Really good customer service, really good atmosphere and good food too.

Staff did not want to be there and the place is so small!!! Burger sizes sadly were very small also but the saving grace was the cheese sauce on the chips and the spicy donner was nice also but overall there are far better places to dine

Doesn't exist anymore waste of time

Called multiple times, straight to voicemail. Ordered on the website via google account and waiting 15 minutes after which the order was rejected! If they’re busy they should atleast tell the customer they can’t process the order so they can go elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

Went in tonight - never been before - really impressed. Staff member Simba made me the most delicious halloumi burger, fab crispy fries, and my friend’s bbq burger. Super friendly service, really great food, hardly any waiting time. Go! Ask for halloumi! Beautiful.

Came down last week with few of the lads. I think the guys name was Shaz, an incredible and welcoming host. Service 10/10 - very caring about customers. The chicken cheetos burger was banging. chicken was spot on. Wasn't too keen with the fries & the lamb on top - It's nice but filling when you've also had a burger.

Food was okay nothing special but 15 pounds for a burger meal that is ridiculous why would anyone in the right mind want to pay that absolute rip off

Really enjoyed my meal here. I would recommend the beef cheese burger and the grilled wings. The wings are cooked so well that the meat just falls off the bone. The burger is a bit on the small side so I would recommend getting one of the double patty burgers if you have a big appetite. If I'm being super picky I would say that the gherkins in the burger were too thick and overpowering. My wife had the grilled chicken burger and it was really tasty. The only thing I would give a miss is the peppers in the burger otherwise it was spot on. The seating is minimal so not suitable for big groups or families.

This is amazing !!!best food I ever had well cook amazing taste and fresh ingredients you can notice straight away!!! For example I eat Shredded Steak eat this and you will never regret.. 🫡 Also a burger same amazingly delicious 👋🏻

I really looked forward to this meal, yet feel like it didn’t quite live up to its expectations. It was just warm when it arrived and left us feeling like the portions should have been more generous for the price. The flavours were great, especially the savage fries so it was an okay meal all in all. With larger portions and faster delivery for the temperature of the food, I feel like we would have been wowed by the flavours instead.

1st time getting food from there, it did not disappoint really nice and very friendly staff, Only 4 stars 🌟 as its a little pricey but its definitely a case of you get what you pay for, Good size portions, plenty of toppings, I do recommend the juicey lucey 🍔 🤤 Look forward to more food from there, we will be back,

One of the best burger i have ever had, it was so juicy, testy fresh burger. Came with a very delicious sauce which I never had it before. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, serving my food with smile and was quick service. I also offered side peri peri chicken wings which came very hot and fresh. I highly recommended it

My trip to icon this evening was an amazing experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was outstanding, probably the most tasty burger I've ever had (oozing cheese). Worth every penny!

Food was average, not really worth the price, everything is an add on and the guy who took our order was asking us to leave 5 star google reviews for a free cookie, not impressed and poor experience.

Really disappointed in the food, would give 0 stars if i could. Chips were soggy as if they've been boiled. Hoping the burger would have made up for the chips but the bun was mushy and the beef had a strong smell/taste to it which made it inedible. Most of the food was thrown in the bin. All in all, too pricey and would not recommend.
