Tried the new loaded crepe was something different and very nice, customer service is great very friendly staff

Tried items from the new menu, the loaded crepe was 👌, very nice, also tried the san sabastian cheesecake, was one of the best ive had, customer service was spot on, all staff are very friendly, highly reccomend the place.

Me and a few of my friends went out for desserts after passing our course to celebrate. We ordered a few deserts and my friend paid extra for banana as a toppin but after he paid he was later told there was no bananas so he just asked for extra strawberrys instead. Our deserts were fine food was good. I didn't get the employees name but he asked us for a Google review my friend began to fill it out and I went to the toilet. After coming back He shouted "You boys come here" across the shop using his index finger to single us out infront of the other customers the mood imeadeatly changed. I stood up and talked to him asked me if I wrote a review I told him I didn't I am still eating and went back to our table. He comes to our table and was aggressive to us telling us to delete the review, its not funny his boss is gonna see it before my friend deleted it I had a look at it and the review was fair nothing was false or exaggerated he just explained the banana situation . He pressured my friend to delete it and raised his voice even louder at us the room dropped quite. After a bit of back and forth my friend deleted the review and was offered a refund of 50p but didn't take it because he later told me he felt embarrassed and wanted to get out of there. I was so thrown off I didn't finsh my desert off and we soon left. I am not being a "Karen" this is my 1st Google review this experience ruined our celebration and I feel bad for the boys due to the fact I recommended we go to Ice stones.

Served us an off crepe! Do not eat here. Waitress was so unhelpful and seemed unbothered that we had been served out of date food…my sister has been left feeling sick and ill.

Palak and Simran very good service and food supports there service in a better way.

Palak and Mussadak were absolute gems as hosts on the 7 th of August palak especially found nothing too much there were 14 people in our group and we all had different orders she was efficient hygienic helpful friendly and kind she was pregnant too she didn’t sit down and twiddle her thumbs after serving us she prioceeded to clean all the tables she was an absolute joy x

I ordered a peanut butter stack cold to takeaway and have had the same order for the past 5 plus years. The workers gave it to me with hot chocolate sauce melted on top and I have never received it like this before. When I asked to get another one I was told that this is how they serve it. My family has been a regular here and this is definitely not the method of getting a takeaway peanut butter stack. Staff was not friendly and told us we had to take the order. Unfortunately I will never go back.

I came on sunday & purchased a lotus biscoff milkshake which was served honourably by Musaddiq Hussain. He was very welcoming & kind, making sure everything was perfect. He had a bright smile on his face which was very polite.

I just wanna say it was my first ever time trying out ice stones and it was an overall great experience. The working staff Palak made me feel so welcomed and was so friendly. The deserts was amazing arrived very quickly as well so love that.

We went on Iceston on great horton road bradford. Waffels was nice, food quality and presentation was brilliant. The staff was so friendly and professional. Management under Amaan was fantastic and spot on.love to come back over hear again and again,such a great family restaurant.

Today I came to this restaurant to eat but first I have to go toilet they not let me go to in toilet they said me that I should buy food than can go toilet . Very insulting behaviour .this harsh incident happened to me s I ill encourage everyone don’t go this restaurant .It’s against the customer right and that crime is done by one Asian lady .worst customer services ever .

I ordered the chocolate fudge brownie from Ice Stone Gelato via Uber Eats, and to put it bluntly, it was a complete disappointment. The brownie pieces tasted like something you'd find in the bargain section of Morrisons, lacking any semblance of quality or flavor. It's astonishing that a dessert could be so lackluster, especially from a place that claims to specialise in sweet treats. The experience was nothing short of a waste of money and a reminder to never order from Ice Stone Gelato again. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your hard-earned cash elsewhere. And just to add it was £7 for 6 pieces and some chocolate sauce!

Fantastic service from staff, very understanding, polite and friendly and went above and beyond. Couldn't fault the service at all. Definitely recommend thank you guys you really made the experience memorable :)

Absolutely horrendous, They're trying so hard to be the original Icestone Gelato but their services, quality of food, wait times are the worst I've seen in any place. I have contacted Google to add a zero star option just for this restaurant however I can only do a 1 star. Wait times over 1hr 30 mins, once we finally got the food, straws, toppings, cutlery were missing, When we got the remaining cutlery, it was dirty and used, seems like they had non washed so they picked it up from another customers table once they were finished. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Went to ICESTONE on Eid 10/04, ordered Strawberry Cloud Sundae. Had to wait for more than 45 mins and I got served this. When it should have been this. I ordered the same stuff last year and the presentation was so much nicer. This time, the ice cream was melting, and the nutella had hardened and became chocolate, there was no strawberries, wafer biscuit and no strawberry syrup. I got served with 2 strawberry Ice-cream and one vanilla with frozen nutella on top with whipped cream. So dissapointed and never ordering again.

Absolutely terrible food. Milk chocolate donuts were cold and barely had any chocolate on them when they arrived. Asked them for strawberries and they gave us thin slices of the edges of a strawberry instead. Asked for a lotus biscoff milkshake, and instead of informing us before they made one that they had no more lotus biscoff sauce left, they simply made it anyway and we just had to deal with the bland flavour. Not to mention, we waited a whole hour for our food and other people who came in after us had their food delivered before us.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. WOULD NOT COME BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. Terrible service! Desserts came staggered - five of us went and it took 20-25 mins for the last dessert to come after the first one arrived on the table. Iced coffee tasted like water. Jam roly poly, gateaux and brownies tasted like they’d come straight out of a freezer and into a microwave for 20 seconds. Dry and tough. Milk cake was an absolute mess. Not to mention it had been sat on the counter waiting for a waiter to bring it for a good 15 minutes. We complained and got a refund. It’s not even about the money, the debacle totally ruined our night out. Used to be one of the best dessert places but seems to have gone downhill recently. Definitely won’t be returning.

Crappest food I ever had. Ordered via Uber eats both crepes came looking absolutely battered each with 4 slices of fruit on top. The crepes were severely undercooked and hard to chew/cut through. Was completely cold and no sauce was inside the crepe. Once again dissappointed at the food and service. Pattern up .

I ordered coffee and they said we dont have hot drinks “machine is broken, they told me fanta is available i said ok, they brought another drink then i told them i ordered fanta then they changed it to 7up cuz there was no fanta!!! Then i ordered sweets and this is what it looked like !! There was a guy staff there that really didnt know what he was doing

They didn't even have a lid for my ice cream cups they gave it to me in milkshake cups had to wait for 30 minutes just because they was looking all over for the lids... The worse thing is he asked if i wanted spoons "like how am i suppose to eat it with my fingers"

Rude staff keep forgetting spoon and straw it is my second time I have been there same thing happened told to manager he was even more rude he said we don't have spoons for Faluda, I will never suggest going here.

Went in to get desserts after a Birthday meal, spoilt night once I got home I realised they messed up my order, waffle with strawberries and bananas had no strawberry's, the cornflake tart was hard to find as it was flooded with custard, only thing that was right was the milkshake which was made by guy at the front, the place smelt like weed! I wish I was making this up. Only reason service got 3 stars was because of the guy who served us it's the staff at the back that messed up my order.

We went there last night and my dad ordered falooda and it was full of ice and there was barely anything in it other than ice cream. Dad went back the person at the till was very rude and laughed and said that’s how we make them, offered us a milkshake instead but not a refund me. As we were leaving they ignored us fully I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely shocking service, I ordered a chocolate cake with custard and it looked like someone had thrown up in it, the custard was basically water, when I approached a member of staff about it they was extremely rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered a Matilda cake today. Made to perfection, my full order arrived within 6 mins, whilst staff said it would take 10 mins, the customer service was outstanding, the manager Niz was so sweet, all staff made each and everyone feel welcomed and comfortable, will be back again and again. Don’t understand why this place has any bad reviews.

I was originally going to icestone on Leeds the service was absolutely amazing and the pancakes,but unfortunately I went first time to icestone on great horton lane and the service was very poor the pancakes was very dry my kids didn’t even eat it definitely not going back there ,Leeds road is definitely better

Worst experience ever. The staff have no idea what customer service is. We ordered 4 deserts: matilda cake was taken out of the fridge and not warmed up properly, when taken back to the counter the girl picked it up with her bare hands and put it in the microwave. The other girl was on a personal call not paying attention to my complaint. We ordered 2 jam coconut sponge cakes but out came a sponge coconut and apple crumble without any apples in it. Never again!!!!!

Terrible desserts. Used to visit here all the time. Will look elsewhere. Visited here last Friday (10th Nov) The San Sebastián cheesecake was cold almost still frozen and not prepared correctly, the cheesecake is supposed to be smooth, not lumpy. The “Pakistani tea” was awful, just warmed up water and not actual Pakistani tea as I was told. Very disappointed

Placed order on JustEat for delivery. They missed items from my orders and owned up to the mistake when I called them and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. I asked to speak to a manager and lady first said he’s outside then said he’s not at the premises. Then some so called senior manager spoke to me and spoke to me like I was some sort of child and was very unprofessional. I basically paid for items that I haven’t received. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place and will never be ordering from here again. Absolute joke place and employees need to be trained. Clearly the manager I spoke to had no training at all as he was shouting down the phone. Worst customer service I have ever received.

WORST FOOD I’VE EVER HAD!!!!!! Milkcake tasted old and rotten. Cookie dough was as solid as a rock and tasted like soggy cardboard. Was so burnt it looked like double chocolate chip but tasted like 💩

I was here last night and to be honest, the desserts were below average. The taste and flavours were non-existant. I was very disappointed considering the decor and place looked very premium. I ordered x2 snickers milkshakes and 1 Bueno which never arrived but I’ve got to say the snickers milkshakes were definitely the worst I’ve ever had dirty peanuts and toffee sauce tasted absolutely nothing like a snickers very disappointed don’t normally order from this store and I most definitely won’t be ordering again don’t advertise snickers milkshakes if you have no intentions of using REAL SNICKERS !!! I took the nuts out and gave mine to my daughter seen as though hers didn’t arrive and even she said it’s yucky 🤮

Usually come here as it is quite good. But it was awful they have 're-done' it to match the flagship store and somehow made it worse. Sat down to eat in I think it costs extra but not too sure, ordered the desserts which took a while. Then served it to me in the takeaway box as they didn't realise it was an eat in... (but they took my table number) Looked awful and tasted worse. (Why didn't they just remake it in? It would have taken a few minutes extra.) Need to now find a new dessert place in Bradford :/

So pleased that this dessert place does gluten free desserts. I really enjoyed my gluten free chocolate fudge cake. More places need to cater for gluten free diets.

The service was impeccable the brothers who served us were incrediblely friendly polite and answered all our questions, knew everything about the menu. Nothing was too much for them. Made me feel very comfortable 😌 The gelato was nice and thick 😋 reasonable priced.. not as expensive as some "prestige" dessert places. Decor has improved since last time I came to this store, the chairs are nice and booths are nice. Wish the business all the best for future 🙏

I ordered a mango sundae take out from the great Horton road ice stone gelato and inside found two dead flies inside, my sister ordered a cookie dough and found a hair inside there. I rang to complain and the workers there are very rude and upfront, appalling service definitely boycotting this place. I only have one star otherwise it would not allow me to post otherwise they would get a 0 star rating.

Second time visiting Icestone gelato and it doesn't disappoint. Fresh waffles are lovely.

I've frequented the Ice Stone Gelato store on Leeds road many a time but this time I decided to go to the one on great Horton road. Big mistake. The place is a shambles. We requested for one of the orders to come without whipped cream and with ice cream. It came with whipped cream and no ice cream, the crepe tasted as if a whole block of butter was used in it and was burnt and they forgot a drink from one of the other orders. The whipped cream mistake was quickly rectified by one of the waiters, who I actually felt embarrassed for as neither of the mistakes were his fault. We also mentioned to him that one of the ice cream tubs (picture attached) had a big fly frozen into it, he told the manager and instead of binning the ice cream like you thought she would, she just left it there. Just when I thought it couldn't get any more unhygienic I saw something truly despicable! A member of staff opened my bottle of coke with his teeth and tried to serve me it. I refused and he then rolled his eyes and drank it himself and got me another one. He truly knew he was in the wrong! You don't open a customers drink with your TEETH! Especially in a pandemic! After this experience I suggest that anyone thinking of trying icestones should go to heavenly desserts just down the road instead. I'm horrified by the egregious actions by this member of staff and it makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes in the kitchen. Absolutely diabolical.

Really disappointed with the desserts ordered a fondue initially the the staff advised they couldn’t find a lighter, I offered a lighter and then advised no tea lights to keep the chocolate warm. Soon went cold. Brownies were stale.strawberries weren’t fresh. Really disappointing, Staff need customer service training. I dont think I will be going back. Really use to like this place.

Ordered a stawberry waffle absolutely disgusting had a hair inside It. When I contacted the place they said there's no drivers to send another one out. Contact uber eats. It was ubereats fault it was icestones they should have done something about it straightaway. Deffo wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Nasty

28 December 2021: This used to be a great place and I left a 5 star for them two years ago. But today we had the worst experience ever. The staff was rude when asked for a sanitiser. Complained about this to another staff but he interrupted again and was argumentative and even got aggressive telling me he was the manager and I should only be talking to him. We left without placing order. Staff need to learn customer services skills. Reporting him formally to their management. If they want to save their name, they definitely have the wrong man there. Very disappointed and never again.

Terrible service. Everyone ordered a waffle and when I went to complain that mine hadn’t arrived the staff told me I was lying and didn’t. I went to explain that I had paid already as well, whilst the waiter continued to tell me I am lying. It wasn’t until I told them to check their cameras and call a manager who then checked the tills and pulled out the last receipts to verify that I had indeed paid. The way the staff treated me and disrespected me was highly unprofessional.

Ordered a school chocolate cake and custard no way like school more like a cheap cake from asda with custard on service to slow was only 3 people in the shop don't think I want to eat from there again 1 star is to much

We popped in here for some dessert whilst visiting family on a weekday evening. The place was pretty empty. It was a toss up between this and a place a little up the hill but thought we would give it a try as we hadn’t been here before. We had a fairly simple order. Ice cream for me and jam sponge pudding with custard for the husband. Unfortunately the order took a long time to arrive. In my opinion way longer than such a simple order in an empty place should have taken. There were several staff hanging around but I’m not sure what they were doing. The only saving grace was that when the order did arrive the waitress apologised for the delay so at least the wait was acknowledged although not explained. The ice cream itself was fine nothing too amazing. The jam sponge was delicious and a large portion but there wasn’t enough custard for the cake so the cake/custard ratio needs improvement. Overall the food was okay but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Sweet tooth? Then don't go here. Hahaha Spoilt for choice with a large variety of sweet dishes to choose from. Great staff too
