Istanbul Kebab And Pizza in Liverpool

The chicken kabab had a funny taste and the portion size weren’t too good for a large

Chips were dry pizza was stuck to box and kebab sent with no pitta

I ordered a kofte kebab to then find chopped up bread and chopped up hamburgers instead. I rang an he was rude. Offered to send out a kofte kebab which proved that it was hamburgers he sent me. I asked for a refund as my daughter had already ate hers but he just kept offering a new kofte kebab. I said no I would like my money back an he put the phone down on me! Absolutely horrendous they’ve took my money and not give me what I ordered to then being rude to me on the phone. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Burgers and pizza were delicious and hot as usual, chips weren’t so nice, they tasted like old oil.

Hy I just got a problem whit the chips it's like old and like gum but no problem thay send me a now one and it's fres but stil not good !! And the chicken was same not good ... one thing it' was good the pizzas that's nice and tasty!!

Siempre uso Estambul, el equipo del personal siempre está riendo y bromeando y esto hace que la visita sea agradable. En cuanto a la comida, bueno, es perfecto! Desde pizza hasta kebab y todos los extras, no te decepcionará. Tome la opción de entrega y la comida llega pronto y con una sonrisa. Honestamente no podría recomendar este lugar más.

Chips were a bit undercooked, pitta bread was a bit hard, but overall food came fast and it was nice food.

Chips were not great The kebab was somewhat dry And the margarita pizza was quite off putting Finally the burger was also below par

Food was really nice. Spicy wings were spot on, the meat just fell off the bone. Asked for a big bottle of tango but they had none so they sent a bottle of coke instead and put a few extra cans of tango in for us which was nice. Delivery driver was lovely aswel

Donner meat was a bit dry, like it was reheated. Other meats were salty and over-seasoned. Not the worst kebab, but there are better options in the area.

ordered a kebab and salad, all the meat was soaking in oil and was very greasy specifically asked for no mushroom on pizza and they hadn't read the notes so I picked off lots of mushrooms, and the pizza base was burnt disappointed as they are usually really good

The food was a bit greasy but nothing that a bit of kitchen roll wouldn't sort out. - perfect feed after a weekend at Glastonbury, just what we needed.

delivery timing was great,, came with in 15/20 mins.. ordered a kabab it came with out the pitta bread and just thrown in the box, burger was burnt daughter couldnt even bite it.. wouldnt order again sorry

Arrived 25 minutes before the website said which was really good but that also mean the website is incredibly inaccurate. The pizza wasn't nice at all, it was really cheesy but you couldn't taste the tomato base at all. The curry sauce on the chips was also really powdery but still tasted good. The garlic bread could also do with a lot more garlic on it.

2 of the pizza bases were burnt , giving the pizzas a nasty taste . The delivery took over an 80 mins to arrive .

Im very angry because my food was very ugly and bad test . You told with every order you give us drink or garlic bread and cheese but you didn't. I told you I want sauce but you don't care. 😡

Very nice, and whole order delivered quickly and accurately. Not my favourite kebab in Liverpool, but they do a large special kebab, with a good variety of meat. I would order again.

WORST RATING FROM ANY RESTAURANT EVER!!! Ordered a fillet of fish burger but what turned up can only be described as 4 fish fingers probably from Iceland inside a bun, phoned the restaurant up only to be shouted at by the man on the other end of the phone who said a driver would come out collect the food and give a refund, upon calling me back I said I wanted a refund on the fish finger burger (lol) and the cheesy chips as my girlfriend had already tucked into her cheeseburger when we noticed the fillet wasn't a fillet he got extremely angry and hung up on me refusing a refund, justeat did nothing to help either just advised we call the restaurant (as of that was ever gonna work) AVOID THIS PLACE

Food was good, delivery was quick but I asked for my garlic bread to be folded in the comments as it was not on the menu like at other restaurants. The delivery driver spoke to me like I was a child telling me "this time you can have it but next time we'll charge you for a folded garlic bread..." it was quite abrupt and rude. If you offer a service then put it on the menu at the right price and buy some manners with the extra you get for folding a piece of dough.

Food was nice but cold, I set a delivery time for 8:45pm I ordered it on my way home and it turned up half an hour early therefore the delivery man was waiting around and my food was cold, what's the point in giving a delivery time if they come when they like

I think pizza don't have onion and I think every body want oninon they can pick it . So when we eat pizza with onion, our feelings are we eat meat no pizza , so that's have problem every time I have with your restourant. But everything's are good . Just you have this problem. Thank you

Advertising as giving free garlic bread or bottle drink once spending over £15 yet turned up an said they dnt do this offer !! Remove it from the site then as I feel u should deliver what ur advertising.

Ordered at 7pm and received a call at 8.10pm telling me it would be another 45mins to an hour. Really annoying as food was ordered to work as we could not leave the hospital. Truly disappointed and we should have been notified when we placed the order it would be 2hrs. Never again.

This is the worst order i ever had. I ordered two milk shakes and some other food. Never mind they mixed up my order and bring me 7up. By the way i live in the third floor and there is no lift. Fair enough that mistakes happen. I call say mate there is no milkshake. Then guy calls me while eating and trying to find out if I'm lying or what. Anyways. 15 min later delivery comes along and calls me again. I go downstairs again to get the milkshake. When I'm there she tells me. Where are the 7UP and she tries to make me go upstairs again to get her freaking 7UPs. I didn't accept milkshake and walked off. Then i call back and manager just tell me I'm talking rubbish and he simply says not to order from us.

Food is usually at high standard but felt tonight chips were tough and left bad taste in mouth, other than that rest of food was ok.

Ask them to put separate the special adana sauce , BUT THEY DIDN'T! We couldn't enjoy the Adana kebab. The free garlic bread was kids size, we always get 10" with other pizza shops, just surprised! Chicken kebab was perfect, big portion and salad. First and last order. Sorry to be honest with you guys.

Lovely pizza and very generous with toppings. Garlic bread lovely and the whole meal went down well in our house. They did my special pizza rolled and like a tear and share and omg, it was AMAZING.

My only issue is when I order a kebab I expect it to be made, otherwise I would order a tray of meat and salad with pitta bread separate.other than that food was good.

Excellent kebabs and pizza's, would recommend portion sizes generous and food is always hot when delivered.
