The desserts are amazing! Delivery driver is always super kind & on time! :)

Ordered the mixed dipping box which says it comes with white and milk chocolate. NO MENTION OF NUTS. Arrived with nuts in the brownie pieces and Nutella. My partner is severely allergic to nuts so a waste.

Missing items no cheese or jalapeños

First and last time I'll be ordering online... An hour and forty-five mins later and still no dessert. Rung them twice and got told the order is on it's way... Still waiting!

Ordered at 9.30 food arrived at 10.35

ordered a mixture of items, everything was lovely. fruit was really fresh, waffle was lovely and fluffy, American pancakes were delicious, all round great dessert place. will order again

I ordered a delivery 48 minutes ago, and checked 10 minutes ago to say it was on its way. After 26 minutes I checked again, and after ringing the shop, found the order was still sat there awaiting a delivery driver... I have had to cancel the order in the end, and am awaiting a refund.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Food was 30minutes late and sent a brownie instead of a rocky road that I ordered. I called the shop and spoke to 2 different staff members after the first passed me onto "her boss " the second one apologised and asked if there was anything she could do I asked what she suggested, she said she'd call me back. 5 minutes later she did call back and said the boss had said I have 2 options I either accept the brownie as a substitute (if I wanted a brownie I would of ordered it!) Or they will refund the item AND COME AND COLLECT IT FROM MY HOUSE. Absolutely vile, resell an item that's already been delivered to someone else's house? Unsure how health and safety would feel about this suggestion. When I responded to tell the girl on the phone how shambolic that suggestion was "she was sorry but that's what the boss said" Enjoy my £27 as I will never spend my money here again and I will share my experience.

Slightly mixed. Four staff took some to take an order and it seemed to be the Polish member of staff who took an interest❤️‍🩹. The crepe was really a pancake.

Ordered the chocolate cake and was disappointed it was all melted. Portions have got way smaller. Good for a treat but expensive

Ordered the biscoff tray bake and rum and raisin ice cream. It was all very disappointing, no biscoff taste, no biscoff biscuits like in the description and the ice cream was very bland with no taste of rum whatsoever. Rang to discuss I was told this is the new one that they buy in and they was sorry. Don’t apologise update your menu to suit and avoid disappointing customers.

the cheesecakes are the thing we always order this time they had changed and were nowhere near as good as they used to be half the size and nowhere near as tasty 🥲

Ordered the Sicilian Crepe (crepe with lemon and caster sugar) and opted to Go Large for an extra £1. Usually I get what the menu photo shows…not tonight! I received a cold, paper thin crepe. I had to warm it up then add the lemon (which is normal). I rang the shop and spoke to a lovely lady about it who told me the Go Large add on is for topping not the size….i was charged £1 for an extra dusting of sugar!!! It may be spare change for you but I’m not amused. Very Disappointing.

Im not one for publically posting reviews, but after what i witnessed at indulge Catterall after previously witnessing in kirkham so refusing go go back there i felt i needed to let people know - they are the rudest staff ever, and not just with customers with staff, I felt so sorry for the poor young asian girl being 'barked at' and belittled by a polish woman (I think owner as I have witnessed this woman at kirkham and Catterall) treating this poor timid girl with such disrespect and rudness she barked at me in kirkham so I never returned, I refuse to pay the extortionate proces for factory made mass produced goods, would rather my money went to a proper baker who makes thing without artificial preservatives and genetically modified rubbish

Waffle was Fresh, hot and delicious Ice cream still ice cold second time ordered and not disappointed

The school cake was unbelievably dry, and the apple crumble came cold, with the tiniest spoon full off custard, very disappointed! This place use to be the best!

The delivery time was okay. Delivery driver didn’t speak and looked shook up. Food was disgusting. Absolute waste of money as we had x2 mouthfuls and binned the food! “Cookie dough” has certainly seen no cookie dough in its life, it was a bowl of chocolate that I received

The brownie was massive and the ice-cream tubs were a good size, the churros we're still warm and squidgy like they should be! The milky way milkshake was very good too... I would definitely order from them again.

Never usually write reviews. Used to order from Indulge all the time but tonight was our first time ordering since it got new owners. The food was cold, the crepe couldn’t be cut through as the bottom was burnt and the blondies were stale. Won’t be coming back which is a shame as we used to love it here!

Preordered hours in advance. As delivery time approached was told order was delayed by half an hour, order still didn’t arrive until after 30 mins past the delayed delivery time. Even after preordering hours in advance…. Poor.

I love ordering from this place but tonight they have let me down... I never do reviews but I'm not happy with the service. I ordered two fudge brownie rocky Roads at 8:14. They called me at 8:49 about having no chocolate sauce and then I rang at 9:31 to see where my order was. The person wasn't really sure where or what my order was and asked me do I want it sent on the next round... I'm disappointed with the customer service and the time. I don't think I'll order from here again, I used to always eat here so it's ashame. It arrived at 9:56... so not happy!

Staff didn't know what they were doing, half of the menu wasn't available, crepe tasted of lemon when we ordered chocolate and banana, must not of been cleaned from previous order, would not recommend

I've ordered a few times from Indulge and they never fail. The desserts are always warm and so tasty. Highly recommend for your treat nights :)

Went in the store for two mini cheesecakes, staff tried to charge me £5 each instead of £3.50 each. When I questioned it, it turns out they can’t even find the “cheesecake” item on their check out till so they just wanted to sell the cakes to me as something else more expensive! After calling for help but with no help, they still couldn’t find it and end up manually insert the item. I had to ask for the cakes to be boxed up which you would thought it comes as a standard when you takes cakes away. Otherwise they would have just left the cakes directly above on their ice cream fridge in the open air for me. No apology and a cheap chippy kind of little box is provided at the end. Cakes are all squashed together and very poor service provided. Will not return for another time.

We've only ever gone in person, never ordered over the phone, the staff are always friendly whether we're picking up tubs of the Wallings ice cream, having an evening coffee/hot chocolate, or stopping by for a quick ice cream treat in the day. The place is wheelchair accessible, with seating inside and a few tables outside. Tucked away from the main road on a market square.

Love coming here. Great ice cream, fabulous portions and lovely staff.

Called in for a coffee with my wife and new puppy. Sat at the pleasant seating outside. We only had coffee, but it was good coffee well served in pleasant surroundings

Placed an order at 8:50 and it didnt arrive. Spoke to the store 9:50 and they said it was on the way. 10:50pm now and I cant get through to the store, havent been refunded and cant go anywhere else now as other places near by are shut, extremely disappointing, very poor service. Please avoid.

Great dessert bar .run by Lovely freindly and helpful staff . They definitely don't skimp on the ice cream here. 😀

Called up to ask if they offer any Gluten Free desserts options, sadly they don’t. Missed opportunity as many other places cater for those with a gluten intolerance. Lady on the phone wasn’t the most polite about it either.

Pleasant staff. I have only ever had milkshakes which are wonderful! Downside is having to ask for a serviette and a long spoon every time

Went along with my wife on Sunday the 8th of August 2021 placed an order sat down waited for an hour after being told that it be fifteen minutes. After almost an hour had two almost cold latte fetched and the cake and custard was apparently coming in instalments as the cake was flopped down on the table still sealed in the packaging where it had been taken from the fridge and the custard was know where in sight after a further 5 minutes of staring at the cake still in its packaging we decided to leave and where offered a pound back for my troubles an hour I will never get back

The desserts can be absolutely amazing and it's a great innovative local company. It does have its hiccups which is why I can't give it 5 stars but I have ordered from there a lot - review has been updated following refund and discussion.

Well second time I’ve used this place and the last Staff unfriendly, handed my phone order without a thank you, smile …nothing. Manageress as cold as ice Waffle undercooked. Two stars for walking a ice cream only else would have been a 1. Absolutely garbage you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Food was really good but I could only get half of the food that I actually ordered. What I did order was really very good and enjoyed by all. However still disappointed that when doing a phone order, I hadn't been told that half my order wasn't in stock. Apart from that, customer service was great.

THE BANANA MILKSHAKES !!! OMG !!! The deserts were amazing, we got two banana milkshakes, a waffle and jam roll and custard ..couldn't fault it 🤤 Amazing fast service, the delivery driver mark was lovely and very professional. 100% recommend

Wouldn’t recommend!!! Ordered from there 5 times now and the 3 out of the 5 times, there has been something wrong with my order. Last time I ordered, I asked for an oreo waffle with ice cream but got a brownie waffle with no ice cream instead. Staff clearly don’t know what they’re doing

THE WORST. Table hadn’t been wiped. Glass given for can of coke literally hadn’t been washed. Cutlery full of grease and finger marks. Items missed off the order and ice cream was the wrong flavour... Utterly shocked to be honest, If i was the owner i’d be embarrassed.

Absolutely one of the best places for deserts in the Preston area. My partner and I really want an Indulge in Penwortham so we don’t have to drive all the way to Kirkham. However, the foods that good the drive doesn’t seem too bad.

We came over from Preston today, after following Indulge on Facebook. Firstly I was impressed with the safety measures that are in place, from hand sanitiser upon entry, screens up where needed, stickers on the floor to remind customers of social distancing. It was very clean and tidy. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, so much so that when we got back to Preston we realised that we had left behind our sons lotus biscoff waffle, I phoned up and they said they would send a driver over to deliver it to us - fantastic customer service. We got a selection of cakes which we were all impressed with, the milkshakes are AMAZING! We got a couple of ice blasts which are always a huge hit, a pick and mix and of course a waffle, my son was a huge fan. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others as you will not be disappointed.

Waited too long to try this place out! Partner finally caved in and we drove to the shop. lovely staff and the decor was really modern and smart . We got two cake jars and two tubs of ice cream for the kids. Really reasonably priced and tasted so good! We plan to come back and dine in soon.

Bought a milk shake !! It was just like drinking flavored milk, I thought it would be thick and filling ? Not sure if they forgot to put ice cream in my milk shake .,£4.95 takeaway is too exspensive

Amazing quality as per usual, had a couple of orders now and I’m yet to be disappointed. They never fail to impress with their superb presentation and quality to their deserts. Keep up the good work, worth every penny. Also, ignore the 1 star reviewer - Seems he posts many one star reviews for the fun of it

The best Kinder waffle ever! We ordered 2 desserts last night, they arrived within 15 minutes, very hot and the presentation was fab! Will definitely be ordering again 👏🏽♥️

Great place, something Kirkham needed! Quick and friendly service, absolutely delicious deserts, generous portions, fantastic value for money. Safe to say its guna be our 'go to' place for sweet treats. Highly recommended x
