusting because it was so cold - and not cheap either I spend over £30 and you sending the food out with that low standard is appalling. I wish to hear back regarding some form of compensation.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for a driver to be assigned, by the time the food was delivered it was cold. Believe the food would of been nicer if the food had been delivered on time.

There were so, so attentive and helpful with allergy friendly dining for my family here. We have a complicated set of allergies between us and they were thorough, helpful and the food was great. They helped find something suitable for my daughter who has multiple allergies and took a great deal of care in the kitchen with preparation. Can't thank you all enough for a lovely and stress free experience!

The pasta sauce was nowhere close enough for the pasta. It almost tasted like pasta without the sauce…

Love Prezzo. One member of staff, won't mention any names, is overly attentive and actually somewhat ruined the experience here by clearing empty drinks and other items just as we finished them and checked if the food was good every 4 minutes.

Never again. A box full of spaghetti with a few(very few) pieces of what might have been meat and equally little in the way of sauce. You people need to go to machiatto in Aldershot to see what the real thing looks and tastes like. I really would like my money back. I won't hold my breath, but that was truly awful.

Food took over an hour. Staff kept telling us 15 more minutes. Not great when dining with children. Everyone seemed to be in the same boat. Not sure why the kitchen was having a disaster.

Delivery was an hour later than the original estimated delivery time. The delay was due to Just Eat not assigning a driver until 1.5hrs after my order was placed. As a result ALL the food arrived cold. The restaurant confirmed the food was getting cold because there was no driver & that I should try contacting Just Eat. Regrettably there was zero means of contacting Just Eat. So a really awful experience overall.
