We booked here for a bottomless brunch expecting a lively atmosphere, theatrical cocktails and some nice food. As much as I'd like too say it was a great time it simply wasnt, think more empty pub with no atmosphere ( saturday afternoon in kingston and we were for the most part the only people in there - barring the 2 other couples who arrived halfway through thinking much the same as us ), some run of the mill cocktails and some below average food and altogether you have a pretty poor experience - i would add the waitress was lovely but theres only so much she could do to undo a pretty underwhelming and dissapointing experiencence. If youre expecting kingston to offer a cocktail experience in a rainforest you will be very dissapointed and mislead .

Cocktails were ok, service too but the place it’s really loud and you can’t hear the explanation behind each drink. Also, the presentation is a bit eccentric but in a tacky way. Wouldn’t go back.

Deserving of the 5 star. A signature experience worthy of the price tag. You walk back in time as you enter. The atmosphere of a cocktail bar in London is unmatched. Although expensive, this is designed to be a treat. And boy, does it feel like one! A must visit. Bonus points for the spectacular toilets.

You wouldn't even know this place existed other than a tiny plaque on the wall next to a very non descript door...go on, open it, you won't be disappointed. We spent a fortune but we did have 2 rounds of drinks and some cheeky shots. What a place though, we loved the theater that comes with each cocktail, even the shots were served with theater. Go on, open the door, splash out, spoil yourself

We had a great evening at Incognito Kingston. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel really welcome and the decor of the room is stunning and adds to the atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and clearly really enjoy their jobs and want you to have a great time. Our favourite cocktail was Turtle Island but we intend to return soon to try the rest!!

Every time that I have been to Incognito, it has been a great experience and I enjoy every second of it.

A real shame. I will say to start that the drinks and presentation of them was great, but the service was a little slow and we were constantly being reminded that our booking has a time limit. The place was not busy or even close to being full and every interaction with the staff was bookended by them saying “Your booking ends at 19:00” Tens minutes before 19:00 we were then finally told that the next booking had arrived and that they need the table and they rudely presented us with our bill. Firstly who organises bookings to overlap and not have a grace period and secondly how do they think this makes the customer feel. What should have been an enjoyable experience with my fiancée ended up with us constantly watching the clock and being made to feel honestly unwelcome. Whether they care or not I won’t be returning.

We booked the venue to celebrate a 60th birthday and it was wonderful. The cocktails are delicious and the setting of each cocktail makes it magical and a wonder to behold with some of them. The atmosphere was really special and so much to look at and hats to wear. The staff were attentive and explained the make up of each cocktail which was a great touch. I didn’t think the bar snacks we ordered were worth the money ( £3 for a saucer of mixed nuts and £12 for a bowl of nachos with dips) so lesson learned there. However don’t let that put you off and it certainly didn’t detract from the great night we had.

We ordered two cocktails, but before we even finished them, we were told our time slot was ending. It was very upsetting because we still wanted to enjoy our second drink. We had booked a table to have a good time, but even during our FIRST drink they were making us rush us out to make space for the next customers. What made it worse was that all the tables around us were empty. As soon as I ordered the second drink, they brought us the bill. We asked for a bit more time, but just five minutes later, they told us we had to pay and leave even though the surrounding tables were still unoccupied. After we paid, the waiter came and started collecting the glasses, including one that still had water and my unfinished drink. I asked if I could at least finish my second cocktail or if I needed to rush off the table, and he said yes, we had to move. I definitely wouldn’t go back. Cool atmosphere, but a frustrating experience, it’s just not worth it.

What an amazing venue for my 21st birthday party. Despite catering for a large group, the cocktails were delivered quickly and with real theatre. Each signature cocktail theme was completely unique. The staff could not have done more to make this a memorable evening. If I could give more than 5 stars then I would!

Great atmosphere and beautifully designed cocktail presentations. We had tried the pink star, butterfly effect, the great escape, along for the ride and 2 more cocktails ( I can't remember the names). Some presentations exceed the success of the tastes unfortunately. So it's a lottery:) but the vibes are worth it.

Arrived at for a reservation at 19:30 and got our first drinks. Unfortunately, we were not served again until 20:40 after looking around hopelessly for a while. Even then, we made eye contact with a few staff and felt ignored. The drinks weres well made though

I have taken family and friends here several times. Just going up the stairs provides a feeling of mystery before the doors open onto a warm space that had three feel of an old fashioned Parisian bar. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The cocktails were great and all cleverly served that made each of them feel special. For food we only had snacks but they were great and all we needed. Overall it was a fun way for us all to unwind and enjoy ourselves after a difficult day.

I recently moved to Kingston and am so delighted i found this venue. Upstairs is stunning but we only saw it briefly as our bottomless brunch was booked downstairs. Luckily we got to sit at the table outside, it was a gloriously sunny day and this was the perfect place to be. We got way more food with the brunch than we expected, the cheese platter was lush. The lady behind the bar and the guy serving us were so nice and polite and attentive. The cocktails were lovely (we had a few espresso martinis and porn star martinis and so many places dont know how to make these properly!). Look forward to taking all my visitors there.

My daughter and I had been waiting a long time to visit Incognito and now she is 18 I was able to do so. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere was wonderful - a great vibe, intimate with no loud music, and the decor is fabulously unique. There is a huge variety of cocktails, the only difficulty was which ones to choose! The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a wonderful evening and would be suitable for a wide range of occasions. We will definitely be back!

I was really excited to visit this place as I heard so much about it. And entering it felt like going to a magical place with the mist and the jungle ambient. The interior was nicely decorated but felt cold. At the end of the day you go there for cocktails right? They were very impressive. Each one with its own bespoke presentation. However, for £17 each I would expect more drink than ice. It was the most expensive ice I have ever paid and I would like a bit more actual booze. Which was very nice indeed! Unique and inspiring.

Not only was the vibe fantastic, but the service was stellar. I would choose this as a night out every chance I got. The drinks don't only look fantastic but taste amazing as well. I really wanted a fridge magnet to take home and I am hoping this is something they will offer in the future. I will definitely be returning!

I tried making a booking for a larger group (8-10 people), sent numerous requests via email as they tell you to when phoning them, I even tried to reserve online a few times but nobody bothers responding

incognito kingston excels in all fields that notably aside from the staff who I have had excellent experiences with over all of my trips but one of my favourite features is the aesthetics and atmosphere, it is truly an interesting environment to be in. quite unlike anywhere else I have been. i would recommend quieter days but on the busier days, friday and saturday, it dosent feel overcrowded and there always seems to be enough space to be comfortable at full capacity

It is expensive however it's a fantastic experience. My only complaint is that it needs a bit of a refurb, There's a lot of damage to the decor and it is very dirty in places.

Great place amazing cocktails. Not very strong

Arrived at 7.50pm for an 8pm booking for 1.5h slot, thinking we would have 1 drink every 30 mins. They had a table and gave us popcorn and offered us water. Popcorn had only a few big bits, rest were like bottom of the bag. They didn’t take our first order until 8.20pm. We ordered 2 shots and 2 cocktails. They didn’t take long to come and we finished them quickly and were then waiting a while to order the second drink, but then when we wanted to order our second drink at 8.50ish we were told our time slot would only allow us 1 more drink. They also brought us the bottle of water then- an hour later?! The cocktails were nice and we knew how much before we went, but considered it a treat. We were let down my essentially being ignored for 40 minutes and the water taking an hour to come, and the way the place is run being you only really have time for 2 cocktails if the service is slow. It’s a place to go once for the experience and take some photos, but it’s not a place I’d go back to as you can find much better service elsewhere like the alchemist bars.

Friends and I went for a birthday treat to incognito. Between us we covered nearly every cocktail on the menu, we really enjoyed the different elements of each individual cocktail. The staff were friendly and provided us with an extra treat because of the birthday. Would recommend a visit !

My friend and I really loved this establishment! The cocktails were over the top and so delightful and we really appreciated the staff's diligence. We loved the additional snacks and bits and bobs and will be back!

Had an AWFUL experience at the kingston branch last weekend, the glass in which the drink was given was chipped and could have cut my mouth. I complained and then watched them then just sieve my drink and give it back to me. I told them that was not acceptable as it could still have traces of glass it in. It was taken back and they re- sieved it and brought it back again. I explained again to the waitress that this was a health and safety issue and not acceptable. She started to get very rude with me and said that what they did was good enough and that the bar manager (who didn't even bother to come talk to me at all) said that that was good enough. She then asked me what I wanted rather then address the health and safety issue regarding their choice of addressing this issue. The place is run by very young staff who do not seem to understand how dangerous is it to give someone a drink back from a glass that was chipped and even if sieved, could be dangerous. I've been to their Richmond branch many times (now closed) and never had any issues like this. It was really disgusting, how they handled this and it really spoilt the evening for me and my friends. I would not recommend anyone to go there if this is the level of care that they take.

Do I appreciate paying 17 quid a cocktail, no. Do I appreciate how this place has outdone itself as cocktail with an incredibly fun twist depending on your choice, absolutely!!! For date night, 10 out of 10 recommend!!

I visited Incognito on the 24th of January and had an absolutely delightful experience. The atmosphere was perfect—lounge-y and relaxed, creating a sophisticated yet comfortable vibe. It was quiet enough to enjoy conversation. The cocktails were fantastic, balanced and full of novelty, I had a Holy Grail, and a Peruvian Brew, which were both extremely drinkable. We also shared a pizza. All in all it's a lovely experience, a bit on the pricer side, but certainly a spot that impresses.

5 ⭐️’s isn’t enough!! We had a fabulous evening here celebrating my Birthday. The cocktails were a spectacle on their own but then they were absolutely delicious as well. We had the Great Escape…which I could have had 2 more of and the Candyman, which my hubby won a prize with the claw machine. We shared a pizza and Thai Chili Crackers. The place was pretty quiet which we took full advantage of as it felt we had it all to ourselves. We can’t wait to return and try something new.

Let me start by saying I would recommend this place for the unique presentation of the cocktails and the atmosphere. The prices are towards the higher end (£17 per cocktail), but in my opinion, it is worth it. This is going to my favourites and recommendations ! Book upfront as there is limited space. On the negative side, the table next to the entrance is probably the worst place you can sit as it is getting all the breeze from the door and is kind of isolated from the rest of the bar.

Brilliant idea with cocktails. Super busy but staffs were really kind

Incognito is a quirky cocktail bar with a unique theme set in the times of exploration and imagination. The stairs that lead to the bar upstairs make you feel like you're in a jungle whereas the main bar will transport you to an explorer's club like the one that Phileas Fogg would frequent in "Around the world in 80 days". Incognito's cocktails are something else. They are all served in different glasses and each cocktail comes with its own unique accessory - from a diver's helmet to a Ferris wheel! The price of each cocktail is slightly more than your average cocktail bar, but it's definitely worth it as it's not something you experience every day. We haven't tried the food yet, so I can't comment on it, but the cocktails were top notch!

A lovely evening, Diamonte & Darcy looked after us well, explained everything so clearly and helped to make the evening enjoyable. No rush. Great atmosphere, good way to start first weekend of a new year.

Visited Incognito in Kingston for my birthday on 18th December and it didn’t disappoint. Great table with hat & popcorn waiting for us when we arrived. The cocktails came with a fun fanfare and were really tasty. Would recommend for a celebration definitely!

I took a friend to incognito to treat ourselves to drinks with a twist. We did not expect the theatrical atmosphere to be so immersive! From the themes of the cocktails to the lighting, the whole experience was well worth it. I am usually picky with the quality of novelty cocktails, but the alcohol used to make them here was impressive. I highly recommend taking a trip here.

The theatrics of each cocktail was spectacular. I basically had a fire and some marshmallows with the cocktails, and never had anything like that before. The place is lovely with an ambient environment.

Great bottomless brunch We booked as a family group for a bottomless brunch at Incognito, Kingston to celebrate my husband's retirement. We were greeted and shown to our table. The service was faultless. The cocktails were great and we were also really impressed with the food selection and quality of the food. Although the table was booked for 90 mins to co-incide with bottomless drinks, we were not made to feel we had to leave after this and we enjoyed another hour of chat and catch up. It was a great experience and thank you so much to Kingston Incognito for making us feel so welcome. Date of experience: December 2024

Very nice atmosphere and different vibe. Lovely cocktail bar and very fancy drinks. A lot of options available and their presentation of the drinks are what you are paying £20 a cocktail for. Most drinks had a lot of ice and 3 sips of the drink. Was too expensive in my opinion. Nevertheless we had a lovely time, service was good and friendly staff. Food quality was good, we had bowl of nachos, piazza and chicken wings. When you book a table you have 2h and in the 2h mark you must pay the bill. After that you can order more food and drinks if you want to. Bathrooms were really nice, felt like a jungle inside. Most importantly they had feminine hygiene products which was super useful.

I took my parents there to celebrate their anniversary. What a great experience. We were all super impressed with the service, presentation and the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Worst place ever. Terrible cocktails.

An absolutely magical place to have equally magical and delicious cocktails. Incognito features an expansive menu with numerous signature cocktails and gin and tonics. Half the fun is the theatrical presentations of the cocktails, with each one more unbelievable than the last. A truly wonderful experience, absolutely worth the price. As a scotch lover I would highly recommend the epiphany, served in a glass pipe.

This place is truly one of a kind. Indescribable, meaning one has to experience it. The ambience is so special there, one leaves in this surreal daze. The staff that I first experienced here a year ago are still present, which in itself says something truly special about the way Mr. Chadwick Smithfield runs things. I was brought here by a friend, and was blown away. So I brought my husband for our anniversary, even though it was a Monday and we made it an early one it was still lovely. If one would like to make an ambient evening out of it, then I suggest a Friday or Saturday and post 9.30 pm entry. They have introduced a food menu now, so one can come earlier I am sure, this is a recent thing, last year and early this year that was not the case, so we would have a meal prior. The signature cocktails are the only ones I have, the flair just never gets old and every time I notice there is one I have not tried yet!

A memorable experience. Even going through the door to get in is dramatic and exciting. The interior is beautiful, the service is friendly and efficient, and the cocktails are a theatrical experience. My only regret is that we didn't allow ourselves long enough there before our dinner booking.

Cocktails as beautiful as they are good, quality service, an atypical and magnificent setting! We had a great time. A truly immersive experience and by far the best bar I have been to! The cocktails are excellent and well crafted! I recommend 100%!

I'm lucky enough to be relatively local to this jewel of a place. Incognito is a one of a kind cocktail bar. The main diffrentuation from a regular bar is the theatrical presentation of the drinks but fortunately the flavours match the looks, all the cocktails I've tried have been just amazing. The atmosphere is also really great with music too match the setting. The last time I've visited they had included pizzas to the offering and to my absolute surprise they were really good and came in no time. Finally, staff have always been very professional and helpful. The drinks are not the cheapest but in my opinion totally worth the money as you are paying for the whole experience. Honestly there's nothing i dislike of this place and hope they stay in business for a long time.

Very tasty, original and beautiful cocktails! The venue is great and you feel like being somewhere else for 1 or 2 hours. Also, the waitresses being very friendly contribute to the lovely moment spent in this cool and independent cocktail bar! We'll come back.

I brought my colleagues as it’s their first time. The team welcomed us warmly and made sure each and everyone had a great time. Each signature cocktail served made them smile from ear to ear as it was like stepping into a different world. The place itself was out of this world and enjoyable.

The place has the coolest cocktail presentations!

Great concept but service needs improvement. This is somewhat of a special occasion kind of place, and with table service you would expect the drinks to arrive at the same time or close enough so that you can 'cheers' and enjoy together. We ordered 2 drinks, but the wait time between the 2 drinks arriving to the table was very long (15 mins). Having water glasses on the table but not giving water is just careless. The Old Fashioned was too sweet and the Escargot was a crushed ice drink served without a straw. Both these things could've been fixed but the wait staff aren't very attentive, never checked/asked how anything was, clearly not caring about the guest experience or feedback. On the whole, someone needs to train the staff a little more. Service isn't just bringing stuff to and from a table, it's the guest interaction with the staff and the communication. When you're a pricy table service bar, and you pay for service it should be good.

Had a wonderful time out yesterday with two friends at the Bottomless Brunch and I highly recommend it. Food and drinks looked and tasted great and we had such a good laugh. Staff were friendly and attentive and it was a super afternoon out!

The cocktails are truly magical and everything about them was edible! The atmosphere was very inviting and quirky. We were greeted pretty quickly once we arrived and headed over to our table on the 2nd floor. I would recommend the 1st floor as your near the bar and the ambiance is a little nicer. 2nd floor is just as good if you want a little space and somewhere a bit quieter. Our waitress was really helpful with her suggestions. We only went for drinks and would recommend this experience.
