Italia Nostra in Norwich

Lovely little Italian in the city - nice atmosphere, good service and excellent menu . Food is light and sauces skilfully made : not heavy and very well flavoured . Desserts were also excellent- the cheesecake and the profiteroles get a special mention. All round a great experience for a small family meal and will definitely return .

Lovely Italian restaurant close to the centre of Norwich. The food was delicious and the service good. The chicken in a mushroom sauce was great, as was the melanzane. The profiteroles were gorgeous.

Went on Wednesday for a pre theatre meal and discovered a hidden gem. Intimate, family run restaurant, very welcoming attentive service. A lovely menu made it difficult to choose so we ended up sharing our dishes, which were beautifully presented and delicious to eat. We will certainly be returning and recommending to our friends and family. Thank you both for a lovely evening.

Delicious Italian dishes and desserts. The seafood risotto I had was wonderful. Very friendly staff. Great ambience.

Booked as never been here before and enjoy Italian food, had previously eaten at other Italians in the city but will definitely come Back here. Really nice atmosphere and the food is lovely, fresh and the sauce I had on the chicken was amazing. Not a morsel of Food left on anyone’s plates so that tells its own story, thank you Italia Nostra.

This was an unexpectedly lovely place to eat. We arrived before they opened and they so kindly invited us in to enjoy their restaurant early. It is a husband and wife team and they do beautiful job. The food was absolutely superb! I had the mushroom and pesto pasta and my husband the seafood pasta. The sauces were exactly as they should be. Flavorful but not too rich to enjoy. The portions were generous as well. Do stop here on your travels. You won't be disappointed!

We love Italia Nostra! The food is excellent, the waitress is wonderful - so calm, composed, attentive and friendly. The vibe is relaxed. It’s our favourite Italian and one we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Thank you for having us, we’ll certainly be back again soon! :-)
