Worst pasta I’ve ever had - carbonara but it was just pasta and cheese with some ham no sauce - disgusting

Unsure as I never received the order however reception did see someone come with food so I’m not sure what happened but I never collected and I could get through to the restaurant so have requested a refund through just eat

i always order chilli chips but i just cannot anymore. i dont know what you have done but its all salt. everything else is great but please go back to the old seasoning for the chilli chips.

What can I say One of the longest standing fast food shops in Dunfermline. Still good. Not only that A good few times now they have went above and beyond. Im a veteran soldier, They gave me a free wrap to try. I tried to pay them but they wouldn’t take it. They are really great people. Food is fantastc. I love them for a reason.

Very tasty pizzas. I am using their service for a while and I must admit that they are doing the best pizza in town. Value for money (always their the large 16 inches). I prefer to collect it and pay at the shop. Friendly staff, really recommend the place.

The place is fallen apart with cooks that obviously can't cook. I ordered a spicy chicken pasta seems easy enough nope covered in grease and oil I have been an avid customer but this was the last straw.

Arrived early which was fine. However arrived cold and ended up in the bin. Won't be back.

Sad to say that this once staple of weekend takeaway in the town has seen better days. This recent experience resulted in a 2 hour wait for an order, and upon receipt the pizza was overcooked and inedible. The “chips cheese & donner” was stone cold, congealed and also inedible. £30+ of food wasted. Please, please do better. I don’t enjoy leaving these types of reviews. And I can’t bring myself to go back until something improves.

First time I’ve ordered from here. It will definitely be the last time. I only ordered 3 different things and the only 1 that was ok was the pitta bread. Was that yellow rubber stuff supposed to be cheese? Absolutely awful. Delivery was late and obviously did not read the additional comments. Poor effort. Do better

Ordered a special burger. for £10 and it didn't even come with chips. that's a joke. it says that you can get chips with your burger for £1.50 extra but it doesn't give you an option to choose that as an extra. quite annoyed that I payed over £10 for just a burger.

Got a few pizzas as I know the quality I will get. Never let me down yet. My go to place.

Shocking delivery service and food was cold when it arrived. Should have been 45-60 for food, phoned them after 90 mins to be told it was on its way, finally arrived another 30 mins later. Won't be ordering from them again

3rd time I’ve ordered and the foods came cold my chips and cheese are like ice! Not happy one bit use have got worse and am really unhappy about it only place a use to order from and now a can’t because your foods coming cold

Normally I brag about Istanbul but after last night and tonight with the delivery driver not chapping my door and just leaving the food on the doorstep tonight half my food was cold and unenjoyable

Food was cold as anything! Tuna wrap wasn’t even rinsed out tasted disgusting! Chips and cheese with curry sauce was horrible and baked potato wasn’t even cooked right! 2nd time I’ve ordered and orders either been cold or not right! Joke getting your needing to get this sorted or your gonna lose customers

While the meat quality and quantity was very good, the salad on the kebab was a few pieces of onion and a bunch of garden leaves. The quality of chips could also be improved. The food arrived luke warm.

The last twice I have ordered we have received burnt burgers the second time I called the shop and complained , the guy was nice and replaced the meal, when I received the second burger it was worse than the first and also freezing cold like it had been sitting for the last hour .. Will definitely not be ordering again from here!!

Great burgers, but a very hit or miss place if they will hit the delivery window. It puts me off ordering from here as I don’t want to be waiting 2 hours for food.

Got moaned at for ordering at the time I did and said next time order earlier, so won't be ordering again. They were rude and said they want to go home. If it was too late don't accept the order and if you do accept it then don't blame the customer. They came 20 minutes early and weren't happy we couldn't get to them straight away, we went off the delivery time, got there asap

Ordered a kebab and a pakora tonight , came home to no salad and no sauce . Had to drive back out to get them whilst my food at home was getting cold. Service was terrible they said they put the sauce in already, to which my reply was why the heck would I drive back out in the rain if they were in the bag ??? Food was OK at best but meat was cold and chewy by the time I got home so use this place at your mercy. If they can't get orders right on an empty Tuesday night, I wish everyone luck if ordering at the weekend when it's busier ...... Have included pic of my so called extra sauces I was told I already had!!!!! Mediocre service so check your orders in the car if you are going for a pick up before you leave, otherwise you will be making a 4 5 mile round trip back to pick up the things missing from your order like what I had to do. Its the 3rd time this has happened and I doubt I will be back . AVOID

Orderd 3 donner kebabs got 3 trays of donner meat with cheese no pitta bread 1 person was lactose intolerant no time to contact u as was going to a party.

Specifically called the restaurant to ask the driver to call when outside because I couldn’t hear the door. They didn’t bother. Left the food outside to get cold. Also, completely forgot my chilli sauce which I paid extra for. Don’t bother with this restaurant, they don’t care about anything other than getting their money. Decent quality but terrible service.

The order was 25-30 minutes later than I asked for but it’s Saturday night and where I am isn’t just around the corner from the shop. Also the food was delivered hot and it was amazing, just like the last time. The delivery driver was very friendly too.

It was supposed be 2.15-2.45 it wasn't here by 3.00 so I texted asking g where was . Was told they just making it and would be here at 3.20 It was afrer 3.45 before it arrived COLD THIS WAS ONE MY FAVOURITE places but the service his time put me completely off Why couldn't they have text me saying they running g late that would have been ok

Best takeaway/kebab in Dunfy by a MILE.

Food took over two hours to be delivered and wasn't very hot when it arrived. I've never had an issue before, but I doubt I'll be ordering for delivery again any time soon.

The donner meat was the tastiest I’ve ever had for a good number of years, cut thick too which is just the way I like it. The chicken pakora is lovely too, massive bits of chicken. Delivered by a very friendly driver.

The delivery lady was nice and friendly, the munchy box was good except for the vegetable pakora being slightly over cooked and there was no salad I like my salad but apart from that, I will order again considering it was after midnight I ordered I can't complain too much! Haha

Food quality has drastically decreased over the years, whilst the price has doubled. If you want to pay £20 for a frozen meal, this is the place!

Average food, delivery quick but food was cold

My kebab was pretty terrible tonight, chicken was way overcooked, dryed out and tough. Didnt enjoy the kebab at all.
