Fish and chips were OK. The batter was a little bit over cooked and soggy at the same time but the fish tasted nice. Chips good, curry sauce nice. Had better, had a lot worse. Will try other menu items another time

My wife and i visitors to the area stopped here and wanted a single fish each to eat in the car and they refused to wrap seperatly and we could not eat at the same time so by the time my wife ate hers mine was cold so won't be back

Large fish and chips....fish 9" long, with 34 chips ( yes, I did count the chips and measure the fish) Absolutely appalled!!!

Best chippy with the best prices

Popped in for 2 kids meals which were plentiful, a chip butty which was spot on & a fish butty with a splash of curry sauce which was absolutely heaven since I had been craving one for weeks. The guy that served me was very polite and the service I received was 100%

Not long moved to Sacriston and can't beat IFry. The deals are so reasonable and worth it. Has to be the best take away in town. My family travel from South Shields to ours once a month for a IFry.

Ordered a margarita and a bbq chicken pizza last night by time we checked ten mins after Order the shop was shut as we tried to call up so we took videos and photos of the food last night to show the margarita as no problem but the state of the chicken was awful the toppings weren’t on the pizza they was on the lid of the box and all down the sides we’ve then kept it till this morning to speak to the manager and he’s tried to say we had moved the toppings off ourselves and it wasn’t like that when leaving the shop. I’ve ordered from there loads and never once been an issue just disgusted and waste of £20 as I didn’t even eat any part of the bbq chicken. Was extremely thin and wasn’t exaggerating when I say thin.always loved ordering from there because you got good deals and good amount for money but I am really disappointed this time and as a regular customer I asked for a refund on just the bbq chicken pizza not the whole order just the pizza.

This is not on, third fish n chips shop in Durham serving poor food. Chips scraps, mushy peas diluted down does not taste fresh, how old? It's a shame as the fish was beautiful and very good. £17 not cheap. Usually take photos of whole meal.

I had the Shawarma Naan Bap tonight, it was very good value for money. It filled a 12 inch pizza box, there was so much chicken, salad and fries it could do 2 people. Definitely buying it again. Great friendly staff too
