The weather was horrendous (blizzard) but we lived within walking distance and our delivery man walked up and delivered our order when I explained we couldn’t get down to get it. what an absolutely amazing service 10/10 from me!

Food was very good and delivery excellent. Only criticism would be that it was only warm. However, considering it had to travel 3 miles.this.may be understandable. Overall would recommend. Thanks.

1 hour 15 mins to deliver. Ordered set meal for 2. Other takeaways give you at least 2 popadoms each... we got 2 broken popadoms to share. No chopped onion. Starter nice. Now for the main... COLD. Freezing cold. The vegetable bhaji is awful ! Just chopped up veg in a watery, weak curry sauce. We asked to swap naan breads for 2 chapattis... we received 1. £19 and not a lot for our money, plus the main was cold. WONT be going back here !

food was cold, unable to get hold of restaurant as the phone line was too busy! Almost 1 hour late and not for the first time! offered a free starter on our next order for the second time, but forgot our free starter from the last time! when they are good, they are really good, but sadly they have let us down again on this order

Extended delivery time which I can understand.. but when I rang after they failed to adhere to that time they informed me just wait it will be 5 mins... 30 minutes later the food arrived. Will leave it next time

Nice food although I ordered chicken korma and got chicken tikka korma, thought chicken pakora's were crispy so thought I would give them a try but they were just chicken tikka pieces in soft greasy dough..

Great food. Everyone was impressed with the quality. The naan breads didn’t have much flavour but everything else was top notch. The sauces were all lovely and not greasy like most places. Definitely worth a try. Top job.

Being busy (and lazy) people, we often reach for the take away menus more than we probably should so doconsider ourselves quite knowledgable on take aways around rossendale. We decided to try indian kitchen after the quality of our usual indian take away slipped and oh my! We will never look back! The curries are amazing and arrive hot, not warm, HOT! As if it had just left the pan! But theyre not a patch on the naan bread! It is to die for! I could go on and on but if you want a proper good meal you should defo order from here!

High hopes with all the reviews however - chops were charcoal, flavours of dishes were boring. Delivery was late .... not for me as there are better out there.

We always went to Indian kitchen when I lived in Waterfoot as me and my partner both loved the food and the service they provided. However last night I placed a order on just eat, as the order went through I was given a delivery time, shortly after delivery time was changed, and my food didn't arrive till 35 minutes after my scheduled delivery time,,,, by this time me and my partner was both starving, I rang Indian kitchen to find out where it was, the man on the phone was very rude! Mumbled something to me about them being short on drivers before I had chance to say anything else he hung up on me. Food wasn't the best either! Bit disappointing if I'm honest.

Ordered at 9:15 and food delivered at 10:45. By which time it wasn't particularly hot and I wasn't hungry anymore. Person I phoned to chase up gave a poor excuse and then hung up mid conversation. First and last time I order from them.

Over an hour late. This has happened twice before. Gave them another chance. Shouldn't have bothered. Food luke warm and not that good to be honest. When phoned, he said he'd give me a free meal next time and then cut me off the phone. Will not be ordering from them again.

Everything nice apart from no popadoms, after spending £15

I ordered the lamb saag and a few other bits and bats. The food was good overall but could have done with a little more flavour for the saag. Popadoms, pakoras etc were really nice and not greasy like you get at some indians. The service was excellent and was offered a complimentary mango juice just for waiting :). I would definitely order from here again.

The chicken Tikka starter has changed from breast chunks to a 1/4 on the bone which is a shame and was not informed in advance Food as always is delicious though

Unfortunately the meal fell short of its usual high standards this time. Took nearly 2 hours to be delivered and they didn't read the note at the end of the order so didn't get what we wanted. Could have been dangerous if I had allergies etc. Food still nice and will still use again.
