Ordered a xl chicken donner and it looked more like minced meat and small. It seemed like all the leftover bits from the night before. Gutted was really looking forward to it.

This touts itself as award winning and I cannot understand how it can have any awards for the stuff they serve up. The battered items i.e. fish and sausage were soggy and dripping in oil. Batter is meant to be dry and crispy.

Food arrived hot,on time- no missing orders and really polite friendly delivery guy! Good service all round.

We ordered fish and chips for delivery to our home. Unfortunately, the fish was terrible—perhaps due to poor-quality oil? Not entirely sure. Please consider improving your food quality, especially given the high price.

Very small portion for the money , chilly sauce was extremely watery and no heat , mushy peas straight from a can , large cod and chips was small cod and chips , reviews read very good so I am completely shocked what I received , very low quality , will not order again ,

Its been a while since ive found a fish and chip shop where everything I ordered was spot on. Portions were great, not greasy, and the fish was tender and flakey.

Although the staff were friendly, the fish and chips at this place were very disappointing – oily, tasteless fish and soggy chips and definitely not fresh fish. I've had much better elsewhere in Pinner and Eastcote, so I won't be returning.

I'm a regular customer of this restaurant, for well over a year now + the food is always good + the delivery is always service with a smile..They always go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy..I would always recommend this Fish bar to anyone...Give them a try...👍👍👍😁

Best fish and chips I’ve had in ages. Better than other local ones. Fish was fresh and beautiful. Chips were plentiful and crisp, fluffy in the middle. Came well wrapped and delivery was prompt and the man delivering was friendly. 5/5. I’ll only use this chippy in future.

Unfortunately there was no indication on the menu that the fish has the skin on. This ruined the meal for me. I did ring and request a replacement but was told I should have put a request in for it skinless but I'm not sure how I was meant to know to do that when skinless is the standard? Rather than giving good customer service and understanding, they have instead lost our custom. Chips were nice though.

Excellent quality food. Really tasty. Only issue i had was that there was no lid to cover my cheesy chips, so the paper stuck to the cheese and was hard to get off. Other than that, everything else was great. Really enjoyed the food.

Quick delivery. The kebab was lukewarm. The salad and sauce came separately so I had to assemble it myself. Some people may like this. Not me. The doner meat was a bit dry. The chips were on the greasy side but tasted good. The rest of the order was liked.

Arrived early, hot and good portion size

We came here when we first moved to Ickenham, and it was a great way to start off. The , the servers are efficient and courteous, the restaurant is clean, the proprietor is especially friendly and made us feel very welcome. The fish is fresh, the batter light and crispy, just the right amount, the chips are tasty. This fish bar is among the best.

First and last time I use this chip shop kebab chips cheese popper chicken wings were cold dry and disgusting £26 never again

All arrived piping hot and was delicious 🤤 The fish was creamy and flaky , and the chips crispy on the outside and not too soft in the middle. Tip top. Will be ordering from here again 👍👍👍👍👍
