pakora tasted burnt,over cooked think oil needs changed. Also nan did not have much garlic in it couldn't taste. Main meal ok and rice was lovely .

Garlic and cheese Nan was stuck to bag and inedible. The full size portion of chicken tikka was a disgrace. It was the starter size of the majority of local takeaways.

Part of my order was chips & salt and pepper chicken…I only got the chips, so I phoned up to query. Gentleman who answered the phone was really lovely & apologetic - the chicken was delivered less than 5 minutes later, piping hot and delicious! Great service & lovely food

The £13.95 kebab should come with all the trimmings on top. It should not be served dry. With separate salad and sauce. One tub of each sauce does not serve more than two peoplezx lSome people love the soggy bread. There should be an option online to add or remove items from your order. The food was beautiful, the delivery excellent. I just think it should be more customisable. Cannot fault the quality or the delivery in the slightest bit doubt I’ll order again online because I can’t customise.

Order was wrong and one of the items wasn’t edible. Very disappointed as order from here all the time.

Long story short! I ordered a chicken tikka south indian curry pizza. The wrong curry pizza was delivered.. ok!.. big deal s@#t happens... phoned the shop and was moaned at.. aw that's going to cost me 13 quid? (Costs you about 2 quid) Not my fault! So "Tony" sent another to replace it after realising it was the shops fault. But it turned up burnt! Never been back since.. only thing I ate out chillies was the pizza, to be fair best pizza base around kilsyth..

Although on time the driver had been driving around and eventually had to phone me to find the property. The drivers either need to know the area or have accurate satnav to find houses. - our property is not difficult to find, Google maps has it spot on. Result was that naan breads were cold - they were actually wet suggesting the driver had been to other properties carrying the bag in the pouring rain.

Food was fine albeit a bit cool but it took over an hour and a half to deliver on a Thursday. The app said it was on its way then didn't arrive for a further 30-40 mins. Tried to phone a few times but was constantly engaged.

It took so long and they didn't deliver the kebab. Had to call back & they finally delivered it 30 mins later and it was a bit cold. Food was fine but it just took far too long.

ordered this at 19.59 and arrived at 9.45 also told me it was be delivered at 21.15 and asked for no vegetables and still got some?

Edible but not particularly enjoyable. I often eat from here but was not impressed by this order considering the platter ordered along with a side of mixed pakora was almost like a larger pakora.

Quite possibly one of the greatest tasting curries I’ve honestly ever tasted. Delivery was expedited and arrived with a smile and “enjoy your meal” which is not what most delivery people give. The speed of delivery was so quick I had no time to look for cash for a tip which I very much regret. However I will certainly be ordering again and again as the quality of food and service is outstanding and certainly deserving of awards! I look forward to trying out many things on your menu.

Wow what a good experience. So much flavours from a beautiful dish, I sent a message to request a change to the order and it was accommodated with ease. These chefs clearly know how to please customers with their culinary delights. I’ve ordered before, and will 100% order again! Highly recommend!

Delivery was well over the time stated even though just eat says it has been delivered. Not the first time either. Probably won't order from here again. Didn't even receive a call or explanation as to why it was so late. All I ordered was a muchie box...

Pakora was cold and hard, had to throw away most of it. Hoaggie was deluged in cóld hard cabbage which made rest cold. Chips n cheese were one solid lump. Almost inedible

We have used this establishment regularly for some time and liked their food...... that is until now. Service and customer care slipping. Ordered a meal on Saturday and found FIVE SMALL PIECES OF LAMB in the container!! Upon contacting them I was told they will give me EXTRA MEAT when I next order! I said we were not happy about this and would rather they provided what should be in the container at a reduced cost when we place our next order but was told they wouldn't do that. So we are expected to place a further order, get a couple of extra bits of meat and pay full price for the privilege?? I don't think so, particularly as their prices have already increased. Shocking way to treat any customer never mind an established one. We will not be using them again, very disappointed in them.

Korma exploded in the bag and the poppadoms were soggy :(( other than that the food was great! Everything was very tasty and the lamb especially was melt in the mouth :))

Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a takeaway on a tuesday night. When the food came it was lukewarm, popadums weren't crispy they were soggy. Curry lack of taste.. pakora was dry..overall disappointed. They did take £4 off the overall charge.

Food is always delicious. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but thats because they are so busy which speaks volumes in itself. Always worth the wait for me anyway.

Ordered food for 6:50pm. A text message said it was ready at 6:30pm. Went to collect, initially said didn’t have order, then said it would be ready in 2 minutes. Eventually ready at 7pm. Got home, some of the order was missing, after all the hassle couldn’t be annoyed going back. At least the food we did get was good.

Ordered at 5pm.7.15 pm still no delivery. Ended up collecting, waited another 15 mins.Got home and it was the wrong order.Needless to say I won't be back.Also whoever's food I got was cold.Disaster of a place !

Yummy takeaway, but you will need to wait for it. Delivery times are usually an hour and it will usually take the full hour. Pour yourself a glass and relax while you wait.

Waited 2 and a half hours for food. 1st phone call said delivery driver was out with my food. 2nd phone call said waiting on delivery driver picking up my food. Which is it to be? Food is good but shocking service.

The food is delicious only issue i have is i order a chicken korma for me and my partner and my partner is unable to eat certain food and korna is something he loves how ever the korma was pretty spicy never had a korma that was spicy x

Very good Indian takeaway, the best in Kilsyth. Unfortunately that also makes it very popular so it can take a while to get through to them to place an order by phone, especially on Friday or Saturday nights. Delivery times also similarly affected! They also do pizzas, burgers and kebabs, but curries are what they do best.
