A welcoming establishment. Good fun and karaoke is a must. It doesn't matter how good or how bad you might be, the clientele re always appreciative. As an aside, the toilets are well appointed.

Great atmosphere. Great venue. So friendly and welcoming. Live entertainment on thursday evenings. Tonight saw Elvis. 22nd Aug. Really good. This is an amazing venue in st annes. Free to visit. Lovely surroundings. Please visit. Its a real gem.

Hubby and I came across this fabulous bar on Saturday afternoon. Karaoke was in full swing and although it wasn't that busy at the time, those that were there seemed to be enjoying it. We stayed for a good few hours and really enjoyed ourselves! Drag artist/DJ is brilliant! Gets everyone engaged and plays some brilliant music, caters for everyone and knows exactly the right music to play. We met Pete, the owner when we went in. Had a chat with him and really pleasant bloke. Very dry sense of humor which we love! We went back in in Sunday and welcomed like we were locals! We said this is our St Annes local now 😍 Met Petes wife Sue that evening and she is very warm and friendly. It really feels like being at a family 'do' I wish them all the best for the future 💗

The female owner has 3 specialities. Getting very drunk, being very offensive and barring good customers! In a nutshell she is a bloody disgracrace!!

I was waiting for a bus that had been delayed and I have a weak bladder. I went in the office to use the disabled toilets as I have a key . I approached the bar to ask and was told in an aggressive manner you needed a code. I made the owner aware that it should be available to people who are key holders. He said he can do what he wants and threw me out I responded and he said .. ‘do you want to make something of it’ .. not heard anything like that since I was a child … what a hero

Unrecognised venue until you go there and have a brilliant time. We'll recommend a visit guys

Have been there a few times on a Saturday night for the karaoke show. It's very good and well handled by the drag queen DJ. The crowd are all over 25 and the Office comes across as a good place for over 25s to go. The pub is fairly big and has a carvery, although that's closed on a Saturday night.

Found this little gem recently. Elsie Duchess has great banter with the punters and the music/karaoke is a great addition to the evening. Drinks are very reasonable considering its location.

Owner the most awful person I have experienced in the trade. He is rude. Also his partner never sober. Possibly some help needed upset my friend who is a business man st Anne's. Word will get round. Start counting day's possibly suit Blackpool.

Very interesting and happening pub.

Classy bar but karaoke on a Saturday starts too late in winter for day visitors who want to return home in daylight

The attitude of the owner is extremely aggressive and confidential. I went into the bar as it was opening today 06/10/2023 to firstly use the toilet but was immediacy confronted by the owner being told the toilet isn't open. Not knowing he was the owner I continued to the toilet. As I left the toilet and walking down the stairs I again met confrontation. I was told I'm barred from the bar and pushed into the door as I was leaving knocking me to the floor. Whilst I was calling 999 I was continued to be verbally abused and assaulted. Yes I am pursuing legal action against the bar and owner. I don't do this action without though because I'd not like to see the bar closed. However I'm 69 and love our local bars and coffee shops but I'll not tolerate being assaulted for using a toilet. I've only been in the bar previously on one occasion on a Sunday for lunch with friends after I suggested it but I'll never return or recommend the bar for food, drink or entertainment. St Anne's has plenty of much safer and more hospital places to enjoy being in, or even use the toilet without abuse.

Love the atmosphere and layout of the place. Friendly helpful staff . Regular top class entertainment on Thursdays and Sundays . Carvery on Sundays before entertainment but no requirement to dine in order to see acts.

Didn't have any food , went to see Eddie P who was entertaining he did his ELVIS show an was fantastic, the bar servers were top class an drinks were very reasonable

Owner called Peter threw out me and my friends because we “needed a Lancashire pass card” even though we all had valid legal forms of ID (obviously bullshi), and grabbed my friend by the arm and pulled him down the stairs. Ny friend was in drag and we were clearly LGBT so it felt very prejudiced don’t be fooled by the crusty drag queen this felt like an attack ngl also he was bald

Went in a few months ago and had a great night, decided to go for my birthday and needed the loo, instantly the manager grabs me and tells me to come down stairs and get out. I asked why and he said me and my friends don’t look old enough. We all showed our ID and he got really angry and started making a scene. This is not the first time I’ve been discriminated for my age by some old trollope and I’m sure it won’t be the last but I’m sick of it. Ruined my night as I travelled 30 mins to come here and other places nearby were very busy and just not a good atmosphere so I had to go home

Everything on the Sunday roast but for the roast potatoes some where a bit undercooked in the middle needed a little bit more time in the oven otherwise I would have given 5 out of 5

Love going to the office. The carvery on a Sunday is amazing and great value. Staff are always so friendly and the entertainment every Sunday is a added bonus. Great afternoon for me and my family. 😊.

Walked into this place to get a cup of tea and needed the toilet so went to go straight to the loo when a woman with a cloth in her hand came over and said you can’t use the loo unless your a customer so I said I was going to be but you can keep your tea and your loo now !!! She was quite off hand as well x

Good fun night with a bit of dancing, could have done with few more punters. Bar offerings are all fizzy beer but that's ok at end of an evening.

Had 2 brilliant nights Fri & Saturday whilst visiting for the weekend. Owner very friendly & welcoming. Fantastic atmosphere. The most amazing DJ very glam & witty. Music really got the crowd dancing. Great party atmosphere. Thank you 😊 We will definitely return on our next weekend away

Enjoyed a Sunday roast with friend. Who is really fussy ..she said her meal was really nice. I liked my lunch. It was very hot and tasty. Am aiming to go again taking friends.

Had a few drinks, listened to some karaoke. Enjoyed it.

Overcooked beef. Very tender Turkey and Pork.Food needs to be much hotter including the gravy. No coffee at all. No diet drinks. A good start but much to be improved.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff seemed to be drunk and aggressive. Kept trying to kick all of us out when we had valid id's. The blonde woman kept laying her hands on all of the girls grabbing them and pushing them around, it was mental how bad the service was there.

Service quite fast meat and potato pie rubbish plenty tinned steak and gravy only one small potatoe in its skin in the middle chip portion small never again sorry wont be recommending

This place hasn't been open very long but the atmosphere in place and the owners are lovely. Food is well cooked and prepared fresh. Entertainment they put on is exciting and the place is very clean and tidy. Peter and sue take pride in there pub and it reflects in how lovely the place is I always feel welcomed at the office. Places take time to open and grow but the office has grown and is my favourite place to go and drink now. Thank you x

Figured I'd see what they decided to do to the place after years of vacancy and was pleasantly suprised it wasn't like the other local pubs in the area and had it's own unique touches I found the people in their were extremely friendly and had a nice atmosphere didn't get the chance to grab any food due to being in a rush and their drinks collection isnt as diverse as some of the places in the area would of rated 5 stars if it wasn't for their choice of drinks

The both owners need to be more considerate for customers that they have got as are not got customer care skills. Never have nice fresh food and don't clean the pips. Discussing attitude and wonder why it's NEVER full. You are a disaster to st Anne's square as you blame others for your mistakes

Good friendly service. Tasty homemade food. Meats were great and homemade gravy too. Would be happy to go again.

Carvery had very limited options, the carrots and cabbage was cold and wet, the "roast" potatoes were not very well roasted.

Dry food, no colour, wet vegetables, dry potatoes, would not be going again :( nice decor though.

Four of us went for the Sunday carvery today (31st July) and we couldn’t fault it. Meat tender 3 of us had beef and turkey and the other beef and gammon. It was nice to have a carvery that was hot. Definitely coming again

Had carvery today. Roast beef and all the trimmings. Cauliflower cheeses was amazing. All the veg was well cooked. The beef was succulent and tasty. Gravy was the best I've ever had at a carvery. Would recommend

My wife and I went to the Office as we walked in their were workmen drilling. The place was empty we were offered the carvery to eat our two slices of meat gamon and beef were dry and not fresh, veg over cooked watery and not much of it two types of potato and carrots and bit of colliflower cheese . No staff one person maybe the owner served us. An Other customer wasn't happy loudly anounced that food was rubbish and he wasn't coming back. We ate up and left at about 2pm. As the evening went on we both became ill with upset stomachs. I would not recommend the Office to anyone. The excuse for all this was the Lytham festival, So don't open until the place is ready and you have staff and customers ! !

We had drinks and the carvery. The beef and Gammon was tasty, All the veg was fresh and perfectly cooked. The price was very good and was given a warm welcome. I would highly recommend anyone to visit.
