Iso Sushi Walsall in Walsall

If you are used to eating normal sushi, do not order from here. Tuna and salmon were extremely low quality, tasted watery, frozen and lacked any flavour at all. You can tell from the shape of the nigiri sushi rice and the cuts of the fish, that the chef is not a trained sushi chef. The maki sushi, the pieces of fish was so small, it was mainly rice. Wa so excited to find a halal Japanese restaurant.. disappointed was an understatement

The most terrible service I have ever experienced! Ordered food at 19:40 were waiting for 2 and half hours and it were not ready . Never bothered to answer phone calls . Cancelled order thru uber and Never ordering from that shady place again !

Amazing, the BEST sushi place i have found, the food is always great, the service can do no wrong, they even called me just to apologise about it being delayed.

I've ordered from here a few times while at my partners in Walsall and every time it has been delicious. As well as being on time, the order has never been incorrect. I chose to order from here because they do a really lush meaty box, which is great for anyone who doesn't like sushi/seafood like my partner. I can recommend the Sashimi!!!!!

Food is top quality, and portion sizes are great. Ordered quite a few times from here and it has been near perfect. This one occasion they got one item wrong however I rang the shop and they said they’ll send another order through with the correct item.

Recently ordered from Iso Sushi, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious, especially the sushi rolls, and everything arrived right on time. There was a small issue with one of the items in my order, but the restaurant was quick to respond and rectify it without any hassle. Great customer service, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Was not delivered at 8.05 was delivered at 8.30 i called and complained 2 times only then the driver was outside with the food at that time. They forgot to add cutlery or any sauces inc wasabi or soya sauce etc, this is why i only order from ubereats

Missed half of my order then asked me to wait another 20 minutes to have the rest delivered

another fantastic meal and the sauce with the dumplings is so good

2 items were missing that i paid extra for

It was very late but they kept us updated with the new times and wrote a lovely apology on the bag. It wasn’t quite the quality it normally is, a bit dry and burnt but hopefully a one off as we’ve ordered many times before and it’s been great.

we only order from here once a month and tbh last night the food wasn't the best, really dry burger and the chilli chicken was really soggy. won't be ordering again.

Please stop putting the salt and sauce packets inside the food containers, it’s annoying and also unhygienic. I’ve made this comment before and they listened once and then went back to doing it again.

ordered food at 17:48. didn't arrive till 19:36 . . food was obviously cold as I rang the restaurant and it was already out for delivery at around 19:00 . really disappointing

Love the food it’s always delicious but today was bit bittersweet I do understand that they can be super busy at times but we waited soooo long I had to call and lovely lady told me that they super busy but food is in its way …. When we got it extra soy sauce was missing that I paid for also no chopsticks and chips where Ice cold … food itself was nice as always just waiting nearly 3 hours was a bit of a bummer

We order from these guys all the time I ordered at about 7 and did not receive my food until 9 the bag had a sticker on it stating it had been prepared at 7:05 meaning it had sat around for 2 hrs. I did call the restaurant who stated they were very busy and apologised. Unfortunately food was lukewarm when it got here

Had to wait 2 hours for super sub par food, gyoza was dry and chewy, yakisoba was slimy and full of broken strands of noodles and the bap bun had burnt dry cutlets of chicken in with little to no sauce. Extremely disappointed and not satisfied.

"Just eat " advises unrealistic delivery times. For the past year every delivery has been delayed for at least 30min and that's from different restaurants. Iso quality is always great. The food is always tasty and warm. I do not blame Iso!

Usually order from iso regularly as their food is great but ordered recently and the food was still not delivered after an hour. Tried to call the restaurant 10 times and no one either answered or hung up, after two hours of waiting I decided to get other food only for the food to arrive 2 and a half hours late. Won’t be ordering again.

I placed my order at 7.36pm & when I called up to see where my food was at 8.20pm I was advised it will be ready in 15 minutes.. still no food & its 9.20pm. I called numerous of time & no answer. In the end I ended up leaving to collect my food & then I received a call from the Uber driver to say I'm on my way. What about absolute joke! Food was cold & i am very disappointed in the slow service & no updates from the shop. 😞

ISO sushi is my favourite Japanese restaurant. I order with them probably since they opened in Walsall. The food quality is superbe and they are very friendly and caring always leaving a little lovely message on the bag. The best sushi ever! And the gyoza are delicious as well. Thank you for the best food in town! 🙂

ordered at 7:25, with in 2 mins i got a message saying the food was delayed and wouldnt get here till 8:40.. tried phoning at 9:20 and no one ever answered.. would not waste my time with them

It’s hard to write this review because WHEN the food arrived it was actually really good; however, from the time I placed my order to the time I received it was ALMOST TWO HOURS - this was very disappointing. I called the restaurant multiple times but couldn’t get through, then eventually when I finally made contact they apologise profusely and offered me a 30% discount off my next order.

Giving no stars as always late and you can’t get hold of the restaurant. They hang up on you.

Ordered food and waited for over an hour and called, told there was a problem with the kitchen and it was leaving within 5 minutes, then waited another 50 minutes, tried calling no answer and then they switched their phones off and stopped taking orders. Letting me know would be great as I would’ve gone somewhere else as its also kept my kids waiting. Terrible

Back from my holiday, no food in the house. Ordered a quick takeaway and what a delight! We have never ordered here before and decided to try it- and the food came well presented, tasted excellent and they offer halal too! Will definitely be ordering again to taste more of the menu! Thank you

Absolutely beautiful food but delivery was delayed a long time. Restaurant did call us up and apologise as well as sent free desert which was also nice. Will be using again, would recommend.

Udon noodles was just perfect. Poke bowp perfect fries and burger was cold and poke salad not handled well by delivery guy

Tempura “vegetables” was just 10 pieces of potato. Why are the pumpkin bao buns not vegan??? Also the sushi tasted old af.
