Ordered a chasni and garlic masala along with their chicken tikka pakora, I was fairly enjoying my masala until I took a bite of the pakora only to realise that it was completely raw! Totally put me off my full dinner.. definitely will NOT be ordering again!!

Worst Donner roll I have had in the Motherwell area. Used a morning roll rather than a burger bun. Was very well filled but the quality of donner was very poor in my opinion. Salad was fresh and fine Shame really as the service was friendly. Think it cost about £3.50 or £4.00 Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing.

Stuck in with covid n thought id try this local business for first time. Glad i did. The pizza (thin base/spicy chicken) was excellent. First time i have used Urban Spice and il be back in future. Appreciate the delivery driver leaving at door as i am isolating with covid. Once im better il give u a tip for a great service. Thank u

Very clean takeaway shop and very welcoming staff, the food is brilliant and I have been using this takeaway for a few years now and they are really tasty

Food is really good don't get a bad meal from here but owner gets in a bit of a huff if you use Just Eat.. as he says- because Just Eat take a percentage he can't give the full portion... I would suggest installing a card machine to use over the phone or at the shop to take payments from customers. The reason why most of us use Just Eat is because we don't have cash on us to pay at the door for delivery!

Ordered through justeat with pay on delivery option. Total cost given on ordering was £18, guy appears at the door asking for £20, and when asked why it's more said the prices on justeat were wrong. That's after our last delivery taking a lifetime then being wrong. Won't order from them again. Rip off merchants.

The food is delicious and freshly cooked. The chef has a great understanding of the dishes on the menu and has even obliged me with a favourite vegetable dish of mine ....which wasnt on the menu. The menu is extensive and caters for all tastes.... I wouldnt get my indian food from anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Wait far too long for delivery, then staff argue when u make a complaint. Ask for kebab sauce on a kebab and there's none, but staff will argue they put it on when clearly there's none.
