We were disappointed leaving here after reading the reviews. We all thought the food was bland in taste, rice was a little undercooked and bread not fresh. Definitely overpriced, even if the food was good.

Great restaurant! Hands down the best Indian restaurant in Didsbury, IMO. from the moment the beautifully presented starters arrive, you know you're in for a special meal. Everything we had was exquisite.

This was my second visit to Indique. For starters we had paneer kathi roll and chilli paneer. Both dishes were beautifully presented and full of flavour. I ordered the lamb chops for my main. It came with a portion of masala mash potato. The lamb was delicious - very tender and the portion was generous. My husband had the butter chicken which he really enjoyed. We finished with a masala tea. It was a bit too sweet for me but it had the perfect amount of spice. We will definitely be back.

We went on 20 Dec to celebrate my husband's birthday. The owner, staff were very good and we had such a lovely time at the restaurant with very tasty and authentic food with lovely ambience.

Great place. Nice staff, recommendatiins proved to be a winner... food was great, and enjoyed the liqueurs afterwards!!

After spending over £700 here I’d expect better service. Food was nice but service wasn’t great. My drink took over 25 minutes to come and we should have got a welcome Prosecco drink which every other table had been given. We had to ask about it after being there for an hour and was told they had given all the glasses out so they would get some back in to get us one. We then saw the lady take these drinks to another table which I think is quite rude considering this table came in after us. It took 1.5 hours for our starter to come out and 1 had been forgotten completely (which we had to ask about ) When ordering desserts we ordered 4 ice creams for the children with us and they brought all the adults out and forgot the kids. Overall we was in there for 3.5 hours which when pre ordering food is a very long time. We saw lots of people around us come in after us and were in and out a lot quicker. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t rush back because if this.

Although having lived in Manchester for 3 years - we had never been for an Indian here. We went to Indique this evening and it was wonderful! Service was good and the food was even better. As locals, we will return.

We found the restaurant to be very comfortable, with attractive, modern decor and very clean. The service was excellent. The waiter was extremely helpful and ensured that we received our preferred level of spicing for each dish that we ordered. The presentation and standard of the food was outstanding. There was a good choice of delicious desserts. We shared a couple of different desserts, as we were so spoiled for choice - and we were not disappointed! We will be returning to this wonderful restaurant and highly recommend it.

Amazing food. We had the onion bhajis and dahi puri to start which were both lovely. I definitely recommend the Kerala Duck Curry for your main it’s super tasty.

A lovely restaurant that is a keeper. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent. Service wise we had to wait approximately ten to fifteen minutes to get the bill paid even though we asked three times, oh well maybe they were busy due to it being Valentine's Day. All in all the meal was filling, hot and tasty.

Absolute gem of a restaurant with an outstanding vegan menu and impeccable presentation. Had a wonderful date here and our only regret was that we had to book for so late in the evening (other commitments that evening). Would totally return again and try every other item in the vegan menu.

We used to live near Indique so would come all time, however moved away so it's now a less frequent trip! However, we would never go anywhere else for a curry and it's genuinely some of the best food we've ever had - we recommend to everyone!

Not for the ten pints and a vindaloo crowd. This is sophisticated, delicately spiced Indian food that has delighted its clientele. A superb addition to the Didsbury food scene. That was two years ago. I am happy to report that the standards at Indique have not slipped. Indeed, they seem to be challenging themselves to raise the bar to ask more of their services. The food on offer provided a reassuring standard of excellence to those with various dietary requirements and was served with an unobtrusive excellence. Treat yourself.

Indique is a hidden gem in Manchester! The Rogan Josh was rich and flavorful, and the Coconut Prawn Curry was a delightful mix of spice and creaminess. A very nice place for special occasions, food is very tasty and very beautifully presented. Traditional dishes with a twist. Highly recommend and they have mango lassi. Wine list could do with improvement :)

We have been having food here for last couple of years, and it stays out favourite Indian Restaurant in the greater Manchester area. Samosa's are beyond doubt the one the best across UK. Highly recommended.

Haven’t finished yet as we have just had the starters but wow the chutneys and the sauces are to die for. So much love and effort gone into making each one of them homemade gems. Starters spot on!! Waiting for main but ambience and feel is amazing and staff are very forthcoming and friendly …. I’m Indian and normally I’m very picky about where I eat out. Much as an Indian 10/10…

This place has to be one of the best Indian restaurants we have been to. The main courses were very nice but the starters & desserts were absolutely sensational. Everything is made fresh in house and you can tell. The service was absolutely amazing and lively for a Monday night. Elegant decor and atmosphere. Very polite and knowledgeable staff who we had great conversation with. We will be back again. First time we have ever tipped on top of service charge already added to a bill but it was definitely well deserved. Thank you for a fantastic night.

Had an amazing experience. Tried Chilly Paneer and Dahi Poori Starter, both were amazing specially Chilly Paneer. Liked Paneer Lawabdar and Dal Makhni as Main Course. Overall it was a good dine out for us, would definitely recommend.

Alway the place to go when don’t want run of the mill food. Some of the flavours are out of this world for me. Also presentation is so much better here. I have going since they opened and hope never to be disappointed.

It’s where we always go for a special occasion. We went again last night, our kids chose it as they like it so much and it was for their exam success that we were out. The food is stunning, everything is perfect. The service is friendly and attentive and there’s a relaxed ambiance even though it’s busy; it deserves to be.
