We love ISO and our food was amazing but due to delivery time being changed due to a delay it meant our katsu curry was cold and we ordered at about 6:45 and our food didn’t get delivered till about 8:00. Can’t fault the sushi though, it was delicious.

Bland noodles, bland rice which was mushy and stuck together. Absolutely vile food. Used to be good. Will never order from here again. Waste of money.

The food was delivered quickly and piping hot, and it was delicious. The chicken was tender and soft, and the yakisoba was seasoned perfectly. Will definitely be ordering again!

never had the problem with this restaurant but ordered loaded katsu fries with extra chicken and didn't get one only basic portion...

It’s the second time we’ve ordered from Iso in the last few weeks- we were given a discount code so thought we’d give them another try. I assume they have either changed chef or recipe. Food left horrible aftertaste & sushi rice excessively sticky.

Delicious food the whole family loves

when I ordered the expected delivery time was 19:50-20:10, it arrived at 20:59. they have also sent chicken gyoza instead of vegetable gyoza (the person eating the gyoza is vegetarian and cannot eat chicken - this is not the first time they have sent chicken).. the food was also luke warm at best, I've had to put it in the microwave. we used to love iso sushi but this experience has been poor I'm afraid.

Very late delivery, very dry and burnt ngari goreng. It was quite unpleasant

Absolutely incredible Cuisine the waygu smash burger was absolutely amazing and the buttermilk chicken burger was criminally underrated aswell, the chips were bang on and seasoned well, great place for a fancy takeout.

First time ordering from here since it rebranded and we loved it! all the food was delicious (mixture of iso boxes, katsu bento, starters) and good value for money.

Food was delayed. When it got here it was cold. Tasteless and bland dishes. Event smelt weird. Used to love it here as well, won’t order again.

DRY chicken (katsu bento), cold food and 65 minutes late. If this was my first ever order I would never order from here again, normally the food is very nice. Very late on my previous order too.

Mushrooms in rice & noodles despite stating no mushrooms in any food. Veg noodles dry & flavourless. Teriyaki chicken meal looked nothing like the picture on website. A big clump of wet rice, the sauce was like soup. Not worth £ even with 40% off.

1hr and 45minutes from order time we finally got our food. We had called them 10 mins before it arrived and it hadn't even left them. Despite the app saying it had. there is no way almost 2 hours is remotely acceptable for sushi.

Reduced the quality score due to everything been cold

Ordered sushi and the rice was mushy and bitter, that's a sign that sushi rice has gone off, it did not taste like sushi rice seasoning (slightly sweet and slightly vinegary) rang the restaurant and I told them to taste their rice, they offered to remake my order, I declined. FYI, they told me to contact JE customer support for a refund, JE have told me they cannot refund me as "each restaurant makes things differently"

Food was cold and order was incorrect. Asked for certain things to be removed from son’s burger and this didn’t happen. Second time this has happened in a few weeks. Very hit and miss. I honestly don’t think I can recommend this restaurant any more

The food is usually good from here. However the bag of fries was practically empty, and the delivery was over 50 minutes later than advertised (busy Saturday/poor weather). Food arrived stone cold. Not the best experience sadly.

I always order the same items every time, whether it’s on Just Eat or Uber Eats. I have never ever had a problem. Up until recently, the past 3 times my order has taken just over an hour for arrival - which I decided to ignore. This time, every piece of salmon in my Salmon Box was spoiled. Absolutely inedible. Waiting quite a long time for spoiled food to arrive is greatly upsetting, especially considering ISO Sushi has always been my go to.

Love this dish rumen warm to my stomach. Didn’t get many prawns for the extra money paid. Delivery was good.

Late delivery. I ordered squid and only had 5 small pcs with loads of cucumber and carrots. Chicken katsu cold and burnt. IDK what happened to Iso, it was great before. will not order here again.

Food was delivered late by 45 minutes. I will not order from here again. I ended up eating something else as I was hungry!

All dishes containing rice were off ( smelled of chemicals and tasted very bitter) absolutely uneatable. We contacted the restaurant and Just Eat, but did not get any response from either! This is not the first time that happened.

This place in the past has been decent. However it was pretty bad. Our food was cold and was very dry. Haven’t had it in a while but won’t be ordering again anytime soon. The delivery guy however was very polite and apologetic, hats off to that guy

Food always hot and tasty. Delivery took a while (1hr20mins), & about 20 mins after justeat confirmed ‘delivered’ which left us worried it had been delivered elsewhere, but worth it when it got here

Was really looking forward to this as Overall disappointed. The burger burnt to a crisp and inedible which was strange as it was also freezing cold. The rest of the items cold with a sickly sweet taste. The rice dish was mushy and noodles bland

I ordered the ramen with gyoza— It was very late. It was very one dimensional with no vegetables as described. The noodles were sooo soft to the point of being mushy. The gyozas fell apart and just disintegrated! My husband ordered the fiery rice with extra spice and seafood all he could say was it was soo bland to the point were we think they forgot the spice. The only thing he likes was the seafood although there was only a few pieces. We also ordered a side of mini yakisobas and they were 👎🏾

The food was cold when it arrived - very poor service

My first order but won’t be my last. I had the 10 piece tuna sushi box. The beef ramen bowl was tasty with plenty of chunky pieces of beef. The chicken boa buns were very good - plenty of crispy chicken. Really pleased with the portion size and taste of everything . The presentation of each dish was superb. Everything was packed well so it all arrived looking as you’d want and expect. Great service and value.

Disappointed. Rice was very sticky and overcooked. One of the tempura prawns tasted strange so I stopped eating them. It was disappointing as we have ordered from here before and the food is usually lovely.

As usual ISO food was delicious. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki and rice, as i never tried it before. Delicious. I will try the salmon one next time with extra spices. However i must admit Prawn Katso with rice and extra katso sauce, is still my fav xx

Katsu curry with rice was 10/10, the curry sauce is one of the best I’ve tasted. Noodles were nice and not dry or undercooked. Even gave me a Bunch of gyozas for free which was nice of them . Will definitely be ordering again ! 👍🏽

Amazing food !! !, the tempura sushi with cream cheese & salmon was amazing !, quick delivery, have been ordering from here for years, the kids katsu curry was perfect for my 8 year old who doesn’t like to much spice. Xx

Order placed at 17.41 stated to between 6.10 and 6.30 this was then delayed and then didn't arrive until 6.55. the food is generally good at iso and higher quality than a lot of places similar, but is always hit and miss whether it is cold or not

This place has gone sooooo downhill. Whoever or whatever has happened to this place needs to revert it back. Used to be delicious food and now not sure what it is meant to be. Taste is all spoilt with random indian touches on Japanese food. Nasty

We have ordered sushi, a burger and noodles. There was some promotion of -40% and one of the sushi had -50% off.. well the sushi that was -50% it had a really bad smell of spoiled food🤢 the other sushi was really strange at taste, like it’s not freshly cooked, and the noodles were the same, some taste of spoiled food🥴 we couldn’t eat it and threw it in the bin🫨 the burger was ok. It is not the first time I order from Iso, but this time it was some kind of a joke😵😵😵

Ridiculously late. We ordered at 3.23pm and it was delivered at 5.57pm. It was advertised as a 20-35 minute delivery time. Sushi was nice but hot food was cold and soggy. Noodles in child's meal burnt. Will use the Walsall branch in future.

Its very disappointing.its took almost 2 hours to deliver my food and when the food comes its cold and tasteless.

Still actually waiting for our food an hour and half later when it says on the app it’s been delivered! Don’t order if you want to eat at a reasonable hour! Can’t describe the quality of the food because it’s not here!

Disappointed as food arrived late and therefore was cold. Driver apologised for delay as he initally went to the wrong address.

Sushi is great - however katsu curry for my daughter - chicken was burnt. Chicken gyoza - mixed review as my partner liked them. I however have definitely had exactly the same frozen gyoza elsewhere. Generic and boring and again burnt. Ramen - soooo oily. No flavour it tastes like dishwater - the steak like leather boots. And every time EXTRA SPICE nothing - not even a bit of chilli oil - what two chillies perhaps? So why am I paying extra…just generic food. Definitely not ordering again✌🏽

Noodles and flavour of food was amazing. However bitterly disappointed with the amount of chips for £3 i would have expected more than maybe 15-20 fries

We love ordering from ISO. The food is well attended and flavours are great. Also it's not greasy or heavy and makes for a nice light meal. The delivery took a long time but i guess they may be quiet busy. I'll keep going back to ISO for my takeaways and highly recommend it.

No issues with delivery but I was disappointed in the food. Yakisoba was overcooked, prawns rubbery and chicken dry. Noodles very oily. Didn't really taste like anything. For the price I expected high quality. Unfortunately I don't think I would pay that again.

Sorry i must say, that one of the item i ordered (nasi goren). My son and i, did not like it. The taste and consistency, was not to our liking. However, the rest of the meal was delicious. Thank you ISO Wolverhampton xx

Well, what is the point of notes? Maybe so you can read them? This time again ginger was bad, all went to a bin. Half of rice was undercooked. Don’t recommend anyone ordering there. I definitely won’t.

Great food but the katsu chicken salad is very small for a main meal and always in a much smaller containthan the rice or noodle dishes.....more sald please

Food is hot, tasty and good portions. Really enjoyable. Slight delay with delivery, but restaurant kept me updated and the quality of the food makes it worth the wait.

The tuna on the nigiri was see through, the maki were as thin as my thumb, and I am a small-ish woman. The salmon sashimi was the only one that was in a normal size. I feel like I was given ratios of food instead of a quite expensive meal .

The sushi rolls, prawn katsu and fries I ordered were quite tasty as they usually are when I order from here, although the prawns could've done with maybe being slightly crispier. The delivery this time took unusually long as well this time, but I can understand it a little bit given the decent distance I live from there, and the driver admittedly is always friendly.

Everytime we've ordered from this restaurant which must be at least 10 times it's late from the point of order to delivery it took 1 hours and 30 mins but apparently the delivery would take between 25-45 mins. Every single time they've been late

Love this restaurant, I've never had a bad meal, everything is so tasty and for a really good price. Plus the staff are amazing, got a call telling me it was on the way and the delivery driver was so lovely. Highly recommend!

Amazing food! I am a massive sushi eater and have tried a lot of sushi from a lot of different places and these have definitely been in my top best! I also took a risk and ordered the iced desert thinking it may have melted but it was still frozen and was really nice! Thank you Iso!

placed an order at 5.20pm and it didn't arrive until nearly 7pm. I won't bother ordering from here again. They shouldn't be taking orders if they can't deliver them within a reasonable time. I also noticed the quality of food isn't as good as it used to be. Very sad! Spend your money elsewhere, people.
