2 hours for local delivery on a Tuesday night is unforgivable - no apology - no partial refund, not even so much as a free poppadum - this is how NOT to run a takeaway

I ordered food from the app, the delivery time was well over an hour which on the app it stated 45 min, when I received my food it was cold, bland and the chicken was out of date, the chips had the most awful taste ever almost as if they had been using the same oil as the chicken, the gone off taste. The only nice part was the salad, do not recommend at all!!

Ordered from here, and quite honestly I'm glad it didn't turn up with what I've heard since placing my order! Avoid it like the plague!!!!

We order curries from here on a regular basis. The consistency of the curries varies a little from very good to excellent, never had a bad experience. They could be a little more generous with the number of mint sauces provided i.e. one per starter not just two no matter how many starters but apart from that everything is normally great, although delivery times can run a bit late when busy. Will be keeping this as our default curry takeaway

I work for the Sheffield council and I work closely with the food hygiene team, they told me avoid this place like the plague

An Honest Review: Ordered on Ubereats: Chicken biryani tasted OK, nothing special. It had WAY TOO MUCH OIL. I've never seen a biryani this oily. Supplementary curry sauce was a nice suprise. It was creamy and hot. Tasted good. Pilau rice was hard and probably undercooked? Not good. Chicken tikka starter (like many have already mentioned) was like EATING ROCKS! So dry! I could probably smash a window if I threw one at it. Raita sauce was nice but a bit watery. Overall, disappointing. Best: supplementary curry sauce. Worst: chicken tikka. Might try a "chef's special" next time. Hopefully an improvement 🤞

What a waste of money absolutely disgusting couldn't eat the chicken not even the dog could chew it..over cooked and burnt to a crisp..bhajis just crumbled they were black..I valued my teeth too much couldn't eat..wedges was hard..garlic naan was rubbery and never seen a garlic..sent waste your money honestly

It took over an hour longer than they said to arrive and half of the order was cold.... They didn't have the decency to let me know the order was delayed even though I asked for updates via the Uber App

Best kebab in a while. First order from here and the chicken donner kebab was delicous! Will be back again.

Stuff missing, when i rung to say i had items missing, spoke to someone extremely rude, was told they are very busy an would be half an hour for my missing items. Never came.

I asked how long for delivery and was told 50 mins so we ordered . Food came nearly 2 hours later , missing items . What we got was cold before we finished it . Been ordering from Slamma for years . I've done now . Told us 50 mins knowing it was gonna be 2 hours . This is not good .

we ordered food from islamabad takeaway in firth park in sheffield it turned up after 1hr 10 minutes stone cold & with items missing we phoned up to complain & they swore at us & been racist toward us & they said they will pick up the cold food but we had to collect our warm food from there shop as they wasn't going to deliver it but they never turned up to collect it we then phoned back up to be told the driver went home stressed wouldn't be surprised at all but there star rating is 2 as I discovered online

Ordered a margarita pizza. Best one I've had. Came 10 mins early and the man social distance!! Would rate 5 stars but it wasnt as warm as I wouldve liked it but taste wise order here!!!!

Great food with matching prices. However the delivery took 2.5 hours to arrive. Ordered my dinner at 7:30 pm and received it at 10:05 pm. Was also missing part of my order which I was told by foodhub that the restaurant was gonna call me to refund what was missing. Never received the call.

Foods always nice but reason for the 3 stars is im always having to ring and chase my order especially if ordering on food hub (which they always recommend instead of justeat) ...dont know if its lack of communication between the site and the takeaway but not sure if I can justify ordering again with over a 2 hour wait and phone calls(especially when I order as early as 5pm) ....once I accept it can happen but twice...makes me reluctant to try again

Do not order from here! Ordered from foodhub at 6.15pm it was accepted & being prepared. 7.45pm it was 30 minutes late so I called continuous with no answer. 9pm I drove over & it was closed

Well where do I start?! I've been up and awake the majority of the night feeling very ill after ordering from this takeaway last night, we had a set meal deal and the curry was hands down the strangest, blandest thing I've ever tasted I had a chicken madras and my partner had a chicken curry and they both tasted very strange and so was my onion bhaji, not sure what ingredient it was but something with a really peculiar and disgusting taste slightly burnt/bitter taste and the cheese & garlic naan was very doughy and bland couldn't taste the garlic at all in my opinion not sure if many have had the same issue before. Safe to say will not be ordering from here again or recommending to anybody, such a waste of my hard earned money...

Worst place ever. I waited 4 hours for my food to get delivered and when i called up the restruant they were incredibly rude. When the food arrived it was cold, hard and tasteless. I do not recommend

If I could give u no stars I would ...In the last hour we received a delivery from you not what we ordered items missing however you still have charged us for them the meal in all fairness was cold swimming in grease & not fit for human consumption I have private messaged you & have photos of the food u sent which is now in the bin where it belongs..I hope this hiccup is a one off due to the pressure your under but that doesn't help my experience oh & may I add was over an hr later than expected delivery

Will never order from here again! Placed order on foodhoob and usual wait was 55 minutes. That time had passed and still no sign so I rang the place up and was told the driver has just set off so gave him another 5 minutes as they only live down the road from me. 20 minutes had gone by so my partner rang as was told the driver set off 10 minutes ago so we gave them another 5 minutes. 30 minutes had gone by so I rang again and was told the driver had just set off. With frustration I told the guy that he'd just told me over half an hour ago he'd just set off and he had hung up on me. Another 15 minutes went and it finally arrived. The food was steaming warm which obviously means they not bothered doing my food till about 20 minutes before. Absolute piss take and driver was rude when he came.

Ordered via website upfront which was meal deal 2 which was 2 curries and other bits at £14.99. So places order at 18:08hrs and paid up front on my debit card via their website which gave me 49mins delivery time. Well 49mins came and went , 2hrs came and went , 3hrs came and went and eventually showed up 3hrs 10mins later. What made things worst that we phoned the place up probably 3 times ( once an hour ) and every time was greeted with its on its way in 15mins it will be with you. If I hadn’t have paid upfront the 3hrs 10mins wait would have been greeted with 2 words first staring with F and the other O. First and last time , never ever again.

Shambles , first and last time I order. I paid via their own website so upfront payment which meant they had me by the short and curlies. 3hrs 10mins it took for the order to arrive , yes over 3 hours to arrive. We phoned them up several times and greeted with “it’s on the way” after 3hrs .... hmmm..... via Islamabad ????? NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Ordered food at 23.20 threw uber eats ring the shop at 1.30 asking where me food is they said it will bee 10 min now it is 2.33 in the morning still got no food this is some joke and now no one is picking the phone up because they closed staff are fast at sleep im gonna have to drive to imrans

Ordered food through uber eats at 6.30, it was suppose to arrive around 7.30 but they delivered it at 8.45.... food was decent and warm, but downside was the delivery.

A great takeaway with good quality food and good prices. Order from Foodhub for money off and your onto a winner. Highly recommended. Damien 👍

Well where do I start I orded my food at 1830 got an ETA of 19:25 i waited till 19:45 till I called Islamabad about my order they replied that my order is on its way I received my order at 20:10 I was hungery and happy that my takeaway has arrived till I found items missing and also at my chips are soggy and wet I called back up telling Islamabad that my chips was is a bad state and that I haven't received the items I orded they kept saying they are busy and can't deliver the missing items saying they would give me a discount next time like am I really going to order from them ever again No. I told him if I don't receive my order in full I want a refund after I said that he agreed to deliver it and I didn't receive my order till 20:45 really bad service and how they stay open is beyond me first and last time I get food from this place horrible experience thanks for reading 👍
