Very delicious food, excellent customer service especially the cashier, Moses , really helpful and kind, the food was fast and hot and they have many options easy to get here and overall amazing would 100% recommend

I ordered the food and all was damaged so disappointed from the order as I paid 59 pounds and it is absolutely disaster.

Family atmosphere, super careful and attentive staff. An excellent restaurant for both English speakers and Brazilians as the staff are bilingual. I loved!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who lives in London or even for those who are just visiting! They are also on the delivery app and delivery is super fast!

In several visits the place has become our go too and never fails to provide The manners and service is spot on and so giving There very affordable for the quality of fresh food This feels like a restaurant and not a sit in take away . Pushing Croydons standards up and well done to those running it.

Great delivered hot and beautifully presented

I used to buy the salmon poke and I was addicted, but they changed the recipe and now added poke sauce and changed the taste completely, no more fresh cucumber so sorry guys I am not buying anymore, even sushi tasted different. I am not sure if you change cook but my advise is to stick to the old poke salmon, I dont like rice soaked in sauce, if so offer it separately. Nothing against you, food is great but changes for the worst are not welcome

Amazing food. Got the tuna poke and chicken skewers and wow what a meal. First time ever eating this style of food, raw tuna tastes amazing, sat in a bed if warm sushi rice which was lovely... Lots of veg, avocado, carrot, cucumber.. it's tasted as good as it looked. Totally hooked on this for my future visits to Croydon with work, would highly recommend it! Large bowl and portion sizes, came with fork and chopsticks and sauces. Amazing! Forgot to take a picture which I'm a little annoyed about.

The packaging of the food was horrible. Sushi everywhere and leaking sauces.

I received wrong bubble tea apart from that everything is fine.

the food was very nice when i came with my friends after gym, the bubble tea was nicely made by the waiter called moses , i would recommend coming here.

Their selection of Japanese food both hot and cold is quite good. Prices are a bit high but the portion sizes are good.

We looked up the shop online, and saw the valentines platter "love at first bite" and thought that THAT WAS AMAZING, so we went in person, and luckily we found a table and an amazing staff member, Britney! She was so sweet and attentive. After we ate, she gave us drinks and dessert on the house! Definitely recommended! The food was so filling, everything was freshly made! Even the tapioca for the boba!

We had a sharing platter, which was beautifully presented, and the fish was very fresh. Really nice lunch. Serving staff were lovely. The only slight negative is that the door wouldn't fully close (I think the wind was blowing it slightly open) and there was a bit of a draught. But overall highly recommended and we will go again.

I just brought home three spicy chicken noodles soup for family from Iro Sushi Croydon and WE ARE LOVING IT!!!!!!!! The food was freshly made, quantity was perfect, very reasonable price, tasted wonderful and it is best I have ever had. They packed it so neat so I can pour in it when we start eating at home. The kind girl at the reception was so sweet, always had a smile, answered my question humbly and was keeping me informed as the food was being prepared even as it was done quickly. She was carrying trays inside but when she saw the kitchen got the food out, she kept that trays dow and instead packed the food for me first immediately. That is REAL SERVICE!!!!!! Thank you and I'm definitely keeping coming back for more food here!!

Great fresh sushi and lovely friendly service. The sushi was freshly prepared on the spot. We had a platter and a few other starters along with some teriyaki chicken and rice. Iro Sushi would have got a five star review but there was one little let down. There are no toilets on the premises, so you need to pop across the road to the pub or a neighbouring restaurant if you need to use the loo.

Excellent customer service, food, and presentation. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is just great, with super friendly staff. One of my favourite go-to sushi spots that doesn't hurt my wallet and makes me feel full.

The driver was on my street for 20 minutes but didnt call to try to find the location I called the restaurant - the girl i spoke to tried to be helpful however the manager i overheard him saying that it was not their problem. They then gave me the telephone number of who i thought was the driver but it was someone else waiting for an order. Eventually got my order - unfortunately the soup for the ramen had to be reheated because it was cold

The service is great and the food is absolutely delicious. They have the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. I will be frequenting this place.

My partner and I had the 60 piece deal (soft drinks included), the sushi was tasty, would've liked fresh tuna to be included in the variety however I still enjoyed what was offered. Great presentation as well and the service was excellent. If there was a downside, not related to the food, was that the restaurant doesn't offer a toilet facility for customers. Everything else was great.

Brittany is so nice, she honestly makes the experience worth while. Food is great as well! Thank you so much to the staff in the kitchen giving me an awesome, fresh, Prawn Temaki. The seaweed being crunchy and not soggy (flimsy) is perfect!

One thing I like the most aside from the sumptuous Japanese food was the generousity and the hospitality shown by the staff name Britney. She was really fantastic and amazing. She is highly recommended staff that can help a lot for the success of the company.The branch is located in Croydon. A must try! Best of luck IRO SUSHI.

Really good customer service, the staff were very politely and friendly. The spicy chicken ramen was really good and I absolutely loved how crunchy the gyoza was. Let the staff know how spicy/mild you want it! Defo will be coming back

Food is excellent, takoyaki are squishy and they even have mackerel sashimi. Today was my first time eating in, tbh I don't like the decor but it's very clean and the the food arrives pretty quickly.

Used their online app, had to call twice and it arrived an hour late, unfortunately some items were cold on arrival. If it was hot and on time then it would have been great.

I ordered this on deliveroo and had the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced - it lasted 4 days and i couldn't eat anything else. I had a salmon poke bowl and 2 hours later i felt sick (i hadn't eaten anything else all day)and spent the next few days just drinking water and on the toilet. Disappointing as i had seen good reviews, but clearly something went wrong with the hygiene and their fish.

The food is absolutely fresh and delicious. Yummy! We tried the salmon poke, prawn nigiri, salmon maki, and vanilla mochi. Each dish was very tasty. We did not mind the small wait whilst the dishes were being prepared. No parking as it’s on busy George St, and there’s only space for three tables of 4x seats. But very worth the visit

The quality of sushi is better than Kokoro - I wish they had a box where there was more Salmon Nigiri (8pcs) like in Kokoro. This sushi shop is a great addition to Croydon!!

I ordered chicken with katsu sauce, but no sauce was delivered. i also ordered prawn with katsu sauce and no sauce was provided very very disappointed. As a new company, you should be making a good impression. I will not buy from you anymore.

I paid extra to get the eel makis to find out it was filled with eel chewy inedible eel skin and no meat. Only got sauce into one piece as well. For the price (£30.00 for three items) you don't even get a sufficient amount of sauce and no wasabi. Driver rude and late. Will never order again.

Don’t bother, overpriced by a lot and really fishy taste. See photo, this was £15. Compared to something like Itsu, IRO is pretty much double the price and half the taste.
