Pancho Pizza & Kebab House in Sheffield

Waited an hour on a Tuesday night for delivery. Not arrived and not answering the phone. Better get a refund for it.

Had Nando’s style peri peri chicken was great will be visiting again 😋 thank you for the great meal

So far this is the worst take away I have had in sheffield. The pizza was over cooked and looked like one of asdas quid pizzas. And the wedges are just huge blocks of potatoes that are soggy and greasy. Not worth what I paid at all.

The 2nd best fried chicken in Sheffield!!! After UpperThorpe cafe, So juicy!!! and the best wedges. Highly rated!!!!

Wine turned up an hour after ordering, two hours later still waiting for my garlic bread. Had to phone about my delivery after 55 minutes, can't be bothered to phone again, off to bed

Absolutely disgusting.. kebab meat looked old and it was wet through with grease like it had been dunked in a chip pan my sons cheese burger was dry and full of mayo ?🤔🤢🤮 tried as its local and "under new management" but still vile!! Avoid people!! Only giving one star as I cant give 0..

Absolute disgrace placed and order waited hours rung up see where it was said they had no order same number in phone just returned the call total lie don't bother ordering from here

They post an unholy amount of leaflets around my local area, never even through letterboxes they just dump them on the floor creating masses of litter. Clean up after yourselves.

Order from here all the time, spend some right money. Always been good. Got shirty with my Mrs because we had to go to the shop as phones were not working. So wrap comes with cheese on it not plain at all. After we made the trip to the takeaway to make sure order was right. Argued the toss over a wrap on the phone. Last time we will order from here. Lost a customer that spends a lot of money.

Enjoy all their food cooked lovely and the kitchen is clean

Usually this is a very nice takeaway but over the last few times they have not been able to understand simple instructions. Ask for no onions but still getting them in our food. Need to start taking abit more observation or they could start loosing customer's

Both myself and my husband had a pizza. He had a meat feast and I had fungi. I asked for garlic butter on my pizza. The pizzas looked nice enough but to be honest they were tasteless and bland. I can always taste garlic in my food but I couldn't taste anything. He also said his pizza was tasteless. The topping was thin but the crust was thick and doughy so all we could taste was dough. Shame as we won't be ordering from here again.

Great quality food at Pancho, best kebab I've had for ages. Highly recommended if you like good food.

Firstly I placed my order through just eat and then a few minutes later it got cancelled I then had to wait for my money to be refunded then when it finally was I tried to place the order again and it took about 10 minutes until it accepted my order. The food took 1 hour and 30 mins to get here then when it was finally here the man hands me the food then asks for the money and I said I had paid online through just eat and he was stood there for about 2 minutes asking for the money and I kept the long him I paid online and he kept sayin “are you sure” Also I pressed no contact delivery which normally means they will knock on door and leave the food on the step and he didn’t he had the food in his hand stood on the step closest to my door asking for the money which was already paid not even wearing a mask! And then I opened the food as soon as he left and the food was cold!!

I ordered a donna burger which arrived with no burger a bit of donna meat and loads of salad i think a dela burger is meant to have beef not just lamb

Order took over 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive, rang shop to be told another 20 minutes to come. Never ordering from again.

Very disappointed with the order. We had the wrong and cold foods delivrered, when called we were told by the lovely lady that they were sorry and that they're sending someone straight away. Waited for two hours, no foods when i called, we are busy. Had to tell them to just leave it. Foods tasty but yet mediocre customer services

Had panchos many times but tonight's was the most horrible food iv had the Jay's special wouldn't recommend you'd probably get more in the mixed kebab everything was over done done to the dry chrispy nan or leather couldn't really tell after waiting over an hour for it they forgot the pizza but sent 2 garlic bread that was undercooked so waiting 45 minutes for this pepperoni pizza it come thin as you could get it was undercooked with bits of torn pepperoni on it the mixed wrap chicken was dry and the wrap its self was like cardboard but the wedges did come cooked this time they were edible so whoever's was cooking really needs more lessons

Pizza was not cut properly (square pieces everywhere) and forgot to put toppings on that I’d asked and paid for had to take back and change. Also chips have a strange seasoning on was completely different from when we ordered before, staff are quite stubborn and very slow service. deffo gone down road.

My delivery took 3 hours even though got told 1hour n half and food abit cold told dint fetch wedges so rang up and they said they was none left dont no why they couldnt say wen placed order normally I'm quite happy with this takeaway but tonight I'm not pachos sort it out

Food was delicious! Generous portion sizes. Fresh and still red hot on delivery. My first order from here but the best kebab ive had for a long time, will be ordering again.

Been waiting for over 4 hours for our food its a complete joke when arrived food was stone cold not ordering from here again

Shame on these profiting from the crisis we all going through keeping customers. Waiting for over 4 hours and still not delivering although aftrr being calm said it was just around the corner. In these sad times shame on you for not being honest with the customers if you carnt cope with how busy you are dont just take the money and run. Its disgusting profiting from corona i think atrip to the trading standards is on the books. Massive fines from businesses not following guidelines or deemed to be taking advantage of people in these time.

Placed an order at 18.08, was told it would take 1hr 15 mins. Rang back at 19.45, told 15 minutes then driver on his way. My partner rang at 20.30 explaining we have 3 young hungrey children, was told driver on his way. 21.30 kids had a pot noodle and now its 22.30 and the food still as not arrived. I will never order from pancho,s again.

Horrendous service, ordered food at 8.30pm for it still not to arrive at 11.10pm. We ended up cancelling because everyone needed to go home and the place was very rude to us for wanting to cancel, denying any bad service.

Food was good but well over hour and half wait and no coke but garlic bread instead what no one liked so that's why we chose coke!!

Worst customer service ever. ETA 45mins, took them 70mins. Brought order, missing Pepsi. Called on phone, no apology and promised Pepsi to be sent bk, and never showed up. Don't deal with them until they learn to say sorry!

Well worth the money had the meal deal 1 fresh and hot and a quick delivery ...tasty definitely be ordering from them again

When I first saw the store I was REALLY disappointed I thought it was a Mexican restaurant and was so confused to find kebabs on the menu. I then was very confused why the logo is like Mexican.

Management very rude, i called as order was wrong and even tho menu stated with chips manager didnt care or offer apology. Girl on phone showed great customer service manager should take a leaf out of her book

Food banging and guy who takes your order on phone is sound as a pound

I ordered 2 hours ago tried calling the restaurant 93 times no answer to the point I had to go through the food hub itself they also had to call numerous times to get through still waiting for my order to be delivered stood outside the house like a lemon hopefully the food will be good after waiting this long 🙄

Absolutely love this takeaway! Friendly service over the phone and great food. Can't wait for my next one
