Nearest station is Stonebridge Park for Overground and Bakerloo Line if the weather is ok then four bus stops away walk... Along a very noisy very busy road.... Or I get the bus. This is a full size IKEA, I do live near the Hammersmith one which is brilliant but for the full range and to pick it up immediately then I go to this shop. I think most people would say that this shop is a day out, look around, get something to eat, look around some more. This shop can HEEEEEAVE at weekends so if that bothers you then go mid week.

Worth shop but not easy buy very big won't free delivery! So we go buy small things, breakfast is quite ok and other downstairs hot dog sausage vegan so amazing!

Perfect for family visit as you can have nice shopping and nice food. I always go with my friends have a nice cheap meal and enjoying shopping....recommended

Avoid! Staff are rude and if you try to return an item prepare for a long wait! No staff and no management around. I even tried calling the store and no answer whilst waiting in the return area!

Most of my furniture are from Ikea and I can say they have nice design and some items last longer and with good quality.

I had a order placed and to be collected at the given time. Got a e mail confirming the same. Unfortunately was not delivered on time and I'm waiting for more than half an hour since my cart arrived to get the missing items. Not very polite staff either I was asked to come near my cart. And when I was standing there one of the staff was yelling at me not to stand there

Long queue, clumsy stuff. Disappoint, I don’t think I will go shopping again .

Yesterday I looked at the ikea website , to see the opening times and it said it would be open until 5pm , I live in Southall and paid an uber to ikea wembley seen of £26 one way , got there and to Surprise it was closed , it is not fair this I got back on the same uber and it cost another £26 return it cost for nothing £52 in transport the truth of in update these websites because it is very annoying to waste money like this . i can understand easter break but pls update the website .

Plenty of parking. Very clean showrooms. So much to browse and get ideas for. Hard to find your way out of the store.

Chaotic Click and Collect. Had to wait over an hour for an online click and collect, with no information of what was going on. Will definitely try to avoid in the future.

Home of great furnitures. Glad i got buy my wardrobe there.

When I visited most recently the entire entrance hall smelt like sewage. Unfortunately all of the staff I interacted with were quite rude and seemed uninterested in any sort of customer service.

Good shop and good prices, love that shop, but be careful at the Ikea parking especially Van drivers, our van vas brake in yesterday 26/03/2024 between 18:00-19:00pm when we where doing shopping inside, all tools was stolen 😡 as I heard at least one or two cars where broken in every week. Its so sad that this are happening and I hope that soon Ikea will find the way how to secure customers property’s 🙏🏻

We had a great experience today, I asked some information about a product and a member of staff was very helpful, I won’t give 5 stars because the guys in till didn’t even take his hands out of his pocket to help me out when I was scanning the products in my trolley

Rude staff The staff in the store were very rude and not willing to help at all, the acted like they were doing us a favour by buying from them. There was this guy at the self check out who was so high from who knows what - drugs or marijuana - when we asked for another cushion as the one we got was dirty, he seemed so confused like he was sleeping. That's what you get if your staff are high!!!! Imagine if a fire would happen in this store, perhaps everyone would be burning. Introduce drugs testing because it's obviously you got a problem in the store.

What can I say this place is a different world, be careful you can spend hours inside there and not know it. There's so much there with prices that benefit everyone. The staff are always so helpful. They have food in case you've spent too long and are hungry. One of the fun things you can do is take your partner on a date there. Never have anything negative happen there.

Staff at information points and collection points are disengaged and uninterested in earning their salt. What's intruiging is that its the British staff I interacted with that were more interested in their tiktok feeds while everyone else was working hard. Sad

The customer service was great particularly with the provision of the free childcare for 45mins! However, there should be a better direction guide around the store especially for first timers like me. I spent more time trying to find my way around the store than the time spent viewing items to purchases. Definitely got home stressed out from this.

Love IKEA and what it does for the world. But I feel that IKEA Wembley Team is not trying hard enough or sometimes not trying at all. Incorrect availability information, no items in stock after ordering in store, asking to come back the next day claiming it will be available and still not getting the order available. Do not believe you care about the individual customer. I understand you have enough customers to cover each individual loss, but that kills what IKEA stands for, so I would be more careful.

The place is like a maze, with the checkout being by the end of the store. This should change as it makes me and my family unwilling to visit the place unless very necessary.

We couldn’t find what we are looking for but I bought Television unit , I am experienced fixing Ikia it took my 1 hour to fix tv unit.

Nice place to visit.Good range of furniture and soft furnishings. Very affordable place to have something to eat .Love the selfie area's they created. Really lovely.

A Great place to spend with a kid who loves spending time in the kids section. We also enjoyed the food in Ikea. My little one’s favourite is Fish and chips. Will definitely recommend going in the morning to avoid the crowd .

I give 1 star to the Ikea restaurant because the food looks and tastes horrible and is served cold. And the cashiers are rude too.

Returns at this shop are extremely painful. No matter what time, there is always a long queue whilst staff go causally about their business. On the shop floor it is also difficult to find someone to get help.

bought a sofa from IKEA UK, expecting comfort but ended up with disappointment. When I tried to return the uncomfortable sofa, I faced a harsh reality. Despite a seemingly customer-friendly return policy, my request was outright denied. This experience exposed a gap between policy and practice at IKEA UK, leaving me with an unusable sofa and a lesson learned. Future buyers, be wary: the support you expect in times of dissatisfaction may not be as forthcoming as you believe.

Really badly laid out inside, Too many screaming kids & the area surrounding it is a super rough area. The people inside were equally as rough as there was 2 fights happening simultaneously inside.

Great place, car park is a bit annoying. You never really find space near the doors and downstairs access to the shopping floor is closed off so you have to go up and down just to get there

The employee on the cashier was not wearing the name tag, also, she said we cannot scan QR code for the scanned item, but we have to put all of the items on the track. We had over 90 items!!! Why does the IKEA has an app, if we cannot use it? The “IKEA app” cashiers were CLOSED, so another employee said we can scan QR code on a regular cashiers. The last time QR worked on the regular cashier, so I don’t know why they didn’t want to do it today. Horrible experience! Also, employee scanned oje of my item twice, so I’m reporting that as well. Never going back. The store is not clean, items are everywhere, but not as they were supposed to be. Cutlery in the restaurant was dirty. Now I know why the queues are so long. Ikea needs a lot of work to be done and need to improve a lot of things.

It's a great place for shopping but not a great place to have breakfast or lunch....I wish it was better

It is a huge store, and generally takes 2-3 hrs to see every section. I wish there was an easy way to directly visit specific sections, it is hard with kids to walk and not get them distracted.

This Ikea has alot of problems across the store, when coming in by the escalator and you have to get off at the end into the store straight away you feel as if you're going to land on the floor baskets that are there with items and candles in. Then once that's done you have to walk around a very dirty smell untidy store, the employees are tired, young man on till by the name of Tyreece was very rude. The store is choc a block all year round, the customers are the ones who make this store a mess and shop like they are in a zoo. Items for your home are good here you can get everything and anything😁

We went to IKEA in Wembley yesterday to get desks for our children. There was a lovely lady called Rebecca at the top of the escalators who was amazing. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, she smiled the whole time we talked and had such positive energy. Based on my personal experience I feel she should be nominated for an award if IKEA have a recognition system in place. Brilliant and she genuinely made a positive lasting impression of IKEA.

Ample parking. Lots of items, gadgets and ideas for the home. Restaurant seems popular, but didn't try. Always find it difficult to get in and out of the store quickly due to the layout.

This is a very big IKEA. Not easy to reach if you are not driving.

Plenty of ugly experiences in this store. Staff member has no clue about products, internal system and more surprisingly the Store manager is worst than them. Most of the time you can see them at the cigarettes breaks and they tend to run away when it’s obvious you need some help. Also quite dirty and not very well organised it makes it one of the worst Ikea in London. All staff need to go through customer service training again including management team as they don’t know how to serve nor respect customers.

Large store. Has most of things you need for your home at low prices. 🆓 Parking with lots of spaces plus free multi story car park. IKEA restaurant has lots of offers and plenty of spacious seating. Food was value for money as it is but currently on Fridays you get another 50% off on selected food items. Fast food restaurant is a cheaper McDonald's alternative but lacks seating.

You'll loose a few pounds walking through here 🤣 but in general, they have what you need for your home.

Great shopping centre that literally has everything you can imagine for the home and good food if you get hungry. Good quality for decent prices.

Good place to browse around for ideas and choices. I went to check out a mattress but end up looking at a pillow that interest me! Also, got a bit early to enjoy a decent breakfast or enjoy a half price lunch on Fridays! Best of both world, in my opinion. Prices are reasonable too.

Ikea Used to be great, with plenty of cool designs at good price with reasonable quality. However these days it seems that the Scandinavian design has gone out the door together with the quality.The Swedish food shop used to have a great ranger of products, now they Hardly stock anything at all. European sized mattresses no longer available even though the U.K. is full of beds that ikea has sold. On top of it all when going to say to shop a reading lamp, Even though online said black in colour was in stock, it could not be found in the store and the staff could not say when it would come back in stock. Was also going to shop a photo frame at 20x25cm, only one type available which was anything but fit for use. What has happen to the range of always finding what I needed! Being Swedish I used to be proud of Ikea's success, but sorry this company is no longer what it used to be, so cannot really say it’s a good place to shop.

There is always a bad apple in a company, and this is why I give it one star as I had to wait 45 minutes to collect some kitchen units, all because of someone didn't get on with someone else and so they were delaying in sending to the lift down that had lots of customers packages in, and it would've carried on if I'd not demanded that a manager intervened.

A variety of meals available in the cafe, as well as free wifi and power for laptops. Toilets generally well looked after. Plenty of household furnishings and nice interior displays.

I bought a floating shelf, for collection. I got got busy with life and couldn’t pick it up. I got a email that someone picked up my shelf somehow, and ikea has not returned my money in months regardless of the countless back and forth with the company very disappointed. Still have not received my money back or my shelf , 3 months now . Disgraceful

Huge store, but the few times I've been here, most of thebstaff are lovely but some staff can sometimes be a bit rude. Also they need a store closing announcement for all customers 😅

One of the lovely things about visiting Ikea is going to the restaurant. It is set up like a canteen and you queue to get your food and then go to pay and then you can sit in any available seat to consume your purchases. One of the things I liked about the restaurant at Ikea Wembley was the large variety of different seating choices. There are booths looking out over the car park and North Circular Road as well as regular seats. They also have sofas so you can sit and relax and have a coffee and a piece of Daim cake. If you have an Ikea family card you can have a free hot drink which makes it a great value offer. I had soup and a roll as well as a cup of tea and it only cost me £2.50. A really great value deal. Generally the restaurant was clean however they encourage you to clear away your used cutlery and crockery but some customers obviously feel this is below them which is a shame as it spoils it for everyone else and gives the staff extra work. The staff I interacted with were all really friendly and polite and my lunch was superb. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Always enjoy popping into Ikea. I was there looking for for a.replacement mattress and end up looking the pillow as well. Also the breakfast and lunch (on Friday) are deals to be enjoyed whilst you amble along looking at stuff. You will probably end up buying more than you want! Enjor!!

Ikea products very good 👍 Shopping there today was very stressful, you ask somebody in yellow with a IKEA on there shirt if they can help ! They say speak to that person and so on. Service very poor 😢

We had dinner here. Of course we had the famous MEATBALLS, fries, mashed potatoes, green peas, cranberry juice, apple juice, chololate + caramel cake and the other dessert with liquor. Bought a lot of stuff for our place :) thank you for the 20 pounds rebate/reward ❣️ Just some parts of the big warehouse is a bit dusty so my allergy got on otherwise would have been a five star for me.

Who doesn't like IKEA? Reasonably priced cafe upstairs, insanely cheap hotdogs downstairs and an Aladdins cave of flat packed furniture. Just don't go on a Saturday if you can help it. Absolute chaos. Extremely busy, and noisy with seemingly endless queues.

Will never set foot in this store! We did a click and collect order as it was the only store to have what we wanted. Drove more than an hour from south London , we waited another hour at the click and collect desk in a extremely cramped area with angry customers who had been waiting for 2 hours to collect their items. Only to find out that they did not have our items!!! We went to customer care and we were dismissed by saying that this happens to 100 people every day, people come from the other side of M25 for just one item! We asked for a free delivery as it was their fault, but they said no, we would get a refund at the end of the day What horrible answers and appalling customer care for such a big international company!!!! This ruined our day as we wasted the whole Saturday to go and come back. Obviously their system for click and collect does not work. This has been the worst experience of bad customer care ever!

Big store / show room, with the different product for your home. I believe you can find here anything what you are looking for and get great ideas about design. Inside they have also own restaurant with the really low prices (Fish and chips on Friday £3.60).We haven't tried anything from there because was too busy even on Friday evening arround 7pm.
