Popped in for 2 kids meals which were plentiful, a chip butty which was spot on & a fish butty with a splash of curry sauce which was absolutely heaven since I had been craving one for weeks. The guy that served me was very polite and the service I received was 100%

This is not on, third fish n chips shop in Durham serving poor food. Chips scraps, mushy peas diluted down does not taste fresh, how old? It's a shame as the fish was beautiful and very good. £17 not cheap. Usually take photos of whole meal.

I had the Shawarma Naan Bap tonight, it was very good value for money. It filled a 12 inch pizza box, there was so much chicken, salad and fries it could do 2 people. Definitely buying it again. Great friendly staff too

Had takeaway last night, the best food I ever had. The delivery was on time and food was piping hot.

Very very average food, nothing they do is great and you can get much better from alternative takeaways within a 30 second walk. Sadly no one takeaway is best on everything, so for a great meal you have to go to three or four places.

The garlic is like water, 2 pizzas were burnt, hardly any toppings on the pizzas and very thin pizza not impressed at all not worth the £35.40 I spent

If I could give it a zero I would , took nearly 2 hours to come, arrived with drinks missing, tap water is thicker than the garlic , the chips were Rock hard with lots of squashed bits inside , the pizzas needed cooking longer they were pale, then the massive blonde hair hanging out the chilli tub , first time order and never again. Only thing offered was a free pizza next time. As if im going to order again, nearly £30 down the drain. Answer to your reply, no it was a HAIR, long blonde hair, I took the hair from the chilli, and sent the pictures to the council, after you said you don't wear gloves, or hair nets or beard nets, how can you have 5* hygiene? The reason I posted the lid closed with the hair was to show people how you could clearly see it and it was missed by you. You refused to refund but my bank is claiming it back, the full order went in bin. NEVER AGAIN

Pizzas cheap on a deal BUT the greasiest pizza I have ever had. Also took 55 mins to deliver and luke warm as a result. Cold greasy pizza....not the best

Pizzas are OK for the price. Avoid chicken kebab.

Waited an hour for food to be delivered and when it was delivered it was freezing cold. Called them to advise, I was told the food would be picked back up and I would have to wait for a new order. Asked for a refund as I didn’t want to wait any longer (I can’t eat late) was told they’d have to look into how to do this as I ordered online and they would send driver to collect the order back up. Shop is now closed order still on my bench and no update re refund Terrible service wouldn’t order again from here

Me and brother D try ifrys all over when we are working close to one , went for a lunchtime deal at this Ifry and can't find any faults , good service , great food , unfortunately it's not in my local area so it's far to travel for some food but totally recommend trying it out everyone , ifry Sacriston 1 - wor lasses sandwiches 0 , obviously told her thy were good 🤣

Ordered 4 pizzas for me and the family with the buy 1 get one for a £1 deal and they were all really nice would recommend👍🏻

I ordered a inferno 12" and a BBQ chicken 10" on the buy 1 pizza get 1 for £1, waited atleast 15 for complete wrong order, they charged full price for what i asked for but give me the wrong thing i got a 10" undercooked inferno and a 10" greasy margarita i went back in and said its not what i order and he said that i ordered a margarita even tho i know what i said, i asked if he could make the one i asked for and he said and do what with the one i made i told my dad to cone up and he said can u please make a new one and he said again and do what with this one, then my dad said he wanted his money back and the guy said no, so disrespectful after police were rang still refused our refund. Never buying here again

I enjoy bbq pizzas and delivery is fast, I also like the hashbrowns they are delicious!!!

We love the fish and chips from IFry but decided to try something new this evening. The margarita pizza was great no problem there, the pepperoni pizza was extremely greasy and the crusts were undercooked. The chicken kebab was weird, the chicken had a strange taste and was full of fat, the sauce was definitely not just chicken as described. Lastly the chili sauce just tasted of Tomsto Purée, which definitely should not be the case, wish they just stuck to the Fish and Chips because there great at that!

Horrible food, I got fish and chips and I would’ve been happier if I’d eaten the cardboard box it came in. The chips were cold and disgusting, we thought they were most likely old chips that had been reheated under the light. The fish batter was burnt and had a horrible taste, if I was you I wouldn’t finish it because it’ll soon be running down your leg. The mushy pees looked as though they had been grown in Chernobyl during the melt down and canned at that exact moment. I honestly cannot understand how they have such a good rating, this was the only reason we decided to try it, so it seemed like a civic duty to humanity to try and lower it. Please avoid. Later edit I’ve also noticed that under a lot of the negative reviews they reply with we’ll look into it. Do not be under the impression that anything has changed since the review. It hasn’t and they do nothing to improve.

Chips mainly end bits, avoid if possible

Ordered here lots in the past but it has been going downhill. Last order for delivery, had missed items. The cheese burger was only missing the salad, so no onion, lettuce or tomato I mean how can you forget that! So nothing like was expected. The actual burger part was way over cooked and dry. It looked awful. There are places closer to us and it's now time to give them our business.
