Indian Olive in Flintshire

The last 2 times they missed of the popadoms of the order, so I emailed this time to make sure we got the popadoms and this time they left out x2 Pilau rice. Although the food is good, time to use another Indian🤷

Order arrived with what looked like curry sauce in the bottom of the bag. I phoned to explain about the spillage, I was told it was oil and what could he do and then put the phone down on me and wouldn’t answer my number. My husband phoned and they answered straightaway, we took it back to Indian olive Buckley. When I mentioned that he put the phone down on me he said he was busy, he didn’t apologise until I said am I getting an apology, he then did but he was very rude. We all have stressful jobs but he was so rude and basically couldn’t care less they took the money customer service terrible.

Excellent food yet again . Must be our tenth time having a takeaway and the quality had always been top notch. The lamb chops are lovely

This is the best Indian takeaway we have experienced, the food is filled with flavour and spice delicious and unique dishes which we haven't seen on menus at other takeaways or eat in venues. The wait times on weekends can be rather extreme but honestly it's always worth the wait.

New Year’s Eve and we knew it was going to be busy and so we pre ordered earlier in the day. The meal arrived at our door just minutes after our requested time and it did not disappoint.Everything was piping hot and was really full of flavour.The chicken in the curry was really tender.Will definitely use again

Horrific customer service. If the front f house staff stay, they are going to be out of business within the year. Accusing customers of lying about smashed food and demanding money for part of an order that was missing will get your business nowhere

Excellent food - we ordered a takeout. It arrived nice and hot, easy to order. Very good potions size and loads of chicken! I can highly recommend the mango delight.

First time that I have ordered from the Indian Olive and I wasn’t disappointed Great online ordering setup and quick delivery, especially as it was a Friday evening Ordered the lamb naga, which was fantastic Would recommend to anyone 5*

Always pick up the finest quality meals from the Indian olive!... Always friendly, great food & they have a 5 star hygiene code... Best takeaway by far!!!...

Ordered lamb madras with pilau rice. Rice was not pilau, it was saffron rice. Madras sauce was not like any madras I have had in the last 50 years. Seemed like tomato puree with chilli pepper sauce.

Absolutely loved using this place as the food is beautiful,best ever. But unfortunately tonight I shall never order again. The food was 45 mins late,ok they are busy and it's worth the wait.The food arrives and is a dish short so I call.Straight away I get accused of calling with guns blazeing!!! I have a room full of people who couldn't believe this guy (who said he was the manager??) attitude. No apology what so ever.We all work and have to be nice to our customers and to be spoken to like I was is totally unacceptable and NOT respected as a valued customer.Rude rude rude. Thankyou to the chefs your food is amazing but unfortunately your customer service manager is awful.

Tried here for the first time the other night and I'm only too pleased to give a very positive review. The take away meal we ordered on their straight forward to use web site was EXCELLENT. I and others reconned this was one of the best Indian-based meals we had ever had... and that went for us all. We will certainly be returning customers!

Ordered for tonight (New Years Eve) as we planned to stay in, have a nice takeaway and then settle down for a nice evening. Ordered food for 19:30, arrived at 20:30. No apology ffrom the delivery driver (probably not his fault as suspect very busy) but when we opened the food it was cold. Tried ringing the number on their website to explain that the food was not up to standard only for it to say that the number isn't in service!!!!! I recommend everyone keep away from here. I've given this place rave reviews when it first opened but something has gone drastically wrong. Keep away!!!!

Have previously enjoyed food from here but ordered tonight and very disappointed chicken was hard and chewy samosas were not okay

I recently ordered a Keema Nan with my food and received a plain nam. I phoned the takeaway to ask why there was a plain nam in a bag that had keema on it?, they got very funny with us and agree to send one half an hour later when we live round the corner literally so couldn’t even eat it with my sauce dishes!, the onion bhajie were stale and very small portions for our vale of money. Today I order again thinking it’s a one off. boy was I wrong, I was a dish down I phoned the takeaway and notified them of this again and he got very funny with me once again and refused to serve me again. I know that living costs are on the rise but this is no excuse to keep ripping us of specially the value of food for your money! I Usually use them every 2 weeks but this will be the last time I use this Indian has gone proper down hill. Please don’t make the same mistake, waste of time and money!

We’ve had about 6 take away from this place trying different things each time and it’s been spot on every single time. We won’t get a Indian from anywhere else now!
