Very tasty, original and beautiful cocktails! The venue is great and you feel like being somewhere else for 1 or 2 hours. Also, the waitresses being very friendly contribute to the lovely moment spent in this cool and independent cocktail bar! We'll come back.

I brought my colleagues as it’s their first time. The team welcomed us warmly and made sure each and everyone had a great time. Each signature cocktail served made them smile from ear to ear as it was like stepping into a different world. The place itself was out of this world and enjoyable.

Great concept but service needs improvement. This is somewhat of a special occasion kind of place, and with table service you would expect the drinks to arrive at the same time or close enough so that you can 'cheers' and enjoy together. We ordered 2 drinks, but the wait time between the 2 drinks arriving to the table was very long (15 mins). Having water glasses on the table but not giving water is just careless. The Old Fashioned was too sweet and the Escargot was a crushed ice drink served without a straw. Both these things could've been fixed but the wait staff aren't very attentive, never checked/asked how anything was, clearly not caring about the guest experience or feedback. On the whole, someone needs to train the staff a little more. Service isn't just bringing stuff to and from a table, it's the guest interaction with the staff and the communication. When you're a pricy table service bar, and you pay for service it should be good.

Had a wonderful time out yesterday with two friends at the Bottomless Brunch and I highly recommend it. Food and drinks looked and tasted great and we had such a good laugh. Staff were friendly and attentive and it was a super afternoon out!

Very lovely cocktails with a twist. Cool interior and great for photos. Service can be slow at times but they’re very busy to be fair.

The cocktails are truly magical and everything about them was edible! The atmosphere was very inviting and quirky. We were greeted pretty quickly once we arrived and headed over to our table on the 2nd floor. I would recommend the 1st floor as your near the bar and the ambiance is a little nicer. 2nd floor is just as good if you want a little space and somewhere a bit quieter. Our waitress was really helpful with her suggestions. We only went for drinks and would recommend this experience.

If you fancy sipping cocktails in a room so grand it probably judges you silently, where the décor oozes charm and humour like it’s stuck in a never-ending game of charades, then welcome to your new happy place. Here, the drinks are so theatrical they might as well come with their own standing ovation, complete with props, silly hats, and staff so enthusiastic they’d explain the drink’s molecular structure if you asked (and probably even if you didn’t). You’ll grin, gurn, and take far too many photos – it’s practically compulsory. But don’t worry, if you’re over the whole ‘wearing-a-silly-hat-while-your-cocktail-arrives-in-a-miniature-treasure-chest’ phase, they’ve got you covered with top-notch drinks featuring mysterious flavours you can’t pronounce but will definitely Instagram. What really makes this place special, though, is that they actually seem to care about whether you have a good time. Shocking, right? Considering how many ‘meh’ meals you’ve probably had in bland restaurants, Incognito’s mission to make your evening unforgettable is like a revelation from the cocktail gods.

I went here for bottomless brunch. The food was really good and come out hot. The service was really good and they kept on top of the drinks. The atmosphere was really good as well. It wasn’t too busy so they hadn’t over booked. 100% would be coming back.

The bars ambience is great, really making you feel like you are stepping into another world. As for the cocktails, they more than lived up to what the videos showed. Tasted amazing and were a show all unto themselves. Had such a great time. Can't recommend Incognito highly enough.

Not only were the cocktails truly magical, they were absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was very cosy and calming, we were greeted within seconds of arrival and the service throughout our time there was exceptional. The server gave us her recommendations and was happy to wait whilst we decided on drinks. I was unaware they did food which they should advertise more as prices were affordable for food and tastes great (I only had a side dish though). Drinks are expensive but you 110% get what you deserve - truly tasty and fun and playful! 🔥 💨 I can’t wait to return!!

Truly exceptional. Went on a first date here on Saturday and was amazed at all the quirky and exotic drinks which thank F made me look normal for once. Top hats off to all the team there that didn’t throw me out or highlight how I was punching up. Hearing the David Attenborough audio in the bathroom might be the highlight particularly when he was talking about large anaconda’s.

We had a fantastic experience at Incognito from the moment we walked up the stairs which was like an Amazon rainforest to being greeted at the top and led into a magical dimly lit room which was very atmospheric. As Kingston lacks proper cocktail bars, incognito blows the competition out of the water. Their 1920s themed upstairs is elegant and beautifully designed. The lower level bar area is equally nice just with a different vibe. The cocktails are pricey, £14-17 average, but with each one you get a show. I went to celebrate a birthday and I got the Holy Grail while they got the one which was a Ferris Wheel. Mine came in a lovely chalice while theirs came with a legitimate Ferris wheel that moved. Other cocktails had other fun gimmicks. We saw one group get a cocktail that was served inside a submarine helmet! If you pick the upstairs 1920s themed bar, you'll be in for some fun. Last visit I stayed on the lower level. It was a nice chill vibe, and the cocktails were simple (the ones you're used to getting-- without the fancy show). Less expensive than the upstairs but still a bit pricey. However...you can really feel the alcohol. They don't skimp! I'd recommend the downstairs for just friends meeting up and the upstairs for celebrations and events. Either way you'll be getting quality cocktails.

Dear incognito For my sister’s birthday treat I took her to your site in Kingston. We had originally booked for Richmond but was told of it’s unfortunate closure so our booking was moved to Kingston with ease. Once there we enjoyed fabulous cocktails ensuring to try ones we had never tried before and shots! We were not disappointed. In addition to the quirky drinks we divulged in a pizza which was as tasty! My sister had a great visit and we sat discussing who we should bring with us on our next incognito adventure. Brilliant place. Went for my son's 18th birthday and the staff were brilliant. We had an amazing time. The drinks are spectacular, it's so much fun and they taste good too. You've got to experience it yourself to truly appreciate. Also they were really kind when my daughter spilt a drink it was replaced with no fuss. Prices are very reasonable for what you get and the quality. Totally recommend and will be going back.

It's a unique place, I definitely recommend it!

Last night I took my other half and a friend to Incognito as a surprise for his 40th Birthday. It absolutely was above and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful entrance and stunning decor along with the theatrics of the cocktail experience we just loved it and can't wait to go back. Staff were excellent. Each drink was a spectacle and we made sure we all had something different each round. Quite the unforgettable experience. Be sure not to miss a trip to the toilets too!

Cocktails were ok, service too but the place it’s really loud and you can’t hear the explanation behind each drinks. Also, the presentation is a bit eccentric but in a tacky way. Wouldn’t go back.

I went to this place having no clue what to expect. I walked in and the vibes of this place was amazing! The cocktails when so extravagant and also so yummy. I just wish I got to see how every drink is presented. Limited signature moctails and lots of drinks have real flowers so for those with bad hayfever may want to let the bartender know.

This was my second visit and was just as amazing as my first! Although for me, what sets incognito apart (besides the fantastic cocktails) is the friendly staff! The servers are kind, attentive and up for a laugh! This is really important if you sometimes get anxious in social situations. The atmosphere is relaxed and you are able to fully enjoy the experience! And what an awesome experience it is!

Amazing place! They got it right - takes you right you back to 1920’s jazz era. The ambience is electric. Every cocktail is crafted around a concept and delivered as a showpiece - a great hook as it makes you want to keep buying more to see what you get next! (And the fact they were excellent). And there were hats - lots of hats (and we do like a hat!) and a jungle bathroom that had David Attenborough narrating over its jungle theme

Absolutely the best cocktail bar ever. Taking people here for the first time is one of my favourite things, everyone loves it. (Also they are really good with gluten free.)

I went there for an evening out with my Mrs and the we were pleasantly surprised with the nice rustic and mysterious ambience. The staff were very helpful in making us choose the right cocktails for our palette. Overall a great experience and will come back for more with friends. Nice venue for girls night out or boys who like cocktails.

Incognito is a unique experience. You feel transported to a different world and the use of props, dry ice, etc. creates a fun and exciting experience. The amount of creativity that has gone into designing the cocktails and the theatrical elements is extremely impressive. The staff were very friendly. Really recommend a visit. We visited the Richmond bar this weekend and I could not recommend highly enough. Such attention to detail, the staff were so welcoming and really made the whole experience memorable. These are not like any cocktails we have ever had before and I can’t wait to visit again to try more from their menu!

an interesting place, the cocktails are all obviously presented in a cool way and the staff is really really sweet; I think there has been a lot of attention put into presentation and atmosphere, but the cocktails themselves were not anything special flavor wise, but overall it was cool to see the place and drink from smoking dragons and submarine helmets

This place is incredible. The decor, cocktails and overall experience is well worth a slightly higher price point. Make no mistake, the spectacle (in every sense) is worth the investment. I've been twice and will go again soon.

The most amazing cocktail bar in England. I had a blast. The staff members are all amazing. God bless them for an amazing service. The cocktails are 17 pounds each which is a decent price for the drink you get. Spoiler: The place is not closed. You might feel that from outside but the thing is, you gotta climb up the stairs to enter the cocktail bar. It's just in incognito mode :) Do try Mr.Chou drink and Candy Man drink for sure. I would definitely recommend this place, you travel back in time, the place has beautiful chandeliers, music is Charleston from the late 40’s early 50’s. Top hats in the tables, and hanging on the wall. The price surely is higher than any other bars, however it is worth every penny you invest in this particular and Unique place! The journey is worth the money and time . Plus the signature drinks are ESPECTACULAR!!! I highly recommend you to come and have a signature drink!! Unbelievable experience! You must come by and have a trip to the 40’s-50’s

Cocktail bar for the Insta generation. It's worth a novelty one-off visit rather than somewhere you'd want to regularly frequent. Service is professional but very slow due to the faffing around with dry-ice and whimsical trays for each drink. The novelty wears off fairly quickly though and you're left with a relatively ordinary drink for around £17. It misses the mark atmosphere-wise because they're just trying too hard and it ends up feeling a bit like a theme park.

I popped in here as it has been on my list for a while and an hour or so to wait for a take out order. As soon as I came through the door I was greeted by a super friendly lady who explained upstairs was available only. We walked up the gorgeous staircase and entered the bar, I opted for an opulent sounding cocktail. Staff were attentive and friendly, drink was flavoursome, though I would opt for something stronger next time.
