I don't know if this is a food kitchen or a political clean-up kitchen. I do not recommend going to them because they do not respect anyone.

Serata perfetta, ottimo cibo italiano e servizio impeccabile. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Staff attento a ogni dettaglio, paragonabile a uno stellato.

Incredible food, we had ten dishes and there wasn’t one I could fault. The prawn carpaccio is exceptional and pulpo is one of the best. The stand out part of the whole experience was our server Giannis who was an expert in all dishes and provided a thoroughly warm and enjoyable experience Highly recommend

A newly opened restaurant (Sep 2023) with high expectations... very difficult to get a table but was lucky enough to be seated at the sofa setting in the main dining hall. We ordered the Polpo (grilled Octopus), very tender and blends well with the greens and balsamic dressing (even the dish was painted with octopus motifs), a pasta dish (Amatriciana) came next which was nicely prepared. Main courses included the Agnello (chargrilled lamb chops) and Guazzetto di Mare (Napolitan seafood stew) which were both equally satisfying. The meal was concluded with a tiramisu and of course... a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino throughout our courses. The restaurant also has a terrace area with a retractable roof... we didn't see it in action but were given a brief tour after our dinner.

Really lovely place - lovely decor amazing staff and service from the minute we arrived. Varied menu, excellent food and brilliant service. Really loved it. Will be back.

An outstanding meal. The service was incredible. Very attentive, friendly and informative staff. The food was unbelievable. The quality can be tasted. The best fillet steak ever eaten and we eat out a lot. A lovely atmosphere, perfect for couple and small groups.

The bar is delightful. My negroni was delicious! The music was fabulous - like going back in time to the 60s Italian/James Bond feel The ambience /decor superb, as was the service The food was very disappointing. Our sea-bass had very little flavour, the spinach ravioli was dripping in very rich butter sauce , not at all what we wanted. The wine was an extortionate price We had two glasses of 125ml each but were underwhelmed and paid £72 The hot chocolate cake was the highlight of our lunch. Delicious! But overall disappointing. Will I go back - NO. Will I recommend - probably not due wine charge and food

This is a stylish restaurant with warm and knowledgeable staff who pay attention to every aspect of your evening. The cocktails are the best in London and the food is delicious.

Stylish new spot in Mayfair serving high-end Italian cuisine with a side dish of flair. We particularly enjoyed the veal Milanese, Octopus, dover sole and zucchini fritti at our lunch visit which were all served as sharing platters. The service was very good and the sommelier seemed knowledgeable. I would add it is very expensive even for prime Mayfair so it would be interesting to see if it stands the test of time with repeat visits given the strong competition in this area from similar establishments.

It was overpriced and pretentious. Lots of people hanging about to say hello and goodbye but the table staff were slow and not very attentive. Very very pushy when recommending massively overpriced wine. The food was good but not exceptional. Would I eat there again? No. Would I recommend it ? No.

A beautiful restaurant in Mayfair! Service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. But it is expensive, especially the wine. Food was variable in quality. The sea bass was very small and very average , for £40 you expect something exceptional. The dessert was excellent, however! So a bit of a mixed bag!

This spot is great for drinks with friends or colleagues I came with my business partner to the bar in the Terrance for a few drinks after work. I must say it was a spectacular place and had a amazing atmosphere friendly bar staff and a unique selection of homemade negronis. My personal favorite was the chocolate negronis it's a must try. My only critique will be that there is not enough seating for a large number of friends.

Great place to grab lunch with the wife and kids. Friendly staff who accommdated us in every aspect from the amazinf reception and floor staff to the GM 'frediricco'. I will not rambel on to much but dishes i will say thay you need to try are Misti a selection of cured salamis The smoked burrata The pastas amatricana and the ravioli And there whole dover sole i cant remember the name but it was mouth watering. The good was tasty but the portions were tiny. I was particularly displeased with the size of my sea bass. We were downstairs dreading how the music got louder every couple of minutes. My friends and I could barely converse. I hope this is worked on and gets better.

We went to this restaurant for a girls night out/birthday celebration and it was not what we expected. The waiters would come to you every 2 minutes we could not finish a whole conversation as we were interrupted by them all the time. They would get very close to you and at some point I had to push my head back as I found one of them being so close to my face. The music was nice however by the end of the night we could barely hear each other as the volume was very high and it was becoming too frustrating. In general the vibe and the food is OK but cannot say had the best experience also considering the price we paid for.

Visiting IT London was one of the best central London restaurant experiences I have had in a long time. Everything was perfectly thought out from atmosphere of the restaurant to the food. The service was prompt and all our dishes arrived in good time despite our party being a large group. In particular I enjoyed the scampi pasta and the steak which were simple yet fantastically made. Our host Alastair really made sure to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome and ensured we all had a great time making sure all our needs were catered to. I will definitely be making sure to come back again to enjoy not only the music and the great vibes but also the delicious food and drinks. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you are looking for something fun and delicious.

I usually love coming to IT and I love the place, but with my last experience we really had a really bad service. They were trying to let us out and the service team were laughing and not being productive. We had to pour our wine our selves which in this restaurants isn’t acceptable and for the price we are paying. Really dissapointed. The team should be lucky I kept the service charge of £30

I was really disappointed with food. Portions were small and not tasty. I disliked the music, it was the most repetitive kind of techno music with annoying beeping, so bad we were laughing at our table but it's just a matter of personal preference, I guess. People were unkind. Both the service upstairs, waitresses, the cleaning staff as well as the visitors. The restaurant changes into a club later at night and people bump into you with their butts when you're trying to aim the fork at your mouth. Young boys are also quite rude when you tell them for the 4th time they hit your head with they butt or elbow. I also haven't been grabbed by my waist by a man in a long time as well (if experienced it you know what I am talking about), it has happened here out of all places, twice. Downstairs the service was way better. Friendly and helpful bartenders there. I think I am just not part of the target clientele. Maybe we should have come earlier during the day. Oh well!

Really nice atmosphere and service. The food was excellent and the selections of drinks and food were more than adequate. Prices are as expected being so close to the main streets of London. Expect a jazz lounge like ambience with a vibrant atmosphere and plenty. Even though the food was on the expensive side to what I am used to, the quality does not disappoint and the steaks we had were very nice. I had a slightly more fat than I would of liked for the price but it was nicely smoked, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Pizzas also looked nice and there is plenty of choice.

We were here for the birthday party if my friend and we’re so disappointed. Tuna tartar was tasteless. Pasta with lobster was the worst pasta in my life. Service was ok, but for an expensive restaurant could be better.

Elegant Mayfair Italian restaurant, we went for the Chef's Selection menu, a celebration of the best dishes from their different restaurants around the world - Ibiza, Milan, London, Tulum, Mykonos. The menu starts with the sharing plates of IT pizza Margherita (a thin base style pizza) , the moreish Sea bass carpaccio with caviar and the Parmigiana di melanzane croccante (a crunchy aubergine parmigiana) The main is Risotto ai funghi, a mushroom risotto with pieces of truffle, followed by a traditional Tiramisu with the IT logo in coffee/chocolate powder. Service is efficient and there is good live music and a bar at the front which serves good cocktails.

Service and cocktails were great! Most of the food was good but nothing special given the price of this place. Two of us ordered fish starters (Yellowtail carpaccio & Bluefin tuna) and honestly they were terrible. Clearly old fish that shouldn't have been served from the kitchen. The pizza was soggy and the base not cooked properly. If it wasn't for the other food being good and the service being excellent I would have happily given this place 1 star!

The place is pretty and no doubt about that but the food was disappointing, burrata was sour and not tasty at all, beef wagu was below average, the main dish was fine, veal cheek but for the prices they charge I would expect more. Wine was great and our waiter was very nice and attentive. The only annoying thing they said was that we need to leave the table in 2 hours when the restaurant was empty. In my opinion prices are not justified by the quality of food.

Poor customer service, poor quality and raw chicken served. I arrived for a birthday meal Saturday evening to eat in the restaurant area but were placed in the bar area, where there was no adequate seating nor light to see what we were eating. We did not have enough stools to sit on, they finally one was brought after asking, they were on the verge of breaking rocking from side to side (I have a knee injury and use a walking stick, not very comfortable but the staff didn't seem to care). The waiter was really rude, kept telling us that they were really busy - still no excuse to be rude! GF options not fully explained, waiter did not seem fully aware of allergens. Eventually when I received my grilled chicken it was grilled on the outside but RAW, pink and oozing with blood on the inside. The manager didn't bother to speak to me, despite the hostess saying that he will - very unprofessional. The raw chicken was removed from the final bill but they never even offered any complimentary dessert, drink or anything of that sort, especially since we were there for my friends birthday. Not the kind of service you expect in Mayfair and I have eaten in many restaurants in this area, but this is by far the worst restaurant I have EVER been too. After that appalling service and raw food, I suffered from a very bad case of food poisoning and have been violently throwing up and sick since. We will never eat in this restaurant again.

Just left the restaurant. Overrated and expensive. Bland food, horrible cocktails and boring service staffs. Music was giving my mate and I a headache. It's 2022 folks, who listens to that type of music. Not returning.

I love a good cigar once in a while and I find it so relaxing having one at this location. The doormen are extremely friendly and ensure your safety at all times. The bar staff constantly check up to get you drinks while the DJ inside plays some good music. Very nice spot to relax and unwind as well.

Service was excellent, food quality in general was good. The truffle pizza for £60 was a small flatbread, not a pizza - very disappointing & waste of money. If it was a starter for about £25-30 I’d understand but a complete misrepresentation It’s a shame before the rest of the experience was good.

Expensive for what it is but the food was delicious! I thought it would be a good vibe in here as it was advertised as having a DJ on weekend but there was no atmosphere really. The music was just on quiet in the background. The staff were lovely though and the lobster pasta was amazingggg.

Food was good, try their margarita & Marinara pizza it is so tasty.. also mashed potatoes taste out of this world🤤 Seabass was so Yum as well.. everything was so good all the dishes were yummy and worth it. Recommended Just keep in mind that after 8 PM kids under 10 are not allowed.. however we missed that but they were so kind and they allow us.

Friendly staff…decent food..interesting decor…a bit overpriced in my opinion. Whilst the service is great and the food quality is decent I don’t think I would go back there I have had better food at other Mayfair restaurants for similar price per head. The atmosphere inside is great with a live jazz artist that wonders around the table which is a nice touch for entertainment. I ordered many items off of the starters including the bursts which is a great entree and roasted octopus which was well cooked and flavoured. For the mains I opted for the tomahawk and spaghetti al pomodorro and shared this with my friend, was cooked well but I have tasted better. The sides were delightful I opted for broccoli and the potatoes which were probably the best items from what I had ordered in my opinion. Overall great experience but for the price it is not my top 5 on the list. Parking is also difficult to find but as with many places in Mayfair so would not recommend to drive!

Buen restaurante italiano. Un poco alto de precio, pero lo vale. Comes muy sabroso y aun cuando los platos tienen pinta de ser poco, llena bastante. Pedimos una botella de vino y ahi fue donde no me encanto, pues au variedad eran solo vinos italianos y no soy el mas fanatico, pero claro, estabamos en un italiano y era como para saberlo, esa es mas culpa mia 😅

Me and me friend we went to this restaurant for an aperitif and we end up having dinner. Everything and everyone has been lovely and spot on. Great food, generous portions, tasty cocktails and good selection of wine. The best of the most glamorous italian style in the heart of Mayfair. Unmissable!

Fancy restaurant, fancy prices, not so fancy food. Our pizza arrived part warm and part cold, not sure how they managed to do that. The sea bass was tasty but overcooked and very small portion. The mixed salad was just lettuce without any sauce. We didn't try the deserts after realizing the high prices don't reflect on the food's quality. Highly recommend the sauvignon blanc, but notice the price of a glass was £25. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was good.

No idea why the reviews are so poor here on google! So pleased with my overall experience at IT London. The restaurant was so accommodating, even though we arrived slightly late and the kitchen was closed for lunch, they still allowed us to place an order. Presentation of food was beautifully minimalistic and understated, crockery was very clean and bright, A brilliant, well thought out selection of drinks, quality/produce of food was fresh, perfect amount of la carte menu options, decor was old Hollywood yet not intimidating, bright spacious and very easy on the eye. Above all the service, from the hostess at the front, to the waiters/waitresses/chef were all very polite very accommodating, they took great pictures of us, allowed us to move seats, and checked in the right amount - it was faultless! Although we were there for hours they never once rushed us and didn’t even ask us to leave! Love that! Overall just what I like to see in a restaurant, would definitely recommend to family and friends and would definitely come back. Only wish that they had some halal options and a few more Mocktail options. Also dessert options great but quite small potions, please make them bigger as they were delicious!

So underwhelming. I booked for 10 o’clock and finally got seated half an hour later. The starters are incredibly over priced for what they are. One of the starters is deep fried bread with some sun dried tomatoes, bread, both were tasteless. Our mains were just as unimpressive. My pasta has hardened together. On top of that we had the waitress stand next to our table and asked us twice if we were finished, we felt so rushed.

10 girls came for Brunch, 1 toilet for over 200 guests and if you complain they call you aggressive. 45 minute wait for the toilet. No meat choice as a main course £1 pasta served absolutely not worth the money! Go to Roka brunch instead. Terrible ruined our bank holiday weekend

Came here and I just had a pizza ... I know they are just smallnstarter sized pizza but it was not great, just tasted like a breadstick with sauce on? The desert we had was nice.. but overall have to agree with a lot of reviews here, despite a funky interior there is not a lot to offer

I was a bit disappointed by the place. First we were given a table in the bar area where the music was too loud to properly enjoy the dinner. Food is really good but pricey as you would expect. The biggest disappointment is that I had booked this place specifically to then go upstairs and dance and just enjoy my birthday. But despite a big spend for the dinner they told me everything was booked upstairs (despite me asking by email before, never got an answer on the need to book etc). We had friends coming later and booking a table implying that not all tables were booked. Clearly they were not helpful in that regard.

Awful experience, awful place. I came to celebrate my bestfriends birthday, we had dinner in the restaurant (food was very average for the price). We then moved upstairs to have few drinks and the attitude of the security guys was horrible! One of the security guards was definitely on something as he kept snorting and clenching his jaw non stop.

Nice venue, but absolutely terrible crowd. Not sure why the bouncers don't control who comes in. Bunch of aggressive guys pushed their way to the bar without asking and started arguing with people they shoved out the way. Most People standing around them left. Another woman just took our chair without asking us, just grabbed it and sat on it. She could have just asked and we would have given it, but just grabbed it despite the chair being used by us. A shame, as it has the potential to be good, but I would not return.

A less than horrible experience. Booked online travelled down from Kent for their truffle pizza primarily and on arrive we were told (By a blonde lady at reception)that they could no accommodate us because we had a child. After speaking to her manager she told us we could stay for one course because they had a party at 3pm. I booked online via The Fork and it it did not mention children could not attend. “ I expected you to know “ is what she said to me. Our family was not about to eat at this establishment although their was another family with small children when we arrived. Their was only one difference between our family and theirs and I’m sure you can guess what I’m referring too.

It was my birthday and it did not feel special at all. First of all we were seated by the main door and bar with everyone coming in for drinks standing right next to us, we expected to be in the restaurant section. Then we had our main course come out before our starter and they tried to make us eat them together so we could be out by 10pm. They were clearing our table before we had all finished our meal. They came along straight after one person had put the last bite of food in their mouth and didn’t even ask if they had finished, there was still food left! We had ordered a bottle of wine for the table and our glasses were left empty on a number of occasions for some time, having to look for someone to come over and top them up. They said they would do a birthday dessert at the end but that never showed up, I had requested and double checked twice before our meal that there would be a little something. We were rushed out of the restaurant within the two hours of being there. Overall it was terrible service and felt like we were being treated differently to other guests there who were overtly showing off their wealth, they were definitely getting better service!
