First time using this takeaway and I can say from the bottom off my heart I will NOT be using them again absolute shambles off a takeaway…. Food arrives warm and hardly any taste (meat calzone), I had to eat this because off how hungry I was at the time and after a busy day didn’t want to cook. Milkshakes is basic and hardly and taste to it (Kinder bueno) Delivery driver was so rude and had extremely poor customer service skills. I was asked the price off my own order twice, she then had to go back to his car for the change that wasn’t correct, and to top it all off I had to ask for my milkshake as I feel if I hadn’t I wouldn’t off got it as he once again had to go back to his car for it Poor service guys! ….. even when I rung to complain all I got was sorry and the common excuse off new driver and that was it

I always enjoy the tikka and chip 🍟 always hot and yummy 😋

The garlic bread and the chips were really hard, the pizza was good though.

Ordered dinner special kebab, which was described as donner meat on a pitta with salad, baked with cheese with peppers onions and mushrooms, with (ordered chilli) sauce. What actually arrived was a tray of donner meat, with 2 slices of pepper and cheese on top, all dried out round the edges, and no sauce on it whatsoever! Small thin pitta and a tray of salad was seperate. Very bland and tasteless meat once I’d had to find my own sauce to put on it. Really disappointed and still hungry!

Pizza ice cold, whoever antonio is I think he’s a lovely bloke can normally rely on him to deliver quality but this was disappointing

I have been charged twice for the order and do not know why, only 1 meal was delivered but I have been charged twice from my bank.

Big order. Nothing forgotten! Food hot. Well cooked. Delicious. Good variety. Easy to use with app. Please update just eat menu with full menu details eg other burgers, choice of drinks, ability to choose more than one sauce in a side order. Thankyou.

A visit from my Mum and Dad and they were very happy. We ordered pizzas and they were fresh and hot, no problems. Enjoyed by all, thank you.

Was out for delivery at 725pm. Arrived at 750pm pizza was cold. chips were cold and soggy. Not the usual standard for Antonios. Usually good food from Antonio's

I left a note saying ring me when you are at reception and the delivery driver didn’t turn up or ring and now on another delivery rang the takeaway up asking where my food at and he said he would think about sending me my food out due to the delivery driver not bringing it to me Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Ordered food paid for it and received that (chicken burger with less then pinch of salad, 3 chicken wings that must of been from anorexic chicken asked for red salt received about two crumbs of it) never again rather go hungry

Ordered through just eat, had the pizza deal for 20 quid (2x12" and 9"garlic bread). Just what we needed after a mammoth drive to the campsite. Recommended by owner of site.

I’m not even rating this take away as a 1 star sadly you have to select at least one to leave a review. Firstly it’s beyond me how anyone in the past 12 months can applaud this take away for their food. Understanding every take away can be a hit & miss but without a doubt every time there is always something wrong with the food or the cost of the order on delivery. Tonight we was charge £8 for this meal!! A Donner bun with chilli & garlic sauce which isn’t even a half pounder nor a quarter pounder (5 slices exact) with chips which we was charged extra for the cheese and thousand island sauce . When calling the take away we explained what had happened he said “that’s how we do it” they don’t do refunds or complaints said they would add extra donner next time we order baring in mind I will not and would not have ordered again after tonight’s incident and the way we was disrespected after having had the phone put down on us . We then called back to request a full refund he replied “ take away driver gone home”. I then stated I would come to the shop and he said “ no no we don’t do refund no complains “ leading the phone to be put down again. 10’minutes later the take away driver had returned to my property with another bag which yes I did refuse I tried to hand him the original order uneaten and he simply refused and walked away when I asked for my full refund including my other items on the order. This take away deserves no business!! So sad how they treat local everyday customers :( sadly I believe my photo has been removed

Local Lee has been in touch with Lytham St Annes News to express his intense fury at Antonio’s Kirkham. Livid Lee said “The chicken was that raw a good vet could have brought it back to life. The meal cost £ 25 for 3 pieces of doner meat and when I rang to complain he said you should walk round you fat mess”

Awful absolutely inedible!!!!!! The whole thing was coated in a thick layer or red salt which made the meal inedible. When I called to let them know they wanted me to drive to bing the meal back to them, I was home with a baby in bed so wasn't going to wake my baby to travel back to the takeaway when it was their mistake. Really annoyed as the whole reason I'd ordered a takeaway was because I thought it would be easier.

Always fast with delivery can never complain about the food always great with me great customer service probably the best takeaway around especially for the price, always gives me little extras when they don’t have to great work guys keep it up

Normally really good, but the chicken kebab nann bread base was old or yesterday's, it was so solid it snapped off for about 2 inches in , it was stale , had to scrape it onto the garlic nann i got extra and that wasn't much better, the filling was as good as always though.

The chips that was received in my kids meal. I get you can miss the odd bad one here and there but this many in one meal that was a child's meal too! How do they serve this up thinking its acceptable for anyone to eat?

1hr 25min to deliver which was half hour after their original estimated delivery. Pizza was over cooked nearly burnt. One of the kebab meat & chips was half the size of the other portion. Chicken thigh had weird colour under coating.

Excellent take away. I had the large mixed kebab, it served two, was very tasty and filling. Would use Antonio's again.

Honestly, I can't understand the negative comments. I'm relatively new to the area and have ordered from Antonio's numerous times already because not only has the quality of food been amazing, it's always piping hot and arrives earlier than expected everytime I've ordered. I don't often leave reviews but I've purposefully gone out of my way to for this place. Fantastic stuff and always friendly and polite. Keep up the good work!!

That people never wash hands , wrap was so so dirty, and dry without any salad or sauce

Garlic bread with cheese and mushroom yum :) Food works out around the same cost as other takeaways but you do get bigger portions :)

Ordered food tonight was told 30 mins, turned up 1hr 30 stone cold, driver tried to short change me 2quid, Told him it's stone cold he said ring up I just deliver... so I rung up and I told them about it being stone cold etc to my reply was shocking as he said were closed now and I am not taking any complaints and hung up the phone. Me and my son was gobsmacked..... I can safely say I will go in the shop tomorrow and have my say, but I will no longer ever order again as they were very rude and not even a sorry.....

Garlic bread contained no garlic at all. Basically toasted dough. Do not recommend you order the garlic bread. Everything else good

Possibley the worst take away I have ever had. I dont no where to start. Food was disgusting. None of us ate it. Same knife had been used to cut every thing. There was what looked like blood smeared across the pitta bread. Meat was not cooked properly and seasoned with hair. Chips where cold and soggy. I have nothing positive to say about this place or the people that run it.

This food was disgusting. Arrived nearly half an hour late and was freezing. Rang them to tell them the order was wrong and they argued that it wasnt. Will never order from here again.

Wrong food delivered, wouldn't change for our order, it looked half cooked, bread had mould on. Health and safety should close it down

Just ordered a mixed large kebab from here was £8.8p with 10% off online although that wasn't working so rang and ordered and because I was 30p off the original £9.50 the driver demanded it back in front of my 3 year old twins leaving them in tears! Disgusting man!!!!!

Order from here all the time. Tonight I was told the order would be delivered 30 mins to 3/4 of an hour, after an hour I rang to see were my order was and was told it would be a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later still waiting so I rang again complaining that my last phone call I'd been told a couple of minutes he said it had only just left the shop and that it would be there soon. I asked how long and he just said soon maybec5 mins . Told him wouldn't be ordering again and he wasn't in the least bit bothered.

The £14 meal deal is quality value, pizza, burger & chips, kebab and doner kebab & chips. Id say best meal deal in all the kebab shops in Kirkham!

Really good quality chicken strips and lovely cheesey garlic bread. Made quickly. I asked for 8 chicken strips which were about £4 and cheesey garlic bread. Total was £9. When I asked to bring it up to £10, I got 12 chicken strips. That's good value! And nice guys too.

First time ordering from here and tried the new grill box. Huge portion size and each element was tasty. Would use again

Not impressed,pizza was terrible. I could make it better my self. My girlfriend said KFC chicken are much better and cheaper. So why bother when KFC is just up road.

After being a valued customer for both collection and delivery, they suddenly announced they don’t deliver to where we live, when my wife said you deliver to us normally he was very rude to her. Not the way to run a successful business in a relatively small community..... we will definitely not be spending any more money in this establishment..... very very unprofessional!!!!

Ordered from Antonio's for the very last time! oh and Adi's seeing as it has the same owner! the food quality has dropped. ordered chicken wings and tasted so stale like they were made 3 days ago, gave my little daughter food poisoning! she was up most the night being sick. pizza's were cold and soggy once they turned up after 1hour and 45 mins. rang them up and asked to speak to the owner. He told me to stop complaining! absolutely pathetic customer service. If you want nice food DONT GO TO ANTONIOS OR ADI'S!!

The food was rather good, filled our boys up quickly...rather slow on the order though but can be over looked because of the meal size.
