Good food for good prices, though I have had a couple of times the food hasn't been up to its standards, along with one unfortunate insident where something I am severely allergic to was on pizza. So I would advise making them say the order back to you to confirm and of course checking your food before you eat.

Unfortunately not a great start under new management, customer service was fine but the food could of been better. Chips were fine but the chicken burger was undercooked and still raw in the middle, ordered 3 wings extra and did not receive them although I had paid for them (should of checked) but it's still rather a basic order which should have been remembered.

An exceptionally pleasant experience; high quality chicken, peri peri burger meal, chicken strips meal, wings all absolutely superb and with a smiling service. Everything was freshly prepared and the sauce was full of spice flavours. All under ten pounds, it was a pleasant surprise so thank you to the new management at Chicken Licken ... Keep it up! thumbs up!

Very disappointed in the service here, came here about 9 and as soon as we entered the manager started to shake his head and we got told to leave, after asking to leave he asked for id and still said no when it was providable, the bar doesn’t close until 9:25, very disappointed with this service as customers even agreed with me and my company.

Food not good no peppercorn sauces asked 3 times came when meal almost eaten and sauce was cold and like water. Salad missing from one meal asked got bowl limp lettuce. Curry meal the rice was not cooked nan bread burnt hard. Chips were home cooked but most were hard not cooked. Very disappointed 6 meals and not one meal was good. No steak knife offered. No one even asked how meal was. And listening to other people nearby their experience was no better.

Ordered food for 7 PM, but it was delayed by over 1.5 hours despite being told it would arrive in 15 minutes. The staff was extremely rude over the phone, showing no concern for the delay. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Not recommended at all—don’t waste your time!
