My favourite Indian in this area. Lovely food quick delivery. If you eat at resturant its lovely resturant with excellent staff

Visited here on a recent business trip and was not disappointed. Excellent menu with plenty of choice. Friendly staff and excellent food. Nothing not to like!

Taken over by new management, food is awful. Asked for refund but never gave me one

Disappointed. Used these before and it was delicious but unfortunately not this time! Items missing and when we called they denied that we had even collected a meal. Wont be going back

First time visit Very pleasant staff Found the Nepal food very creamy which was a big surprise as previous experience around the world has no creamy taste

Had our 1st takeaway from here tonight it was excellent wil be coming back soon

Used to use them regularly, think there has been a huge dip in quality over the past 6 months. It's now a lot more fruity/sweet curries, I had a very fruity and barely spicy curry which was neon orange - I ordered a Jalfrezi.

Ordered from here for the first time, prompt and friendly service, we ordered the set meal for two and it was delicious there was enough left over for another meal the next day. We will definitely be ordering again.

After waiting 1 hour 30 minutes for the food, when it arrived it was cold and only fit for the bin, my advice is do NOT order from here.

Horrendous, order wrong/ meat wrong and looks like baby food. Also all our food just tastes of sugar ... been chucked in the bin!! Waste of £30

Fresh tasty home cooked. This really is the best place for Indian takeaway in town and you don't have to wait hours for it

Dreadful. Food tasted like it had been covered in granulated sugar. Everything was way too sweet and extremely salty. We received a bag containing half a popadom broken in bits. The mains were swamped in a glutinous sauce with very little meat content. Will not be ordering from here again. Waste of money.

A large group expertly accomodated. Food was amazing and reasonably priced. Service was great and very polite. Recommend the chicken chaat puri which was fantastic.

Hemos sido decepcionados con nuestra habitual comprada recientemente cuadrada favorito gurkha (no estoy seguro de si este lugar está vinculado a gurkha? ), Bombay Brasserie y Mt 88, así que decidí probar esta casa curry según su alto a comer comiendo. Tan contentos que hicimos! En primer lugar, pensamos que parecía un poco más barato que la mayoría de los sitios de comida para llevar y no pregunto curry si utilizar ingredientes más barato, pero si algo que diría el curry probado más reciente y contenía más carne. Recibi un par de triángulos regalo poppadum y chapuzón yogur con nuestra entrega, ¡gracias! Pedimos para comenzar y Libreta de cordero en lugar de los habituales 4 que te dan la mayoría de los otros lugares nos dieron 5 con un montón de salsa sabrosa, hasta ahora tan bueno! Platos principales fríos, grandes bañeras con trozos de carne de pollo (en realidad el sabor cocinado pollo tierno y salsa sabrosa grueso). Me encanta el curry nepalí ya que no estás lleno de grandes trozos de cebolla blanca para el relleno utilizado como plato. Pan de Ajo naan eran de un buen tamaño y bien preparado. Cantidad agradable de cilantro fresco finamente picadas y ajo en la parte superior. Entrega rápida y conductor de la entrega amable. En general, dos clientes muy satisfechos. Fotos muestran lo agradable de la comida.

Discovered this by accident. Best accident ever. I will not buy an Indian takeaway from any other in Grantham this is the very best. Easy online ordering. always collect it's always on time and hot. You must try very good value for money.

Had quick meal - served within 15 mins even though they were busy. Delicious. Attentive staff. Small mistake with bill rectified quickly and no fuss

Had 3 different dishes and was very impressed with the quality. Lovely flavours even in the spiciest of the dishes. Will definitely be going here again.

Tried repeatedly to get a good meal out of this place, it's just.. meh. Again tonight, another dinner ruined, by a over-spiced lamb shank with flat salad on the side. Only thing that was decent was the chips and any fool can cook chips. Done, I'm sooo done with this place.

What a little gem ! We used to frequent bombay Brasserie but the food was becoming poor quality as well as the portion sizes going down. So we tried this place 1, delivers to Colsterworth 2, it's family run and you can see they care about the business. We regularly order the meal deal for two and the tastes and quality of the meal are fantastic. Portion sizes good, good quality meat used and it's slightly lighter and tastier then your average Indian. When we have gone to pick up the staff are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good food !

You won't be dissointed with the food from Gurkha Place .This small take away establishment is family run and we have become great friends with them. The food is always delicious and you get quite large portions . If you like Nepalese food then I suggest that you place an order . I can suggest the mixed grill and the prawn purée very tasty!!

Booked via Just Eat - chose our food paid, then they called to reject the order. Money had gone through, now trying to get a refund. Looks a bit seedy when I went to have a look - perhaps glad I didn't eat the food. No apology of course.

This was the worst take away we have ever had. Everything looked and tasted the same, thick, gloopy and orange, no flavour just Horrible. It all went in the bin, a total waste of money.
