Very good food and good customer experience and fast delivery

This was my first time trying a traditional kebab in England. Nothing prepared us for the amount of meat in the box!! Wow! Our Lamb diner was lamb fillet seasoned and cut in layers from a vertical split, carved as you order so it is fresh. The meat was a little dry but very nicely seasoned indeed! It was so much food, we couldn't eat it all. Two people can definitely share even a medium box. We will patronise this place again. We heard from several people that it was the best Kebab shop in Taunton and we certainly believe it! Great first experience!

Food was all rather bland and mild the garlic mayo was just mayo the salad looked fresh but the cucumber had a hair on.

So tasty, friendly and proper chili sauce. Very good indeed!

Nicest staff ever. I got on the wrong train and got off at Taunton station only to find Istanbul Grill so close. They were incredibly sweet after learning about my day; even gave me my order free of charge! Definitely would come again if I was in the area.

Had a very tasty medium lamb shish. Nice staff, nice to be greeted by staff saying hello. Offered how I wanted the lamb cooked, great touch! Many kebab places don't even ask or care. Good options on sauces and salad. Meat was tasty and so was the whole kebab. Chillies and chilly sauce was nice. Will return and will recommend. Be awesome if they offered coleslaw as well as salad for the kebab. 😉

We had a delicious Lamb Donor kebab & a Lamb Sheesh just last week. Good service & prompt, friendly delivery too. Highly recommended! 👍

hardly any chicken meant to be a large but amount of chicken in it is less than a small would be from any other kebab place not happy at all!! I recommend mr scrumptious there small portions are larger than their large! sad to see how much this place is gone down hill,very disappointed ozzy my dad and me wont be ordering from you again and neither will anyone I know i will make sure of that not happy at all .

They used to be one of my favourites, but I've had 2 delivery's lately which have been nothing like I ordered! Yes I could have rang them up at the time but when I decide to eat it a bit later its been totally wrong yet again! I will be ordering food from them anymore!

Definitely not as good as it use to be, I have stopped going all together since hearing how one member of staff treated one of the lovely girls who work there, over hearing he supports Russia, won't support any business that supporting any kind of war no matter side they pick disgusting behaviour, but also food has had a decline, not as good as it once was, had a few stomach problems but given it benefit of the doubt but any time been back its the same. It's a shame they used to be so great and never went anywhere else but think they've let themselves go and quality of their food and service.

I’ll start with the bad part, one of the guys in there clearly doesn’t have much luck with the ladies (one with the beard) caught his starting at my girlfriend 6 times within 5 mins and proceeded to stare at her as she walked out the shop, confronted him about it as it made her feel uneasy and he came back with a confused manor as if he didn’t know what happened so explained to him what he was doing, he ignored me and kept working. All the other staff are lovely people and truly great food just that one guy lets the place down

I was on Holiday from Cleethorpes and called in the Food was great and piping hot and you got loads well worth the money and the Staff was friendly and they got the food out quickly no long queues or waiting I would recommend mend them anytime.

I ordered my meal 8:30 and didn’t come until 9:45, my order was so cold, chips were soggy, meat was cold and chicken nuggets were freezing. I called and asked for a replacement as it isn’t up to there usual standard and they told me not to touch my f******food and hung the phone up, I called again and they were arguing with me And said wait half hour I’ll get a new one sent out! It came chips were still soggy and the amount of grease in the wrap was discusting, He was very sarcastic and rude. I order regularly and am not happy with the service I was provided with today!

Been using Istanbul for years, brilliant place especially after a night out on your way home. Friendly staff that go above and beyond all the time!

Really gone down hill & treat their regular customers like crap. Especially if small order. No point complaining as nothing will be done, you are treated as a liar.

I love it here. They are the best by far in the area. Great, funny, informed staff. They remember me, where I live and what I have... Not in a stalkerish way obviously lol I have tried other places and they're not as good. I love they deliver to villages too. Although the journey in to see them is definitely worth it. I got in there and I was greeted very rudely with "what do you want" and by this point I already didn't want to eat from there but I was going to before asking if the donna was halal to which he replied "yes" I don't have an issue with people whom do eat halal food and I don't have an issue with Islam but, halal goes against my personal beleife of humane slaughter. I would say before you eat there, research halal food and how it's killed before eating there and you might think twice. great for followers of Islam as all the food is halal

Delish! Stopped off for a kebab on our way home from a day out. It was very tasty and plenty in the portion for the price. Highly recommend the special mix kebab and chicken donner it was super tasty. Not greasy at all and the salad was fresh.

We are regular customers of this kebab house. Tonight was the last order we will ever be making. Ordered the usual but one of the kebabs was missing when it was delivered. Called up to advise them, had polite service on the phone and the missing kebab was delivered within ten minutes. Impressed....until we were then accused of lying about it, as apparently it was in the original order. Absolutely horrified, we told him to keep it and shut the door in his face. A total disgrace. Don’t use this kebab house.

Nice place , the guys in there are always very polite , we normally order Lamb Shish and a chiken kebab , nice flavours and very well done. would be nice to see a larger diversity of salads , are not bad , and some dressing on , it's just they never put anything like : salt , pepper .
