Premier Inn Glasgow (Bellshill) hotel in North Lanarkshire

Arrived at the hotel quite late on and I was greeted with a very warm welcome. I was so exhausted and it was freezing. I had called to say I was on my way and the receptionist had popped my heating on for me arriving. Really nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my couple of nights stay. Mcdonalds is 2 mins away also so great for a wee cheeky cheat night

Stayed here recently, great hotel, friendly service. Beds are awesome as always. Defo be back.

Friendly, quick check in and room was spotlessly clean. Receptionist was really chatty and helped us with a few lovely dinner recommendations.

Stayed between here and motherwell always use premier inn when visiting family, rooms were clean. Restaurant was quiet, staff were friendly

Please don’t waste your time,!! Rooms are fine, but since the restaurant is guest only, it’s not as easy as getting a few beers. And a meal as it use to be. Definitely avoid these guest only premier inns. Be prepared to wait all night.

The rooms are to be as expected. Stayed for 5 nights and no cleaning or re-stock of tea/coffee throughout. Since the Brewers Faye pub has gone and now run by the Premier Inn staff the place has taken a dive! On an evening, run by youngsters who just want to get home. 1 of them helping themselves to drinks (not paying) and telling us the bar is closed and we must leave even though they are sat there with a 1/4 pint. Wont be staying here again!

We've been going here for years but every year it gets worse the rooms for what we paid for a week are poor desperately in need of renovating some staff were very helpful some were totally abysmal 2/10 rating from me

The restaurant is not good ,hair was found in food. It was understaffed. One person only serving on desk in hotel and restaurants 😕

Close enough to Glasgow not to be a pain to get into the city (by car), but far enough out that it can be cheaper to stay. The location itself isn't too bad, and proximity to the country park, which has food and amusements, makes it a good place to stop over (more than just a bed). We ate down at Monty Jack's for our evening meal, so cannot comment on previous reviews about dinner, but breakfast was just as any other Premier Inn... Cooked has to be ordered, rather than self serve, but that is also quite common. No complaints at all. One minor issue, if you're in room 101 or 102, the floor and door just outside these rooms are very squeeky. I was woken several times by late comers and early risers.

Room clean, polite receptionist. However the meal deal eas disappointing Short staffed, hair in my curry 😞 A replacement was offered but I couldn't face it We were given our wine for free Poor waiter was dividing his time between the restaurant and reception. Only a few customers, at the time,but a long wait.

Nice place bit like a maze but rooms nice,clean and tidy all you want and a comfy bed

I am leaving this review for a family member. Big shout out to all the staff at (Bellshill farm) Bellshill Premier Inn..Iv been staying here4many years on visits n never once been disappointed with the welcome from everyone.. The staff have always been absolutely lovely and again this visit went out of their way..Christine n Vanessa arranged a lovely Birthday surprize in our room which really made my day..a big thanku to all of you..ur all a credit to the company..June Bonnar

If you are staying for several days, try to tell the reception that you want them to make your room for you and then hang the sign in which you notify that you have asked the reception to make your room for you!!!

rooms aren’t cleaned properly, reception staff are friendly but cleaning staff are slow. Wifi was a big problem, absolutely no service at all so we couldn’t use mobile data either. Drains in the bathroom made a foul smell too. Do not recommend.

In a nice location, the food of the hotel's restaurant very very nice (dinner and breakfast) BUT the rooms are DIRTY!!! Before we used it, the bath was full of pubic hair around and the toilet was stinking urin. Awful 😞 Although I complained to the receptionist she replied: - Well ..we are fully booked... Well I am sorry but I am not staying for free!!! Nevertheless nothing changed. Nobody cleaned this bathroom. You could see the stains of other people's mess 🤢 I had to clean it (with what I had) myself. Very bad experience.

Great hotel only complaint was a very horrible stain on the sofa. Brilliant bath and shower, comfortable bed.
