Again they put the prices up now £9 for a burger meal absolute joke yes things have gone up but not that much where you take the mick with prices. If the food is good you pay the higher price but this is you standard takeaway food.

This place is legendary, an institution and staple part of most peoples diets! Imrans has been around for years and will be here for years to come they are always busy and the quality and quantity of food never changes. They’re menu has grown over the years as has the building but the food at its core is still the same the legendary MEAL1 has a new name but the same bells and whistles as we all have loved and enjoyed for decades now

Their food is top-notch. My husband surprised me with their chicken Parmesan. We paired it with their wedges, which were absolutely delicious. It’s no wonder they’re always so busy. They’re one of the best takeaway spots in the entire Midlands. The service is always quick and efficient. I highly recommend anyone visit Imrans to experience their culinary delights.

This restaurant is near the city centre. I enjoy eating the Grilled Masala fish from here.

What a disgusting place! You nearly put me in hospital..... cost me 4 days of my life in bed.... couldn't even hold water down for 2 days..... I was that ill and could get outa bed.... I didn't even get what I ordered... I don't do chilli food.... but it was a takeaway.... I didn't know till I was away down the road.... the chicken burger was a thin cold dry hard bit of leather with batter round it... hardly any salad.... chips where dry and cold.....I've seen and heard about your place so decided to treat a friend after work..... only to be literally nearly hospitalised over your food.... the guy behind bar was more interested in greeting other people and shaking their hands rather than taking my order... there nothing to protect me.... you still earned money outa me.... while I lost quite alot this week..... What comes around goes around.... always remember that.... when I'm better.... I'm coming down to your place and I wish to talk with your manager..... because I want something done about this......

I had the mixed grill which was pretty expensive and I thought the 2x seekh kebabs were no other than that just a case of filling your belly

I heard about this place when visiting Sheffield, but unfortunately it really was a disappointment. Food was bog standard and a bit too rushed in my opinion. No such thing as service. A bunch of old men that don't speak English properly and a really unhygienic surroundings, which could definitely do with an inspection.

Wont say its best diner out of four in 50 metre radius, but if you are after Southern Fried chicken which taste like that Saudi al baik style in UK then (in my parents opinion) this is the place to go. Besides all the staff are extremely friendly, eat here often enough and You'll be treated like an extended family by them

Had imrans last night Woke up in the morning with the worst stomach ache thought it was just me but 2 people I ate with had the same feeling I'm at work feeling down and still got pain in my stomach. Fix up imrans you used to be good what's going on

Ordered food to our hotel. Delivery driver apparently turned up with our food yet no one upon arrival. Paid for food and contacted the restaurant to be told the food had been delivered. Very very poor customer service and will never order from here again. Aviod this place as they don't care about service, just take money! If I could give less than 1 star I would!

I've been coming here for a few years and I've NEVER been disappointed with the quality or portion sizes. We got a pulled beef burger, two chicken parmesan meals and a masala fish. For under £40 absolute bargain. Couldn't even finish it all so we had some for dinner too 😂👌🏽 Probably the best value for money takeaway in Sheffield! 💯

I ordered two pizzas , one chicken and chips, one garlic bread and two naan breads. They forgot 3 things out of 5 . I rang them back up to get the rest of my order and they said they couldn’t deliver in the area? Very weird and very lazy.

Very disappointed with my meal purchase from Imrans today. There clearly is a disregard for customer service and customer satisfaction. My meal was prepared very quickly without me being asked any questions of what I wanted and when I got home, I found a metal screw in my food. If I had swallowed this it would have caused serious damage to my mouth or throat. This is definitely my last time visiting the restaurant. Also, I feel there is a double standard at this restaurant where if you don't share the same heritage or ethnic background your food is handled with less care and respect. This always makes me feel uneasy when ordering as you can see, they don't care how they handle your food.

I’ve been going here since the specials were £2.50! And the service over the last couple of years has gotten terrible. They care more about the uber eats orders than the customers in the queue. There are 2 people serving while 25 people are in the back dealing with orders. They have no need for urgency even while the queue is out of the door. They’ll stand there talking and laughing with each other while there’s a bunch of people just waiting to be served. It’s a shame as well cause the food is always on point but I refuse to spend my money at places where the customer care and service is one existent

I have been a regular customer for over the last 20 years, and this place does not miss! I’ve recently been trying different items on the menu, and Arfarn suggested I should try the double fried chicken. Let me tell you, it was an absolute game changer. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside — every bite was packed with flavor. The seasoning was perfect, with just the right amount of kick, and the crunch was unmatched. The portion size was generous, and it paired perfectly with the wedges and mint sauce! Imran's Diner continues to impress with its consistency and quality. Whether you're in the mood for comfort food or trying something new, they always deliver. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and as a woman, I have never felt awkward in the takeaway environment unlike many other establishments. If you haven't yet tried the double fried chicken, I highly recommend it. It's just one more reason why Imran's has earned my loyalty for two decades!

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch due to poor food hygiene standards. The cashier who handled money went straight to preparing my burger without wearing gloves, and to make matters worse, the burger had a hair in it ! This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety. I nearly got food poisoning. On a positive note, I’ve had a much better experience at their London Road branch, which is far more hygienic. This branch, however, was absolutely shocking

This imrans had gone down big time burt fish salad with no nothing apart from lettuce and cabbage. Ordered mix chips and wedges but when you go no wedges or chicken.

Won't be ordering again no chips no drinks fish was mashed up driver said you only gave 1 bag 36 quid for fish n chicken so had to run around to local takeaway and buy chiks will contact uber for refund

İ I came a lot but never again!!!! The reason is that cleanliness is zero hygiene, zero, with the man who cooks below, he rubs his hand on it without gloves, and he touches the chicken with his bare hands. It's sad that such a beautiful place is so bad

I come to Imran’s Wicker often, and it never disappoints! The staff are always welcoming and make you feel right at home. The food is consistently spot on—full of flavor, served hot, and always fresh. Prices are super fair for the quality you get. I’d highly recommend the Spicy Fried Zinger Burger meal—it’s my go-to. The chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of heat. It always hits the spot! The place has a nice, relaxed vibe, and it’s always clean and well-kept. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

We ordered 1 pizza, so much oil on the surface we had to dab down using a tissue. So so so many green chillies that we didn’t ask for, chips were extremely dry,not fresh ,only thing that was good was the drinks. Way too much salt goddamn tasted like ocean water. Do not come here xoxox

Good food, good portions overall quite clean, the table was a bit dirty after some other customers dinner upstairs and it wasn't wiped clean yet when I got there.

Ordered 2 large family meals and the new guy gave us smaller portions than what we had asked for. We called up and asked if they could do anything to help us. The first time they cut the phone off on us (someone called Taimoor). The second time they said the only thing they could do for us was if we drove all the way back to the shop, we could get a few more strand of donner, about 5 more chips and maybe 3 more wedges. Bearing in mind I drove all the way from Rotherham to Imrans diner wicker and I had hungry guests who had been waiting for food.

First time I come here. The food was lovely, very generous portions! I had the special pulled beef burger and it was amazing! The seating area upstairs was clean and the the atmosphere was really pleasant. Didn't quite feel like your regular takeaway on a saturday evening, which was nice as I was with my children. I went to get cheese cake with my friend and this man was so rude. I just wanted to get my cake and out but then he started talking to my Afghan friend and said that Chinese pretending to be afgan while looking at me and doing the Chinese eye thing at me. When clearly I never said anything about being afgan and I'm obviously Chinese like bro idk y he so rude. When he served me I just thought it was busy that y he didn't say much with a unhappy face but as soon as he serves my friend he starts talking and saying that while looking at me. He was so rude I didn't say anything about it in there just got my stuff and went it. Have Ur opinions to yourself brother don't aim at me for no reason. It wasn't a nice experience.

Being born and bred sheffield, imrans was always my go to, have relocated to Bham, its when I come to Sheffield I get a chance grab a quick special went for the family size, as I'm a big lad lol not really just greedy, it's just such a shame that the standard has dropped, wedges are just normal and bland, chicken quality's as dropped significantly, any fried chicken place would beat this, donner is the same but red chicken again not what it used to be. Such a shame, I guess I have to agree with these food reviewers when the say its nothing special now, believe me Imran himself set a high standard from the service to the food, even the service levels are shocking and what makes me upset is the fact that its the old staff not the new. I never write reviews but i was so gutted that I actually want imran to see this and fix this, such a shame,

Used to love this place, used to be the best food place I knew. Now it's dishonest and petty to the extreme. I ordered for collection, and they got the order wrong. They simply put on the wrong sauces and forgot the chips and wedges. I call up and he knew straight away without me saying what was missing. I was told to come back where they got aggressive and demanded we paid again and we was lying about anything missing. Full of lies and excuses and getting aggressive with a disabled customer. Not the usual standards of inrans. What changed? Won't be back.

Ordered grilled zinger burger from here and when it arrived it had the thinnest piece of chicken in it that I have ever seen. I rang and made a complaint, the gentleman told me to come back next time and mention this and they’ll sort it. Went again and was told they can’t do anything, the gentleman was very rude and unapologetic. Won’t be visiting again.

I ordered online, however was charged more in the shop. I clearly showed the online receipt, and what I ordered however that wasn’t going to change anything. There wasn’t even an explanation to why I was charged more. Food was subpar to be totally honest, I didn’t even want to complain as I was afraid I’d be met with aggression. Also I saw a member of staff in the back kitchen take a quick scratch of his backside before proceeding to cook chicken on a flat grill, which further put me off. I don’t know what has happened to Imrans, I’m going to stick with the London road one. I will also be raising a technical dispute with my bank, as I’ve got receipt and proof I was overcharged. I’d avoid this branch to be honest. Full of chavs, Pervy taxi drivers as well bland food. Thank you

Every time I go to Imrans is my order wrong as two people start doing it

The food was great, we ordered a full chicken, 3 fries, mixed grill, and 3 desserts. all delivered hot and fresh. I prefer ordering from Imran's wicker than actually visiting, too many gangster wannabe boys and false claiming religious people hanging in and out of Imran's trying to promote the their book.

The best mix grill I've ever had from a takeaway. Cannot fault it on taste and price. The chips and wedges amazing . The service is best I've had in a takeaway for a long long time.

Been going imrans for years didn’t disappoint until today I ordered my usual which was a burger and I have got very serious food poisoning spoke to a few of my friends and they said the same thing I’m not sure what hygiene/ cross contamination rules has changed there but it’s going down hill very fast ! Little late night snack from Imrans on a Xmas night can never go wrong! Dad used to get me chicken here from before I could even talk. Fight has always been top tier for Sheffield, even if you can argue that there is better shops. Its always top tier and opens latest out of most.

I wouldn't recommend this place food was awful. The chips we're overcooked the donner was dry. The chicken donner was not all that and portion amount was way less not worth the price. I had to get a pizza because of that. Ordered their special which had little to no meat. If I wanted a vegetable pizza I would have asked for one. I did complain and I was told I had to pay an extra £5 FOR MORE. I spent about £30 and it was a waste never again. I don't normally complain but the customer service was very bad and they do not appreciate their customers very bad experience.

This place honestly used to be great about 5 years ago. I would travel 15-30 minutes on a busy Friday evening for Imrans. But I started ordering elsewhere. I returned here 2 days ago after my graduation ceremony. They served me old, dry, leftover chicken. You could tell the chicken was cooked hours ago and they just reheated it. Honestly so disrespectful. I’ve heard the same thing happened to many others. Fix your system Imrans. You’re going downhill day by day.

I ordered the Imran's Family Special, a large one as it was meant for my family. Hailing from London, I was pleasantly surprised by the price - 11 pounds per portion, and with top-notch customer service, it was a steal. As for the meal itself, it consisted of three pieces of piping hot fried chicken, lamb, and chicken donner. The fried chicken was exceptional, with that delightful steam rising as I took a bite. It truly lived up to my fried chicken expectations. Moving on to the donner, it was a tad lukewarm, which was disappointing. However, I'd still give it a solid 7 out of 10.
