Three In One Takeaway Airdrie in North Lanarkshire

Never delivered after 2hrs of waiting i'm disabled and cant pay for any more food as i have no money and either wont get my money back or i'll have to wait 7 days so i wont be eating tocday

bought 2 pizzas from them burnt wasn't the word phoned them was told they would send out another 2 that was fine phones the shop ringing out nothing no one turns up and the shop is shut absolute disgrace

food...was good....but a little too hot for me...9/10

ordered tonight for the first time and will defos order again was worth every penny.

Pizzas has barely and heat in them granted it’s late Saturday night but still thought they would have arrived warmer than they did I know they was never gonna be roasting coming to Caldercruix

Notes not followed for pizza order so was binned

Never had an omelette cooked like that before and I think forgot to put cheese in omelette I ask for cheese omelette and onions

waited over an hour for a cold pizza. Half an hour later the driver returned with a replacement that was half cooked, soft and greasy. All went in the bin.

Ordered a mega mix pizza and all the toppings had slid off when I had opened the box, not happy.

Delivery was late and I had to phone the takeaway, lady was very rude shouting at me that they were busy, I can appreciate that it can be busy but they shouldn’t accept orders from just eat that they can’t fulfill, it wasn’t very hot and I don’t like complaining as I’m a regular customer and don’t normally have a problem

Food was ordered 2 hours before being delivered, food was cold when delivered and the kebab vegetables were very greasy and the lamb was tougher than a farmers boot. Won’t be back!!! Very poor

Got the food for my colleagues on the shift no one was happy with it. Food was late freezing cold asked for a replacement. And they agreed to it thankfully but the replacement was barely warm asw.

As always excellent food or I wouldn’t order it.

Went in for order as they can’t seem to get it right on just eat. Asked for mixed pakora and they have gave me a vegetable pakora. It’s poor as the food is not bad but just can’t get what you ask for.

It was a bit later than advised but not a problem as we know it’s busy at that time, delicious meal

Enjoyed the meal only problem being was kids pizza meal there was no juice so disappointed wee one.

Kids pizza was burnt . Chips had to be done in the air fryer due to being under done. All food was cold as if the driver took too many deliveries with them or it was sat about a while. I’ll never order for this place again the food quality was poor

Don’t order from this place your food won’t arrive the delivery driver will take home your food and the restaurant will take your money now every time you call the restaurant they will give you a new excuse and then turn the phone line off

Food is cold, uncooked and hard. Eat a bit of chicken pakora and it was hard inside and broke apart of my tooth.

Ordered food that came incorrect, phoned the shop 3 times, was told it would be replaced and each time I called was met with an excuse. Still waiting almost 3 hours later. Took my money, but didn't supply the correct food ordered. Delivered a chicken pizza to vegetarians. Disgrace.

Was already an hour an a half estimated delivery time and it still wasn't here an hour after that. Husband ended up having to go out to work without dinner. Won't be ordering from here again

Food was ready 15 mins earlier than set collection time and I hadn't left house to collect, so food was lukewarm by the time I got home. Korma was bland, hardly any taste to garlic naan and chips were soggy. Sauces were missing, so I called and asked for them to be dropped off but gave up after waiting for 2 hours. Unfortunately I have seen a decline in quality of service and food recently from a takeaway I have used for 30ish years.

I must say, this is probably one of the best takeout restaurants on Just Eat the quality and the mouth watering food is top quality every time.

I asked for a prawn puri and no salad I got sent a chicken one with salad, whole thing went in bin.

Everything was cold, everything had to be put in the microwave. Popadoms arrived smashed into bit like a bag of crisps (took a pic of that as it was so bad!). Chips and cheese arrived as a solid block they were that cold, kebab stone cold, chips stone cold, pakora stone cold, salad stone cold which was fine. Utterly disappointed. Driver couldn’t run from the door quick enough.

Delivery was perfect, food was horrific. The pizza was burnt to a crisp and had an awful taste to it, the chicken was rock solid and the ham was hard too. The samosas were not cooked properly and were drowned in cooking fat would not recommend.

I didn't collect my food it was ment to be a delivery but no one answered the ohone to sort it so had to reorder the full thing for delivery so want full refund says I collected it but impossible I'm disabled and if u check the cameras no one collected my order and we paid £19.80 twice my son paid it and so did I Cole Ferguson 14 progress drive want a refund asap

the food tasted great but food was cold at 928 I got the message food was on the way my door chapped at 956 my food was cold had to reheat curry mixed pizza pakroa and nan the chips and mushroom pakora ended up in the bin as they don't reheat too good other than food been cold the taste was top notch

Chips were soggy and Sarbeni was horrible and dry. was thinking it was going to be with salad but no joy. don't see me ever ordering from this place again. a massive let down

food delivered which was fine. shortly after another knock at the door asking for a bottle of irn bru which he said he gave by mistake. I told him repeatedly we hadnt ordered and didn't recieve a bottle of irn bru. I shut the door as he wasn't listening. I turned and took a few steps up stairs and the door handle went. he maybe realised what he had done as didn't attempt to come In but to even think it's acceptable to try the door handle. I THINK NOT!!

food is lovely as always but not happy with the customer service as I ordered tray on Donna meat no separate sauce as my daughter doesn't like the sauce so always separate according to the person on the phone is wasn't stated separately I can say it was as we always double check this as it seems to happen all the time when ordering on the app not happy the way I was spoken to on the phone jist very poor attitude.

The food didn’t taste right,chicken appeared to going slightly off,had to throw almost all of it in the bin sadly.

Waited well over an hour on food that was stone cold when it arrived,, have ordered from 3-in-1 plenty of times before and have never experienced anything like this with them ever!! had myself and family call the restaurant for updates with little to no luck on updates, first call i was told it would be a few minutes as the driver had not long left and yet nothing had arrived within the next half hour, shocking.
