Ihlara Valley Restaurant in Woking

A mi pareja y a mí nos encanta venir aquí. La comida siempre es muy buena y disfrutar del pan y los chapuzones de cortesía para empezar. Siempre reciben un servicio amable y todos trabajan tan duro. Estoy deseando volver.

No hemos estado por un tiempo como estaba decepcionado antes, pero después de visitar con un amigo en una noche al Teatro decidió traer a la familia y una vez más fue genial. La comida era muy buena aparte del Kofte (marido dijo que eran un poco aceitosos. Tengo que felicitar a Mihaela que nos esperó. No solo se acordó de mí, sino que su servicio fue tan bueno como la última vez que fui allí. Nada era demasiado problema. Sin duda lo volveré a visitar. Espero que puedan darle a Mihaela un aumento de sueldo ya que no quieren perderla. 9/10 para la comida pero 10/10 para Mihaela.

El servicio era una basura. La comida estaba bien. He estado en antes y es pan una cesta entre 2 personas que suelen venir y darte un poco más, pero no sucedió así que 2 cestas entre 6 personas. Debe estar en una crisis de costo de vida. No es como si estuviera pagando por la comida o algo así. Como que tomamos 2 copas cada uno, pero ella nunca vino y nos pidió otra bebida, así que no lo hicimos. Nos presentaron la factura por 150 libras así que pagado en efectivo y lo pusieron en el folleto que la factura entró dicho adiós al propietario y como llegamos a la puerta fue perseguido hasta la puerta por la camarera que quería saber si habíamos pagado a su colega dijo que no el dinero está en sobre que nos dio. Ella hizo esto delante de unas 25 personas que estaban mirando, lo que me pareció muy embarazoso. NUNCA volveremos a estar bien hecho esa camarera

Un domingo mojado por la noche en Woking esta resultó una excelente opción para los cuatro de nosotros. El restaurante era tranquilo, pero bastante ocupado con comida para llevar, pero eso nos vino bien. La música de fondo estaba al nivel ideal para permitir la conversación en la mesa. El personal era amable y eficiente y la comida era realmente excelente. Caliente y amplio. El gerente nos ayudó llamando a un taxi, ya que el que habíamos utilizado no tenía vehículos disponibles, así que muchas gracias por eso también. Sin duda recomiendo.

Excelente servicio amable y genial ver que el chef del restaurante turco anterior es ahora el propietario y chef aquí. Tomé el Cordero Kofte y mi primo eligió el Shish mezclado y Cordero Adana. Ambos estaban tiernos y tiene la cantidad justa de especias. Buena elección de bebidas y tuvimos un poco de pan pitta y dips como entrada para ir con nuestras bebidas. Sin duda volveré de nuevo cuando yo sea el siguiente en Woking.

What a great find. Service friendly, food tasty. Calamari was amazing. Good sized portions, great value for money. We will return for sure.

WOW - if you are looking for a first class meal with amazing service then you have found it here - our server Sevil could not have done any more for us - so helpful and friendly - the presentation of our plates , perfection - we have told and recommended to so many and will definitely return to work through the varied menu

Restaurant was empty and only 2 small tables in use yet when we walked in they wanted to place us in the worst position near the door and right in the Isle in the way. We asked not to sit there as it seemed an odd choice but I guess looking from the outside would help make the Restaurant look fuller. One seated the waitress didn't give us long before asking what we wanted, just seemed very persistent and rushed although it was only 8pm. I had a vegetarian burger and chips.. my friend had the calamari.. both were adequate. How've the off putting part was the whole thing tasted so oiley especially the vegetarian burger.. I'm used to it being grilled but this was certainly fried. When it came to paying the bill the waitress hovered over us whilst we were trying to work it out ( my friend had alcohol so it wasn't fair that I'd have to pay for that) she didn't leave us to work it out but just stood there adding pressure. She seemed nice enough but we felt very rushed and not relaxed. Service charge was added and that to me summed it up. I find when they are going to add service charge they aren't as attentive enough as they know they will get the tip.i was in two minds to dispute it just out of principle. I've never been shy of giving a good tip but depending on the service. I doubt I'll go again as it was okay but there are much better Restaurants in my area.

Visited here with friends on a Saturday evening, having visited only once before where we received a rushed service, but food was so good we thought we would give it a second go. Once again our food was fantastic, really tasty, cannot fault. However the service was once again rushed (an understatement). After ordering we received our hot starters & all was well - until our mains were brought to us when we were only 1/2 way through our starters. We asked politely if we could have the mains after had finished starters, & so the hot food taken away. Moments later a different waitress returned & tried to take our starter plates from us whilst we were still eating - again we explained we were still eating. Then literally seconds after we all finished starters our plates were taken & our luke warm mains were delivered. It is important so say the restaurant was not full so clearly there was no need to turn the covers quickly. Again the food is great but their desire to rush diners through their meals does not make for a relaxed environment. This is a real shame as we like the food, but after 2 rushed experiences will probably not consider coming back here is we are looking for a relaxed meal ! I’m sure many will report a great service here & maybe we have been unlucky twice…

Beauty of the place attracted me in. Me and my friend went in for a late meal. The place was clean and pleasant. We were service by Anna. She was so friendly and welcoming and had a beautiful smile. Love her! The starters and the main dishes were cooked to perfection. OMG! This was my first visit and I will be there again. Wicked place.

One of Woking’s gems, always friendly staff, well presented and delicious food, quiet at lunchtime so easily walk in without booking. Family friendly and disabled friendly too.

Lovely Turkish food. We were attracted by the meal deal board but this was for mid-week. However we liked the feel of the place so stayed anyway. Generous Starters

We stumbled across this Restaurant in a side street in Woking. It stood out with a very slick shop front and we decided to give it a try. A pavement board offered a Mezze + Main course for £12.99 but it turned out this is a Monday - Thursday offer and this was a Saturday. We stayed anyway and ordered a couple of lamb dishes, sharing a tomato, mozzarella & avocado salad. and each having a Becks alcohol-free beer. This came with complementary bread & dips, water and Turkish tea and came to £50. The food was well-cooked and the staff very attentive. WSe woulkd definitely go ahead - maybe on a week-day...

I visited this lovely restaurant with my daughter and granddaughter and we were all very pleased with the warm service we were given along with the delicious food. We had calamari starter/vine leaves and babaganoush…. All very delicious. Followed by a plate full of thick, juicy lamb chops that were soooo tender and these were accompanied with rice and a fresh dressed salad . I would recommend everyone to try the delicious food on offer here along with a friendly warm service.

Wow! The food here is so good, tasty and authentic coupled with the lovely staff it made a wonderful night out. Ana, our waitress was so helpful with helping us pick our dishes and she look after us so well. You must try the baklava for pudding, the best I've ever had! Well done Ihlara, we will be back!

First time visit but so please we have it a try Tasty food & friendly service didn’t disappoint. Only minor issue was our starters & mains arrived more or less at the same time to get ahead of a big group which I can understand but also was a bit overwhelming with so much food at once ! What we couldn’t eat we too home !

If your are craving for a Turkish takeaway I recommend you try the ILHara Turkish restaurant in woking. The customer service is good and their food was nice. Me and my friend had enjoyed the food.

I chose grilled salmon which came with a lovely salad, and a good portion of fried new potatoes. It was hot. Good value at £18.95 My friend chose a lamb casserole which came with rice topped with burger wheat. Her portion of lamb was quite ‘mean’, and her rice was cold. £18.95. So not good. Very nice and fresh food, quick and lovely service, very clean place ! Will always come back with pleasure!

We arrived at 6.00 ish on Saturday evening and already the Ilhara was busy. For the next hour there was a constant flow of families coming in to eat. The tables were clean, the menus were clean and fresh and the welcome was warm. The menu selection is good but prices are high??? We ordered are meals and then had to wait quite a long time for even a cold starter of tarama to arrive. The portion was not even that large but nice quality. Our main courses also took an age to arrive but although the meat was well cooked and succulent it was only warm and had that not recently cooked look. On the subject of delays a couple of people walked out as they were kept waiting too long. Not good. Ilhara needs to focus on these points and then it will have a first rate restaurant. We will return in a few months to try it again. So as a conclusion, if you are in no rush go and enjoy the Ilhara.

The moment you walk through the front door you feel very welcome! The service is awesome and the food is amazing. I’ve been to this restaurant numerous times and every time the service has been great and the food has always been amazing.

Arrived at around 4:30pm, there were four tables in total and three staff members. Nice food but appalling service. Sat with dirty plates for 10 minutes, had to go to the bar where three staff member were standing and doing nothing to ask for dessert...

First time we had tried the Ihlara. The food was excellent as was the service. Definitely somewhere we would definitely come to again.

Had a mixed grill with friends, variety plate full of charcoal cooked meat. Best lamb chops I’ve every had in a restaurant. The place is clean, tidy and the staff are welcoming. A business safe to eat from, Go try them out!

Passed by chance and initially put off by the glaring shop front but then remembered this is exactly what restaurants are like in Turkey. Glad we went in as it was spacious and welcoming with large tables even for just two so no helping waiters...

Took the family out for something different to try. Blown away by the food and service at Ihlara. From fresh bread to amazing starters. Then chicken adana was on another level. Defiantly will be returning

Fantastic service amazing food. This restaurant from head to toe are one of the best we have ever been too. They are family run business. They deserve the best and i hope they will be successful in the future.
