Excellent service by Shan. She was very welcoming and hospitable. Lovely little restaurant with an ambience. Everything was lovely.

Sujoy was absolutely lovely, so friendly, so helpful and welcoming. It was a beautiful setting for family, friends, and couples.

Sujoy was amazing with us today ! Good food and great service. We definitely recommend the pasta ! The restaurant is well located as well.

Really lovely food !! All the staff are absolutely lovely and so accommodating. The only issue we found was having quite a loud environment, but this can be resolved by not going during peak times!

Lovely Meal with friends. Fell across this restaurant while out in London and so pleased we did. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and dispute not booking and then being very busy found us a table! Staff were great offering advice and recommendations on dishes, and food was lovely! Frito Misto sharing platter was amazing and the Porcini Tagliatelle was as good as the waitress had said! Definitely worth a visit and I will definitely be back!

We were here for lunch and it was good! We were welcomed by a nice waitress who fixed our table, A waiter came to offer us water that we hadn't ordered and we thought this was a nice welcome, but it's a shame we had to pay for it afterwards. The food was good and the surroundings were lovely both inside the restaurant and outside! Everything was fantastic from the crockery to the uniforms of the waiters and the cleanliness! I would like to recommend this to my friends!

During my week in London, Sola was by far the worst restaurant I visited. The service was terrible, with constant pressure to order the most expensive items. They lacked basic condiments like salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar, which I had to repeatedly ask for. Additionally, the wine I ordered only arrived at the end of the meal because the waiter had "forgotten" it. The whiskey seemed suspiciously weak, and the so-called gourmet pasta was just creamed spaghetti with last-minute additions like shredded fried bacon or sprinkled shrimp. The quality of the pasta was inferior to that of any fast-food restaurant, despite its pretensions of sophistication. It's an insult to Italian cuisine and it's sad that it's still recommended by local hotels. Please, someone warn Gordon Ramsey to stay away, or he'll end up extremely frustrated.

We had a lovely experience at Isola. Luigi was very helpful 🤩, food was lovely. Very child friendly. From wine to tiramisu 👌

One of the worst meals I have ever had in London! Everything was awful! We went on Sunday with my brother and his new girlfriend so I didn’t want to make a complaint but honestly the risotto was uncooked, fish was too salty and the fritto misto was dry like plastic! Over priced for what we got! Never again.

Amazing Italian food ! The place is really good, the atmosphere is lovely and the food excellent! I’m regular customer, my favorite waitress is Thomas ! The service is real good , staff are very attentive, friendly, but i want Thank Vlad who was helping us tonight! I really appreciate !!! Many thanks Vlad and Thomas !!!

Staff polite enough when we arrived, especially front of house, but some waiters not sure on what they were doing, slow to deliver our wine and mains, but attentive with empty plates, topping up glasses etc. However after spending over £160 for two people, you chose to embarrass us as we left. The senior staff made a show of us as we left our table outside and took our drinks with us (we intended on using the bathroom and quickly finishing the drinks after at the bar leaving the glasses with them) but a man followed us, or rather chased us downstairs with his walkie talkie, saying loudly “where are you ladies going with those… you are not allowed to take your drinks downstairs with you, you have to leave it with us” Okay fine so we appreciate you don’t want us grown adults taking drinks into separate cubicle bathrooms (such a hazard clearly) , but did you really have to make such a fuss? People were staring at us. You could have easily asked us to leave them behind at the bar rather than demanding we do so and telling us off. We then came back upstairs to retrieve said wine and you made us feel even more stupid. Not to mention we were both rushing to get our trains home after a long day at work. No one gave our wine back to us so we asked again and rather than apologising you said “here it is, no one has touched it okay?” Honestly, after spending a fair amount of money here I’m extremely disappointed. I visit many San Carlo restaurants in and outside of London (you could take a lot from the service at San Carlo Liverpool as they trump you in every way possible) and this is the first one where I’ve experienced BAD service. I’ll steer clear from now on.

We didn't book so we had a drink at the bar before being seated in a perfect spot. This was a business day and full of what appeared to be a good mix of business people, tourists and locals. A great selection on the menu and it was all beautifully prepared well presented and the staff were attentive, cheerful but not overbearing. The atmosphere was great. Our daughter took my wife a few days later and also loved it, leaving another good review. I'm booking for us to go back for lunch on Saturday so I'd say that it's become a favourite for us.

We ordered the mushroom pasta which was 10/10 the best pasta we have had we shared it as a starter- then we ordered pizza for our main course I ordered a mushroom pizza the mushrooms were canned they were disgusting the tomato sauce and the mozzarella did not taste fresh in my opinion, however my husband had ham and cheese pizza which he loved- wine expensive and a very small glass- £93.00 for 2 pizza’s a pasta dish, 2 glasses of wine and a coke- this was for lunch

So awful I can hardly believe how bad it was…! Terrible service and tasteless food.. the wine was ok but overpriced like everything else on the menu.. The place draws you in because it’s a really nice decor… After that it’s terrible!!

A good restaurant Tasty and good food. We were 6 people, enjoyed the place , the. atmosphere, and . We will visit again the food of course.

Disappointing. I asked to swap nduja on my pizza for something non-spicy and was told there were no swaps, I’d have to pay more. Would understand if I was asking to swap for something more expensive that nduja, but I’d have been happy with just a few mushrooms or something. Also nearly £6 for a bottle of still water and a service charge that ideally we wouldn’t have paid after being refused a toppings swap. Would not recommend this place. Food was average.

Great food & service, outstanding attention to detail with key requirements. Well done Isola, customer service team where very charming and friendly. Speed was just right with allowing time in between courses.

Achei esse restaurante maravilhoso..ficamos no bar esperando nossa mesa..tomamos uns drinks e estavam ótimo..pedimos ravioli com trufas e o prato estava delicioso, um dos melhores que já comemos.
