nothing to complain about food. The only thing to complain would be delivery time. Every singe order I had was late. Every time was message "Sorry your order is delayed".

The food arrived nearly 2 hours late

Beyond poor service, called the restaurant several times, with no answer. Cancelled order and asked for refund, no reply from restaurant. Nearly 2 hours for order to arrive. Food arrived cold, obviously. Sadly won't be ordering again.

The predicted time has been nonsense on more than one occasion now. The food is good but when it arrives so late I’ve almost lost interest. Be more honest on the entry on all sites I cannot imagine you ever achieve delivery in 20 minutes, we waited approx 85 minutes this evening.

Delivery was 15 minutes later than the latest expected delivery time. The portion of ramen was half the size it usually is, and virtually cold. The Bao buns were chewy. The free portion of Yakisoba had hardly any flavour. And the new lay out of the menu on here makes no sense. I don't really know why I keep ordering from here tbh because it's so expensive and it's never worth the money 😕

He didn’t read my instructions I told them to call when he arrives to avoid the disturbance of the neighbor, he didn’t do that instead he knocked but the delivery time was good

I have not received my order! My partner was waiting outside Connaught hotel for our food and it’s not shown and yet saying it’s been delivered?

ETA on the food was 20:00 - 20:25, that then got moved to 20:25-20:45. It’s now 21:06 and it is saying it’s been delivered and I still haven’t received the food. I even received a phone call at 20:38 to say it will be 15 minutes and it still didn’t arrive in that time frame. Incredibly poor service

Spicy buttermilk chicken burger had no buttermilk coating on. Chicken in the burger was really tough like it had been undercooked. I could only eat a few bites. Bao buns and burger were cold. The only decent bit was the chips. Very disappointed.

the food came an hour later than expected. cold. noodles all spilled in the bag. I got 40% off from just eat. not ever going to order again even if it's 100% off. rather pay full price and eat my food at the hour I want to and not off a plastic bag.

Beautiful food. Even my pickey eater ate all of theirs. It was late, but they sent me a handwritten note to apologising for the delay. Will definitely be ordering again

hi, ordering a lot, never really had a problem. except this time, the 20-piece salmon was gone bad! salmon is not meant to be dark grey, I had to toss the whole thing in the bin after I tasted 2 pieces confirming it was bad! please don't ever do this

Food was excellent. It was late but they notified me twice and called me when it was on the way. Food was hot and very tasty, I don’t mind late food if it’s fresh, I’m aware, it’s hot and tastes great, this was all of those.

Usually I give ISO 10 out of 10 and return every week but todays food was so very bad it was unbelievable. The buttermilk burger I ordered had no breaded coating and the 'sauce'... I only hope it was picallily. I feel like doing what it looked, and tasted, like. I honestly wouldn't be surprised to find that the meat had been pulled from the bin. I have no way to contact ISO to complain so I hope you guys see this and sort out whatever happened.

Food took an hour & 40 mins to arrive. Food was cold & some inedible. My partners currently ordering my daughter a McDonald’s as her food was cold and tasted horrible. The tempura veg was bland, cold & in soggy batter. The burger was cold and looked terrible upon opening. Chips cold. Dumplings texture was hard and also cold. The only edible and tasteful item was the Bao Buns which were still cold. I appreciate your’e busy but what arrived tonight was not acceptable. Won’t order from here again.

Normally a good place to order from, however tonight took almost 2 hours, food was stone cold and the sushi wasn't the usual quality.

Terminamos aquí después de salir de un lugar local en el que habíamos reservado una mesa; entramos y casi nos sentamos, pero nos vieron bastante pronto. Personal de camarero mínimo, pero no es ese tipo de lugar - dicho esto, el personal es amable y servicial. Me di cuenta de que el menú aquí ha sido actualizado para parecerse al de un conocido restaurante coreano de comida callejera, pero para ser justos, en realidad no decepciona, con una gama decente de platos a buenos precios - entrantes, principales y bebidas para dos era poco menos de £ 40 ... . aunque aprecié la sección de bebidas del menú mantuvo las cosas simples, probablemente podría hacer con ofrecer un poco más de elección. Nuestras comidas fueron servidas rápidamente; estaban calientes, se veían bien y sabían aún mejor - el tamaño de las porciones es saludable y toda la experiencia no decepcionó. Si estás buscando ahorrar algunas monedas, disfrutar de una experiencia gastronómica más tranquila y no perderte una comida realmente buena, ISO definitivamente vale la pena.

Was missing 2 items and I am yet to be refunded from the 11th January and this is not the first time I am sceptical to order from there again which is a same becoming it is good food

I’ve been a loyal customer for some time but every order the food time and quality has declined. We’ve even been into the restaurant and the time from order to table is just beyond !!!!! Undercooked tempura and another product was frozen solid !!! They did offer to resend food but it was ordered 12:43 and arrived 14:30 and at this point we’d had enough.

Around 1 hour late, all the food that was supposed to be hot (5 dishes) delivered icy cold & one ramen had no sauce because it spilt en route. To then be offered £11.24 as a refund for nearly £30 worth of food that could not be eaten is abysmal!

Rice in Sushi rolls and Katau dish was overcooked and mostly mush. Flavours of sauces were great but sodden rice reduces the impact. Bao Buns were tasty. Calamari was overcooked unfortunately. I have had excellent experience from here in the past so I'm guessing this was just an off day.

False advertisement of 20/35 minutes delivery. Actual delivery time was 2 hours for COLD food. Using the Just Eat 'get help' option for late orders, the restaurant refused a partial refund due to the delay. This is not the first time they have let me down, but it will be the last. I will not be ordering again—shame, as it used to be really good, but over the last 6/12 months, it has really gone downhill.

Gave them plenty of time to prepare order, (ordered before 6) asked for delivery at 7pm, then arrived at 8. Not the first time it’s happened. Only had message to say was going to be late once I’d raised query.

I was having a bad day and I got a really sweet note on my food. Unfortunately, the driver got lost, then my neighbour pointed him in the wrong direction, so when the food arrived it was all cold and my mochi had melted. I guess its just one of those days- thank you for trying though guys.

Not normally one to leave a review…. But this was an absolute joke! My order arrived to my door stone cold and inedible…. Over an hour from the original delivery time. It’s a 9 minute drive from restaurant to my home address and it took 3 calls to finally get my order that I couldn’t even enjoy! AVOID!

I ordered at 19:56 and it arrived at 21:16… I received a message to say it would be delayed and would arrive between 20:45-21:05. But it was still late. The hot food was cold. And there was no soy sauce or wasabi or chopsticks in the bag.

Food stone cold think u need to invest in a bag to keep food hot when delivering… there was no chicken in my noodles the chicken on burger was the size of a chicken nugget although once microwaved food was ok I doubt id order from here again

Wagya Bao buns are still amazing, Ramen was good, but prefer a more meaty broth and could have been hotter. With 40% off, this place offers great value which is rare these days.

This resturant has delayed literally every order I have ever made with them. The katsu fried chicken has also gone a bit funny

Late as always (I expect it but still order as the food is good - simply adjust your delivery estimate to allow customers to make an informed decision). Sadly this time the Ramen was pretty much empty. Tasted ok but way less noodles than usual. Mostly soup. Will order again, everyone has an off day.

Never had a bad meal. Good either on time or early and they aren’t afraid of using the phone to tell you if there’s a problem or delay etc.

Food is good as always, First time getting the Wagyu smash burger and that's certainly overpriced for such a small burger, We did not receive our Gyoza's but everything else was here and was nice.
