Indulgence Delivered in South Kesteven

I would never order here ever again. The cheesecakes are awful and tiny. Totally over priced and stale. Then the cakes are huge but only because there is too much icing. The bag of sweets taste like they are about 20 years old. Absolutely disgusting. Complete waste of £20. Wish I didn’t bother.

I had the misfortune of ordering takeout from indulgence Delivered recently, and I am still reeling from the culinary disaster that was their donut dessert and milkshake. The ordeal began with a painful two-hour wait for my order to be delivered. By the time it finally arrived, I was already regretting my decision. The donut, if you can even call it that, arrived stone cold. It was as if they had taken it straight out of the freezer and onto my plate. To add insult to injury, it was accompanied by an equally cold and flavorless white chocolate sauce that did nothing to enhance the experience. It was like eating a stale sponge dipped in wax. As if this wasn't bad enough, the milkshake was an absolute abomination. It tasted like someone had blended cigarette smoke into the mix. I can't fathom how a simple milkshake could end up tasting so atrocious. Every sip was a smoky, bitter reminder of the worst dining experience I've ever had. To make up for the two-hour delivery time, they sent a Coca-Cola and blueberry flavored slushy. This bizarre concoction only added to the misery, tasting like a syrupy, artificial mess that did nothing to cleanse my palate or improve my mood. Avoid indulgence Delivered at all costs if you value your taste buds, your time, and your sanity.

Way over priced don’t get the sweets there cheap there not even sour, also the large was £5.40 and it was smaller than a bag of haribos

Possibly never had a worse desert in my life, my cats faeces would be a tastier treat. Long wait, poor quality, over priced, dry, flavourless…. Do yourself a favour and save yourself 20 pound. Donut stack - dry stale donut cut into small chunks ( far from home made) , a pot of melted cheap chocolate, not enough to saturate the donuts to disguise the sandy texture at all!!! Couldn’t finish it. Not to mention the box smelt of fish as everything is prepared in the same section as their fish & chips. Chewing into a kitchen sponge would have honestly been more exciting.

Wouldn't recommend, extremely over priced for what it actually is. Very disappointed. 3 star for service, ordered through just eat and was within time scale. 1 star food

Ever since this place has been taken over by new owners its been absolutely awful. Food took over an hour to come, on a Monday night. Arrived stone cold with next to no toppings. Tried to speak to staff members and just got told that next time we would get a free waffle. But in matter of fact we won't because I will not be going here again.

Ordered a waffle and shake and it tasted amazing. i would recommend to anyone who’s craving a sweet experience!

MY SISTER ORDERED 2 MILKSHAKES FOR ME JUST BEFORE 8:30PM TONIGHT AND AFTER A WHILE THEY DID NOT TURN UP TO THE HOUSE! IT WAS SAID THEY WERE DELIVERED BUT THEY WERE NOT nevermind they came near enough 2 hours later so edited my comment

Not nice at all , the waffle took 40 mins to be delivered and was delivered cold and dry the ice cream was melted already and the experience was tread full !

My order took way over an hour to arrive... the waffle was stone cold, but the driver did say he had loads of orders to deliver in one go, so that wouldn't have helped 🙄 also ordered 2 tango ice blasts but I received poor tasting slush drinks instead, absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgusting experience. Ordered food at 7:45pm and was waiting over an hour in store. Wasn’t busy as only had two other orders. I ordered 4 waffles and 5 milkshakes. Received stone cold dry waffles with melted icecream as they were sat on the side for over 30 minutes. The milkshakes were sticky and Half empty, due to being spilled into front of me and sub parley cleaned up or refilled. Just added more cream to fill the over half empty cup. For paying over 50 pounds for my food was not impressed with the service , quality or overall product.

Waited around an hour and a half for delivery. Had to change my order due to them selling out after I had ordered. Doughnuts were dry, stale and seemed to be store bought, could have chopped doughnuts up myself and melted some chocolate on top. Milkshakes were really warm, I know it’s hot weather but they could have been placed in cool bags with an ice pack? Not overall impressed especially for the money!

Ordered food at 7:25 with the information that food will arrive in half an hour. Half an hour passes and yet the order still hadn’t been confirmed. Try calling the number and it’s not possible to connect. Went to the restaurant and the shutters were up. 45 minutes later it then says it’s preparing and it’s still preparing all the way up until it closed at 9. Messaged the page on Facebook and no response there as well. Absolutely shocking service, happy to take the payment but evidently not happy enough to bring us our food before it closes, waste of an evening waiting for food which never arrived.
