the taste of the pepperoni was different and wasn't enjoyed as per usual. shame since this was dinner for the family! what did you change Indiano?

I have been going here for years and actually preferred it to Dominos, but recently I’ve noticed they are not putting many ingredients on the pizza which I assume is to save money. Last 4 times I’ve ordered the pizza has come with next to no cheese on it and when I paid for double mushrooms, they gave me hardly even a normal sized portion. I’ve been a customer for years but it’s just put me off buying from here, wont be ever buying from them again.

Very sub par pizza, oven chips and the wings are coated in the worst BBQ sauce ive ever had.

They didn’t give me my drink and the delivery driver went to a shop to give me a drink spent with his own money

Pizza was soaked in bbq sauce so the base was soggy and there was hardly any cheese on it

Normally very happy with food but frustrated on this occasion I specifically ordered a square pizza and they gave me a round without asking if I wanted it, which I didn't so both kids and I were not happy!

Pizza was tasteless and kinda smelled funny and the wings were undercooked and not very tasty.

Waited over an hour for cold, undercooked soggy food. The portion size for a 6 pound burger was ridiculous and didn’t come near to filling me up. I’ve wasted 23 pounds and I’m still hungry.

The bag was open , with no receipt , the can of drink and bag of chips were missing from my combo meal deal . The driver parked the vehicle down the road and walked to my house , which seemed peculiar .

No food delivered! Very rude delivery driver screamed over the phone that he was here but turns out he was at the wrong address. No apology just told me to come search for him in area to get the food despite him not being in my area. Guess he ate my food since he never showed up after the call.

Food needs to be warmer but not sure if it's due to the snow 2 times the food is barely warm

Firstly I'd like to say I ordered thru their website and they had a great selection. So happily ordered my meal to be diverted. In the comments I specifically wrote to please enter the pub premises and deliver to me. The driver said he called me several times when outside. So I didn't receive my order. This is diabolical since I cleat wrote in the comments what to do. I called him and said to him. He went quite and blocked me so I walked into the shop. They had my pizza in a bag but it was cold. Didn't refund me delivery money or apologise that my pizza now cold. The quility was rubbish and not what I ordered. I won't be ordering from here from there website again. Probably thru uber eats or something similar purhaps.

Pizza wasn’t cooked poorly and toppings were clearly old. Awful pizza. This restaurant has a 1 on the hygiene rating scale and I see why. They should be closed down.

Worst place i've ordered food from in a long time, only ordered 2 ice creams, they deliver 2 totally wrong items. No call to ask if they could replace the items with something else, simply changed the items, didnt tell me, managed to deliver 2 wrong ice creams, so at least 2 lots of people have not noticed its the WRONG ice cream? Its really not that hard to pick up the phone and let someone know instead of trying to sell off what u do have and hope no one will notice or assume they will accept the replacements, thats really bad business. And i couldnt understand a word they man was saying to me, im not being rude i simply had a hard time understanding him, i was so confused. I only asked for them to come and collect the wrong items and refund my items, i couldnt even get that, i was told the driver would come back at 2am... im due at work in the morning..... a total nightmare to be honest. NEVER again.

they didn't follow my delivery note instruction and the didn't give me NO SAUCE with 18' pizza and i asked them clearly on the delivery and the worst of all my pizza COME OVER 1HR DELIVERY! and i couldn't even i couldn't call the restaurant directly because their phone is not even correct i had to google to get the correct restaurant number ! I ordered food and only half of my order arrived had to wait a further 20 mins to receive the rest in the meantime the food I had received had gone cold. The driver realized the order was missing items as he mentioned this yet said he is only the driver and to call the restaurant. What a joke

The Meat Feast pizza and nuggets were really good. The 5 sauce options was a great deal

Your delivery driver was obnoxious he went to the wrong address and when he was told to come to the right address he wanted to argue on the phone that he was in the right place but he was not he then refused to come in the block and told me if I wanted my pizza I had to come and get it I paid for a service for my food to be delivered to my address not to have to meet the driver also when I took the pizza he told me to f*** off that is disgusting service

Hey I called in saying I haven’t received my order to the hotel and I still haven’t gotten a refund

Why did price increase so high? Last time the same was £25.99 for deal no. 10B (date 13/4/2022). The same deal 10B today 8/5/2022 is £35.99. £10 increase. Not happy at all with this increase.

Order turned up so late, was late at night so it couldn’t of been busy we had to contact them 3 times. Food was horrible went it arrived seemed like it had been reheated or just sat there. Very disappointing and staff were not helpful in the slightest

I ordered a few times from here. I select non spicy options due to stomach problems they keep adding chiken tika when i say plain. HORRIBLE.

The food took 2 hours too arrive, one pizza came squished to the side of the box like a ball, the other was undercooked even though we asked for well done in both, item was missing, sauces were missing, and some items were switched out of the order without letting us know to something we wouldn’t eat, restaurant unhelpful and has always been like this tried the place a few times to make sure it wasn’t a one off but it gets worse every time

Back to being a hit and miss shop, u might get the stuff u ordered u might not. Might taste good might not.

The food was late but the Restaurant had explained for the lateness and this has never happened before, therefore it was ok. But as for the person who delivered the food, he presented me a bag of coleslaw, I asked for three coleslaws, all three was mashed in their containers so there was runny juice all over the place. Had to ask my son to get me a container, the driver said that I could get a refund on this item but that was not the point, he had a don't care attitude and was not bothered about it.

Food was really good, came hot and tasted amazing. Delivery said 3:00-3:20 am and food delivered at 2:15 am, good service also considering New Year’s Eve. Restaurant service not great when I tried to call no one answered, then when the phone was answered it was hung up straight away.

Gave a window of 20 minutes... Missed that by a further 25 mins. Was annoyed as 3-year-old was waiting long time for dinner. Would've been good to know if delay was with restaurant or delivery. That way it influences whether I tip or not

Quite disappointed. Burgers were tiny, portions were small, not very nice either and cold. Got the drinks wrong also. Arrived later than told. Don't think will be ordering here again.

Really disappointed with this food, we ordered thin pan, we got a thick with half of it over cooked. When you order a margarita pizza you want the cheese melted on top, not over cooked and burnt! The chips were the same, overcooked :( As we had already waited an hour for the food there wasn’t any point asking for another replacement especially with hungry mouths waiting. I would think twice about ordering from them again.

I ordered a pizza for home delivery, be careful with the drivers, he showed me a false receipt to try and charge me extra money on the doorstep. The pizza came after over 1.5 hours and was cold and chewy when it had finally arrived, the box was soggy and damaged with the pizza not laying flat. Very poor service, this was the second time i have experienced this and when I had tried to complain to the manager, nothing was taken forward.

My food was uncooked. Really bad chicken wraps. And it was a waste of money. This shop was use to be really good. But last few experiences was really bad

The pizza was very nice and so was the onion rings. I have previously ordered chicken wings with Indiano. I did not order again as I felt that the wings are cooked when taken straight out of the freezer. While I understand that the chicken wings have to kept in the freezer and that due to time constraints, they cannot be left on the to defrost, this affect the cooking of the inside of the chicken wings. I am only mentioning it such that Indiano can think of an alternative. Otherwise, the pizza was very nice. I will definitely order again.

Called the shop to ask how long and they said 40minutes max, it took over 2 hours and I called them to ask how much longer but they would not pick up until I had called from a different number. The pizza was alright but slightly cold and the wings were dripping in oil and would not taste of anything. 1/5

This was a terrible pizza. It was the second time I ordered a pizza from here and BOTH TIMES they got my order wrong!! It was so spicy today and it just about bearable to eat but it’s not what I ordered. Last time they gave us peppers and I didn’t even order that. Very disappointed again.

2 hours for a pizza. Even when I order early and requested it a specific time. This restaurant is a joke and has not customer service at all. Last time I order from Here.

I waited 1 hour for food and called when it was 15 minutes late, the guy in the phone asked the others about my order and everyone had either forgotten or didn’t know about it so the delivery guy hadn’t taken it. It came to me cold and nearly 30 mins late.

The worst services received. Food was over an hour late and cold. Driver forget to bring drinks. Not courteous to apologise. Waste of time and money. Will appreciate if the complaint can be escalated to the management level.
